The FORCE® Heavyweight Synthetic-Wool Blend Base Layer Crewneck Top features:
Not great, too thin to be considered a heavy base layer. I returned and went with a different brand.
Nice and toasty.
Fits good in length (compared to the Biberall)
Really wide around the waistline which makes my shorts and sweaters ride up (very annoying) when I bend over.
Not really made for walking, as they do feel like I was wearing a moon suit and when taking my dogs on a walk I kind of have to lift them by the hammer loop because they don’t “sit” Around the waist to hold them in place
Perfect for the tractor though
Comfortable and warm, but not smothering! Wish that it was slightly longer (I like my shirts to be long enough to not ride up while I'm moving around and working), but other than that it's perfect. And fits in a flattering way while being 100% practical.
Super comfy and soft. I wear it all the time.
This material is soft and very warm. The seams are places perfectly almost like the shirt is Made to fit my body. Love the color and length is just below waist
Love the feel of it and color however I feel like it runs a tab bit small. Washed and did good with other colors will be buying more
function > material

although I am very particular with the texture of my clothing the purpose outweighs the texture. It most certainly works for a very warm base layer.
very comfortable - the sleeves are a little short for me (5'10" with long arms
Super Comfortable and very warm, these bottoms are a great base layer when it is cold. They keep you warm outside or inside and are very soft wool.
They can handle the washing machine and fit well under my jeans or Carhartt twill pants.
I received this item as part of the Carhartt Crew Field Test. The fabric is softer than I was expecting and the fit is pretty true to size. They are very warm as an under layer!
I've been wearing these for a couple of months now and my biggest complaint is that I didn't get them sooner! These are my new go-to base layers. They're very warm. I'm talking wore-them-in-Alaska-in-February style warm. I've mostly used them for outdoor work as my base layer under jeans and sweatshirt for manual labor with temperatures in the -10 to 20F range.

They've been great for manual labor- keeping me warm but not too warm and wicking away any sweat. On the other side of the coin, I also wore them to a "trailgate" party to watch the first day of the Iditarod and they kept me just as warm while sitting in a camp chair in the snow on the side of the trail.

I really like the hidden thumb loops that help you layer up without your sleeves ending up at your elbows. The arms aren't long enough to use the thumb loops all the time, but they're great when getting dressed.

Medium size fits my 5'7", 130#, 34D.

I got these thermals as part of a Carhartt Crew Field Test.
This top is super comfy. The material is so soft and lightweight. The shirt washes well and doesn’t change shape or feel funny later. It’s a tad short at the waist, but I have a long torso. At 5’9” I’m not super tall but relatively tall for a woman. I often have a difficult time finding shirts long enough. But since I layered this under other stuff, it wasn’t a super big deal.
I was given this garment by Carhsrtt to test and review.
I received as part of the Carhartt Crew Field Test. It is the perfect weight, feels very comfortable and keeps you warm. It has a bit of a stretch to it so it easy to move around in. Very good quality. You won't be disappointed.
I received the thermal heavyweight shirt as part of a Carhartt Crew Field Test, but I can honestly say that this shirt is necessary for everyone living in a cold climate. I find that the sizing is true, and the small works well for me. The shirt handles being laundered very well, without shrinking or pilling. It has retained it's shape. I wash in cool water, and I use fabric softener in addition to laundry soap. The Carhartt heavyweight poly wool shirt is extremely effective in keeping me warm, and blocking the harsh Iowa wind. I tend to stay cold, so this is saying a lot. I love the shirt, because it is fitted. It works well under clothing, without bunching up. I appreciate the "thumb holes" on the sleeves, since this prevented the sleeves from riding up while I put on my sweatshirt. Great quality, superior warmth, and comfort.
True to size, well made. I wear this to work (hospital/healthcare). Happy with this as I usually am with carhartt.
Horrible, shrank on the first wash in cold water. Sleeves are fine but the length is now above my belly button. Bought another and the same thing happened. Horrible, will not buy again.
It is very warm and I love the color. The only thing I would change is the length (needs to be a smidgen longer) and I wish it came in more colors. I am not rating the durability as I have only wore it once and washed it twice. Overall, I am very satisfied with it.
I like the crew top. It is soft and warm as promised. Its not as thick as I was anticipating. If you hold it up to the light you can see through it. This is more getting a lower review because I was fully anticipating both the pants and crew top as a full package for that price. This is only for the top. Not for the crew pants as well. In my opinion that is very deceptive and also expensive for only one.
