The break in period was about 2 days. After trying them I felt I needed a bigger size but after the break in period they are perfect fit. Very warm and very dry.
The boots are great other than the back inside part near the heel. It lifted or something after one week of work. A bit uncomfortable. Possibly defect since it only happened on one side

I depend on these boots everyday for work. I bought a new pair about 3 months ago and the leather on the steal toe is already ripping through. I talked to customer service and they were no help at all. They just lost a loyal customer of many years to a defective product. Spend your money on a better boot rather than this garbage.

I'm so glad I found this boot in wide. Your regular women's boots don't come in wide so I had to get men's pro work boots. They fit great just disappointed that you don't have women's wide, as the colors are so cute.

Most comfortable and so far the most durable boots I've had the pleasure of owning. From the super grip, no slip tread on the bottom to the comfortable cushion above my ankle, these boots really work for whatever you throw at them. They have a rugged design, durable laces that don't split on the ends, amazing comfort and support for all parts of you foot and a steel toe to take all the impact for those little accidents at work.

For work good in summer and winter
I usually wear a women's boot in 11W so i ordered these in a 9.5W as they're men's boots. they are a little big which makes my foot hit the steel toe. however if they were smaller these would be the best boots ever. super comfortable and protect my feet from things at work.

As an EMT, I need a boot that works with the uniform and can keep my feet dry and warm in the elements. The black version works well for my needs. Wish I had zipper (once laces have been adjusted) so that I can have a quick on/off option in emergency situations.

I am required to wear steal toe boots at my place of employment, I 1st found these boots 3yrs ago, and haven't looked at any other brand since, they are the most comfortable, and durable boot out of the box. They do not require that "breaking in" time, they feel amazing all day long every day.
The sole is breaking apart and the insole could use more cushion.
True to size. My feet are a little wider than regular size and they still fit well. Wore for the first time for 10 hours on my feet and my feet were not blistered or sore. Very good quality boot. Nicest looking steel toe boot for women that I've found.

Bought these to replace the Redwing boots I bought to comply with standards required for a full time horticulturalist position. These are far more comfortable and easy to wear. Waterproof, comfortable, and breathable. I wear these on a variety of surfaces and have yet to experience fatigue or slipping. No complaints wearing these during the 90-100 heat wave central VA is experiencing.

These boots were lovely; however, they were far too narrow and wide size wasn't an option when I purchased them. Please offer women's wide size for these boots. Men's have wide and 3 color choices.

I've been using these for about a month now on a road construction project - wearing and walking around for 8-10 hours a day and they are holding up well. Only complaint is that they aren't super breathable, but overall very comfortable. And I love the style!

These boots are not offered in a narrow size so if you have average to narrow feet they are too wide.

I've now owned 3 pairs of These over the years. I can easily get 3-4 years of extreme abuse out of these as a mechanic, I've only had to replace them as the soles gave out and let's water in

This is the first pair of Timberland Pro boots that I've owned. I was looking for a pair of boots with a rubber sole and came across this boot. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Boots arrived sooner than expected and exceeded my expectations in comfort and quality. I'm building my own home and needed a pair of boots that would work for all the situations that comes with building a home and this one fits the needs perfectly. I normally wear a size 9.5-D width shoe and ordered the same with Timberland. Boots fit perfectly and are very comfortable from the start. I've used these boots for 3 weeks now and they are breaking in as I expected. I would purchase this boot again when needed. Only concern that I have is that these boots are not made in the USA, which I would have paid more for if they were. Please bring the manufacturing back to the US if at all possible.

I work in a naval shipyard, and do lots of walking on uneven ground and stairs. I've had these for 4 years and they are by far the most comfortable work boots I've ever worn (virtually no break in period and I've worn ankle socks since day one) They are still in great shape and holding up really well, aside from scuffed toes you can hardly tell I've had them for so long. I'm looking to buy another pair just so I can have them at home for projects.

I work at a auto tools/paint warehouse so I had to buy steel-toe boots incase I dropped anything heavy on my feet. Three days after wearing the boots I ended up dropping a medium size metal hammer on my boot and thankfully nothing happened and I received minor scratches on the boots. They seem heavy when you open the box but walking around isn't hard at all. Since I'm constantly on my feet I don't have any issues when I'm wearing them on the long-term. I wasn't expecting these boots to look stylish since they are for work but they actually look nice! Highly recommend them.

This is the second pair I have purchased in the last 6 months and they aren't made very well. I bought them February 7th and they're already destroyed. I feel as though they should be able to withstand a lot. It's worn down to the steel toe already. Boots aren't made like the same as they used to.

Boots are very comfortable and they last. So far they've done what I wanted them to do. The only bad thing about him is when working around high-powered water hoses the inside of your boots can still get wet. But otherwise they stay dry.

A great boot. Comfortable. Doesn't rub ankles raw. Choose 1 size larger than your normal shoe size as they run small. Also a narrow toe which is the only downside.

I bought my Timberland Nubuck Pro work books about 6 months ago and love them. They are the most comfortable work boots that Ive bought in the last 5 years. I work-in a warehouse and they are so light that I don't realize I'm wearing them. I would recommend them to anybody. They took awhile to break-in because they are steel-toes but once broken in very comfortable and well worth the price.

The shoe itself feels as it looks. The quality is great, and comfort is what can be expected from a Timbaland shoe. The design itslef is very nice, and it doesn't sacrifice comfort as it presents itself.
So I'm a contractor and I got tired of trashing crepe sole Red Wings every 6 months, and I thought I'd give these a try. They look great, are waterproof, and price is right. 9.5, my usual size felt OK at 1st, but oh man, these things did not feel right a few hours on the job. Cut to the boots' first day on a job, building a stone retaining wall, in the mud, on a hill, and the toe box feels too large and I'm having problems getting them tight enough. I'm not sure if my foot is narrow, or I was used to different boots, or I goofed up and bought a 9.5 when a 9 would have been better, or it wasn't broke in yet, but I'm having regrets. They fit much better after I robbed the rough, sock-eating foam insoles out of a pair of 20$ rubber "concrete boots" that I keep wedged behind my truck cab, and jammed them into my pair of Timberlands.
After that, zero complaints. They grip onto everything, keep my feet safe, stay dry and breathe well, and I can just wipe them down and they're ready to be worn out on the town! I like these boots but it rubs me the wrong way that it took a donor sole from the most cheap, ill fitting, uncomfy rubber boots I own to make these feel good. I guess two wrongs do make a right. Next time I buy a pair, I'll be trying one size down.
Timberland does not back their products my son has owned this pair of boots for less than a yr uses them 3 days a week to work in and they fell apart. I filled out the warranty claim form, sent all the info and my claim was denied. Why have a warranty on your products if you won't honor them, the soles of the shoes are fine yet the sole fell off the boot but that is considered reasonable wear for expectations of the product. You apparently have no faith or pride in your product if you expect the wear to not even last a year. Thank you again for nothing and I will now give my money to a competitor.

I use my boots every day of the work week for almost 2 years now. The only change I had made from the start of using them was slipping in a pair of my own insoles for arch support. Overall a good pair of work boots for being on my feet 8 Hours a day. Leather has held up so far just a few little nicks and scrapes, nothing too major. I'm satisfied with my boots and probably will buy another similar pair when I retire these.

I wear my new pair to work, change to my older, dirtier ones, and then change back when I leave work. These boots run pretty small (uncomfortably so, if your feet swell,) and after I really messed up my feet with my other pair of Timberlands, I chose to wear these every day, thinking they would keep them safe as they healed. I do a lot of heavy lifting, working outdoors, hiking, etc. The only time these shoes have worked for me is when I'm standing perfectly still-- otherwise they really are just too small! I suppose that's my fault for not returning them in time, but the final straw was when I went hiking today and I stepped on a rock-- if you're wearing steel toe boots, that shouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong. I swear I thought I broke my foot-- I love to hike, I've gone hiking for ten hours with no blisters, no pain, nothing. Today I went hiking for two hours and at the end of it my feet hurt so bad, I had new blisters (along with the horrible ones caused by my other Timberlands,) and I was so slow I was at the back of the pack. I really wanted to make a good impression on the people I was with, but I was just so humiliated and in pain. The worst part is, before these two incidents, I swore by Timberlands-- I always recommended them to new hikers and people who wanted to replace their work boots, I wore my last pair to death, but I've been forced to buy boots from a different company because I can't keep hurting myself waiting for these boots to magically become worth all the money I spent on them. Very dissapointed.

I've been wearing the Timberland Pros for work boots for the last 3 years. I love how comfortable they are and with steel toe that makes these a plus.
I work long hours and spend a great deal of times on my feet. I use them everyday and there's wrong I can say about them.

This is my second pair of Timberland Pros. I had my first pair for 5 years and wore them daily. They stood up against any environment that I placed them in, kept my feet dry, and were comfortable. Excited to own my second pair!
Overall I am well satisfied with the product. The quality is awesome, size is a bit smaller than indicated.
I bought these in a men's size 7.5 wide because I couldn't get these in wide for women's and those shoes squashed my toes together. I have a bad ingrown toenail because of those shoes. Fair warning if you have wide feet and looking for steel toe boots be careful buy the right size.
I work manual labor which requires me to be on my feet all day and move around. These boots are not only comfortable but sturdy as well.
These are awesome. Great boots will last for years going to purchase a second pair because when you find something this good and well made it never hurts to have a backup!

Wore these all day first day out they were comfortable all day!! Tread is great and I can tell a difference in grip from my other Boots. So far so good.
Use for walking 9 miles/day on concrete floors- not at all comfortable. One of the shoes rubs painfully at the back of my heel and the other one compresses my toes at the place where the steel toe attaches to the rest of the shoe. Would not recommend at all unfortunately. They are absolutely beautiful, although the yellow color immediately scuffs in a work environment so be ready for that.
Wide and comfortable but the insoles still feel hard when walking

I like these boots. Although they are steel toe, they feel almost as light as my sneakers.
I have two complaints.
1. The material lining the top of the boot is a cheap, fake leather. There is already a small tear on the inside in this section, and I've only worn the boots a week. I don't see these lasting more than a few months.
2. There is a section of the boot on the inside that seems to be misaligned. It actually was digging into the top of my foot.
If you've got money to burn, buy these boots. If not, invest in a pair that will last a long time.
I had to size up a half size bigger than what I normally wear. But now they are great.
I work on the Dock where there is no heat, they are great to wear and comfortable on concrete for a eight hour day of work during th winter months. would recommend these boots to everyone.

They're comfortable and look so nice
It took my feet a little bit to get used to the new steel toe, but after that the boots feel perfect. My feet stay dry when Im doing leg washes or bathing the horses and it is truly wonderful. I also don't have to worry about losing any toes to these big animals with the steel toe so it is wholly appreciated. I've worn them for two weeks straight and there have been no signs of wear or tear. I love the fit and feel of them, they kind of hug your feet and it's a nice feeling. Doesn't feel like youll slip right out.
Could not find a size that fits at retails stores. The Timberland website has the full range of sizes. We bought two shoes, 7.5W and 8W and ended up keeping the larger one. Really nice to be able to compare two different sizes in the comfort of home and to try them for an extended period of time. There is no need to comment on the quality and durability of Timberland product as they are always great.

Love everything about the boots but one thing, and it's that I love the style of it but it's insulated and I'm currently working out in the sun and it makes my feet hot if only there were the exact same ones but built for the summer

I had previous boots fail. Stitching became undone. There was not enough leather to be stitched correctly on flap of leather. timberland warranted them but had to buy replacement boots only from timberland store or timberland.com. none of the stores near me had these boots and on line didn't have my size or anything close. forced to buy different finish and larger size at a additional cost of $35.00. Not my idea of standing behind your product.
I work in a metal cutting yard... these boots stand up to the heat. And they are water resistant. Great for construction workers.
I needed steel toe boots because I'm constantly dropping things on my feet while working around the yard at home. I wanted something stylish, but effective and this fit all my requirements. With thick socks they do feel a tad narrow which becomes uncomfortable after lengthy wear.
I'm a Mechanic, and these endured 2½ years in what some consider a semi-harsh environment outstandingly.

My son loves these boots! They are a great improvement on the classic steel toe boots and they are easier to clean and show less dirt. He wears these all the time for working outside, romping around and any heavy duty activities. Excellent customer service too!!!

These are one of the best steel toe work boots on the market , I recommend ordering true to size , I personally made the mistake of reading other reviews that said to go half a size down , that is not true order true to size

I love these boots I have been buying them for years. However, the reason for only 3 stars is because this time they weren't as perfect as they usually are. Bubbles in the soles one boot is a little higher then the other. A little disappointed for something so expensive.

These felt really comfortable when I first put them on. I spent a few weeks breaking these in before I needed to wear them for work and now my feet are killing me after a full day!! At first it was just foot fatigue and I thought I needed more time breaking them in but after 1.5 months of wearing these for 8 hour days my feet, legs, and lower back are hurting so bad! I woke up this morning with so much aching and soreness. They keep my feet warm but they also make my feet really sweaty. They are well made and would be fine for short term wear but I am looking elsewhere immediately for new work boots.

Bought this item excited. They look really good but were extremely uncomfortable, cramped, and ran a full size small. I wear an 11W, I ordered an 11.5W just to be safe, but easily would need a 12W or 12.5W. Toes hurt and steel toes do not give enough room.
I ordered these in 8.5 because I always got a half size down from sneakers (size 9 in Nike) and I fit perfect in my 8.5 Hyperion boots. These were just too tight and narrow. I bought the steel toe model. They crushed on my toes every day I worked in them. The heel is also a little narrow on these. Guessing I'll be perfect in 8.5 wide with soft toe. Other than that, they're typical great quality boots that I expect from Timberland.

Bought my first pair of Timberlands in 1976. Bought my son a pair to start him off in his hvac career. While they are comfortable enough, after nine months of wear.the soles are coming off. They're not the "Timbies" I've bought in the past. Kind of disappointed.

Overall a decently made boot for the price. Steel toe plus thick insoles make these so tight fitting that it wasn't possible to wear them without killing my feet. I feel like going up a whole size up or possibly even two (considering I wear thick work socks and I like to be able to have a little more toe room up front) would've made me like these a lot more.
Great just ordered a size too small
After 2 years a crack appeared on the sole. The boots themselves look fine but that crack looks and feel terrible. Also its not just one crack, there many little cracks all over the sole on both boots. Looks like some defect...

Got them for work
Maybe it's because I got the steel-toe boots this time around, but these feel a little small on me. I ordered a pair of regular Timbs in the exact same size and they fit just fine. I use THIS pair for work and the pair I bought before hand was the soft toe, which fit fine. I tried to order half a size up and then just return this pair, but my order was cancelled, because despite being able to select them on the site, I guess they were not in stock. BUT, you can still select them, even though, they are supposedly not in stock??? So, then I thought I should just get a whole size up, but this pair has been slightly scuffed by now, so I don't think they would accept them back. I guess I'll just have to stick with the smaller size for now, but if you're going to order a steel-toe boot, make sure to order at least half a size up!!!

Best boot for window cleaning and landscaping
My son wears these to work and he is up and down ladders all day. They keep his feet warm and dry and don't hurt his feet like other brands.
I work in construction (framing) and these are great for Indiana winters! They're heavy duty and high quality from what I've seen. Only bummer is that they seem to run small. I have trouble even wiggling my toes when I got the size I normally wear, which may also decrease the insulation value of my socks in cold weather. I'd definitely recommend getting 1/2 size bigger than what you'd normally wear (based on my experience at least).
Other than that, my feet haven't gotten sore once! A lot of boots leave my heels raw, or the tips of my toes tender, but not so with these!
My job requires me to wear boots everyday and all day. My feet feel Great at the end of the day and at the end of the week.

These boots are great and I would buy them over and over again. you can use them for almost anything. I use them daily in the snow and to do work in the mud. they have plenty of traction. my feet have not got wet or cold. the steel toe can get cold in snow but that will happen with any steel-toed shoe.

My boyfriend works in Refrigeration and has a hard time finding a quality work boot that lasts. I bought these for his birthday one year and he loves them! Not only are they safe but comfortable too. Will buy again when if wears these ones out.
I have been purchasing this same boot annually for over a decade. My last pair ordered were very uncomfortable, due to a piece of internal leather protruding out at the corner of the tongue. Timberland did swap them out but my replacement pair had the same issue. My old 'comfortable' pair were made in the Dominican Republic.
I accdientally bought the wrong boot (wide instead of regular) but i love these. Sending them in for another pair right away!
This boot is comfortable for work
Boots seem fine, but when I initially reached out to timberland customer service because after about 4 weeks of wear the boots still didn't break in enough to feel comfortable. I have wide feet, and there's no wide option. So none of their women steel toe boots are even possible for me. But customer service pretty much said I was out of luck. If customer service was better I would've gave it better ratings. But I still don't see how there's no wide fit options.
It was 1/2 a size too small so returned for the next size.
Favorite work boots for years. This is the first pair of Timberland boots that caused me foot pain (left ball area of my foot. Possible defective workmanship. Normally, I would have given the boots a 5 star rating for awesome quality comfortable work boots.

I bought these from my local shoe store as I was in much need of new work boots. I am usually a 7.5 but had to go to the 8s. They felt great in store, until I wore them for a full 12 hour shift. My feet hurt so bad, they are to narrow through the whole steel part. I thought since they where new I would give them another try. But for for a half of shift this time (6 hours). I feet where so sore by the end. I ever tried loosening the laces and nothing helped. I wish i could return these as I am very disappointed.

I thought this shoe would be more comfortable in the sole as well as temperature wise. 1 day of use was enough for me to realize that I need something with better insulation and maybe even composite toe. The steel toe I think conducts more cold! My feet were in pain from the narrow, cold, and not so plush hard bottom.
I am a woman size 8.5, size 7 in men, and usually get my work shoes half size up to allow swelling. So I ordered these boots in men's size 7.5. They were waaaay too small, my toes were completely crammed. So I returned them and ordered a 8.5 which was ok in lenght but way too wide, even though it was medium width. I had to return again, and now will try ordering a size 8, or 8.5 narrow, can't decide. I hope the next one is the charm and I can wear them already, since they felt really comfortable while standing.

I then called direct to Timberland, ordered what we wanted, and it promptly came in just a few days. They were exactly what we wanted and the boots are did not disappoint. So happy with Timberland!

Usually I wear size 10 regular had to get 10 and a half wide fit. So sizing is off a bit they run small and very snug. Since I new this trying on at a store I ordered correctly online. Great boot, well made. Also I got the steel toe so the toes will not stretch out if you order to small beware. All in all was a great purchase. Quality made boot.

I have to say they are WAY more comfortable than I thought they would be. The leather is soft and appears great quality. They are insanely slip resistant. Almost spiderman like. They are put together very well. Plus they look great, as timberlands always do.
I was getting these steel-toes for work and had previously had a different pair of Timberlands that I loved- they were difficult to break in as most shoes are for me (causing lots of blisters) but were true to size, these were not. I ordered my normal size 8 and they are much too tight, especially on one foot. It feels as though the steel toe dips down (not matching up with foot shape). Getting them on was difficult and they didn't feel comfortable like my others were. Returning and probably not exchanging. If you just want to get them for the look, don't get the steel toes!

Really nice looking boot when I have to walk in the office after being out in the field. My absolute largest drawback to these boots is they are freezing cold at the steel toe part. The moment you hit the cold ground or pavement, the cold radiates around the entire steel plate making your toes practically numb, even with wool socks. Definitely needs to isolate the transfer of cold from the sole to the steel playing some how.
first time buying these and i love them.
I bought these for my husband who works 16 hour night shifts in the oil field. He works 6-7 days a week so I wanted something that would keep his feet dry, stay comfortable and ultimately last longer than other brands we have tried. Sadly these did not do the job. It says 30 day guarantee comfort but after only 3 days of use my husbands boots started to leak and he had to start putting plastic bags over his socks before putting the boots on to try to prevent his socks from getting wet. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. If you have a indoor job where your feet won't be getting wet these would be great!! Just make sure you size a half size up!
These boots are terrible overall , they fall apart honest truth. but better yet TIMBERLAND does NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I will never purchase ever again.

These are the most comfortable work boots I've ever owned. They are cushioned on all sides and way lighter than they look. I love how sturdy and supportive they are. I wear them to do field work and to get an iced coffee up the street. Super versatile!

I'm a mailman and I walk a lot. These boots are tuff, comfortable and they keep your feet dry. I walk in deep snow and jump in and out of my truck. When I first got them they hurt my toes but after a few days they felt better. Overall I like them.

Great pair of boots. This boot was TRUE TO SIZE FOR ME, I wear 11 and the 11 fits me perfect. Prior to this one, I ordered a 10.5 in same boot and wore it for a month - and it was just a bit short. So I broke down and finally bought the right pair, this tkme with a steel toe. It is well made, and looks terrific. I opted to go for the darker color because I work with trucks and I think it will do better with oil stains and such. Great pair of boots. My coworker is going to order same pair for himself. I opted to order direct from Timberland.
Their perfect except the top, they start hurting after wearing them for a while
I usually wear a size 7 in regular shoes, but I sized a half size up to a 7.5 considering they are steel toed. This gave me just enough room to wear thick socks and not be uncomfortable. I love having these boots and the do keep your feet warm. The cushions inside are comfortable and I have yet to get blisters from them, which is unusual for me.
I think this is a great all around work boot for anyone in need of one. It works well in a bunch of terrains and is well insulated. The toe cap is already tough so a piece of lumber falling doesn't scare me (just be weary of the weight of items you deal with).

This is a great looking boot. I wear a size 12 but the 12's I received were right all around. I returned them and ordered a size 13. These felt just right. You will want to order a full size bigger with these boots. I love how they look.

I work on a farm, and have my own I need to work on. I bought these hoping to protect my toes from the occasional hoof stepping on them, but was saddened that they were WAY too narrow for my foot. I didn't expect that to be the case, because they're boots, but silly me i guess. You NEED to add wide sizes for the women sizes, because now i'm going to be looking at other brands for more variety. My mother's narrow feet are even super snug at the widest part, but not as much as mine (thanks dad for giving me your feet smh).

Bought a half size too small but that was my fault. These are true to size and seem like they'd hold up great. I like that they're exceptionally light for a steel toe work boot. The only possible downside is the cuff at the top of the boot seems like it may wear out quicker than my similar work boots and my older Tims. For the price it's still a great option especially because of the light weight.
Bought these as a Christmas gift for my father that is a truck driver and he loves them.
These are a great quality boot. Very durable. Fits true to size. You can use for work or just to look nice when going out. The only thing with this color or the black leather, they can scuff easy so I purchased an oil based conditioner that makes them look like new when applied. Hope this helps.

Only thing I wish was different is no wet feet ever

But today the bottom sleeve fell apart.
The sole is not a single thick piece of rubber as it makes you think.
There is a flimsy sleeve that is the sole and is glued to a molded piece above it.
True pro work boots would have a thick solid rubber sole.
The leather seems fine and durable.
But they are not true heavy duty work boots.
I used them for very casual light duty wear and they fell apart.
Everything is perfect. True to size and width will definitely keep buying them

I'm a truck driver delivery guy, I'm on my feet a lot and so far they feel really comfortable.
Good boot just small toe box
Very cushiony and warm. I work in a warehouse and it's really cold and these boots keeps my feet very warm.
I work at a warehouse , so they are great for safety. Though they don't breathe very well so they cause you to sweat a little more than regular shoes. Regardless they are comfortable , their sole feels like memory foam so it feels like you're walking on air. Be careful what size you order , I'm usually a 9 1/2 - 10 depending on the shoe , but these boots go small , so I'd suggest getting a size and a half bigger than your usual size. Overall they're pretty Good, would buy again.

Hi, this my first time purchasing Timberland boots. I have not worn them enough to comment on durability. Tough to get on but once wearing they are warm and comfortable.

I am on my feet in the field, 10 hours per day 6 days a week. The boots a comfortable, and durable. I can wear them to meetings, or through mud site visits.
Could not wear them at all. Unlike all other non-safety, Timberland boots I've worn, the steel toe, of course, does not give at all and reduces the apparent size and width. Returned and will reorder same boot one size up and wide.

I stand all day. Needed something for comfort and protection and this has it. Good for cold weather as well. It's quite heavy but I was expecting that for this work shoes.

These are just plain fake work boots, and Timberland in general is just overpriced garbage! Customer service is terrible, your better off getting boots for a fraction of the price cause they'll last just as long!
This is the most painful work boots I have ever worn.I purchased and returned them twice I would need to get 2 sizes bigger to maybe fit they're to narrow I could only wear them a day. The sides of the steel to presses against the side of your feet.
Had to return as I thought I had ordered the soft toe, not the steel toe. Boots looked good and I like the style.

Bought these for my husband who needed a new pair of steel toe boots. Wow, these look awesome and have that great Timberland quality. These boots look so good, my son wanted a pair too. So, although he doesn't need them to work in, I ordered a pair for him as well to use as everyday wear. Arrived quickly and in great shape.

I've been buying my husband Timberland boots for work, for years. He's on a construction site so they get pretty banged up. But they last him about a year. He has a few pairs so he's not wearing one pair only. It makes them last longer. If he wore only one pair everyday, they wouldn't last the whole year. The only issue he has with them is that they are not waterproof. Water resistant yes. The other day it was pouring and he had to come home and change his clothes and boots. His socks were wet. They eventually do split at the seam or he wears out the soles. But no other boots even come close to the durability of Timberland. All in all, best work boots for construction and someone who walks 25k steps a day!
Can't imagine why anyone would make a boot without speed hooks. Not real comfortable. Disappointed to say the least

I purchased and got hooked on my first pair of these work boots from another retailer. The only bad thing is on my old pair the sole separated from the boot from the toe of the boot to about mid-way of the the boot. I am hoping that was an issue related to where I got them from, but there are several reviews on here with there being sole problems. I am hoping that getting them straight from the source avoids that problem. Overall, I love the warmth and the waterproofing this boot provides. Very comfortable too for a steel toe boot. These need to be broken in. They feel very awkward climbing ladders when they are fresh out of the box. Even if the soles fail again I would still buy another pair

Wow, I mean this is are by far the best looking and the most comfortable wearing boots be I've ever had.
I work 12 to 14 hours a shift 90% on my feet, walking,climbing ladders or structures 40 ft. or 100 ft. No blisters, sore feet during or at the end of my shift.
So has been a great comfortable boot .
The best part about these boots for me was the price. When you have insulated, water-proof, steel toe boots with this level of style and protection, you can't ask for a more reasonable deal.

Classic look with a more comfort in the footbed. Feels stable with plenty of support. Went with the wide since I have a wide foot and often have a hard time finding shoes in wide. Fits great and the added comfort in the footbed is a plus. I've had multiple pairs of the original 6" boots in the past and this is the first time I bought the Pro series. Only complaint is that the shipping took 2 weeks.
I usually purchase the traditional combat timberland but fell in love with the timberland pro pair.
I really liked the boots I usually float between a 7.5 and 8 so I figured go with the 8 but they're too small if you're actually using them as work boots and are planning on putting a wool sock with it. No biggie I just returned and repurchased. But go ahead and size a half up.

My legs, feet and back do not feel as fatigued after a long day on my feet. The ankle support is great and the foot bed is incredibly comfortable.
I wear these boots all the time. I have multiple timberland boots and these black leather ones are great as usual. Can be worn for any occasion but especially good for cold/ wet weather

I am a carpenter, I do commercial construction and overall this is a good boot. I work in all weather conditions and the boot is comfortable but I would suggest buying an insert

I bought it for my husband. He's always on his feet all day. He doesn't have wide feet. But I got a wide anyway because he doesn't like his toes feeling all cramped together. He normally wears a 9 1/2. I got him the 9 1/2 wide just to be sure there's extra room. But it's still too small. I feel bad because I don't have the money to buy him another pair of boots. Next time I will get him a 10 wide.

I use these boots at work. I'm a wastewater operator. These boots are comfortable, durable, and definitely warm, waterproof. They fit well. If there is a complaint it would be that I wish that they would last longer. The only part that wears out is the sole of the boots. Thank You Timberland.
Use for hard work.
They are truly comfortable boots. It's important that you get a wide size if you need the width because it makes a big difference as opposed to get a bigger size in the medium width. I like these boots they are sturdy walking on ballast and they are relatively light as well for a boot.

Great boot so far. Went with Timberland after beating up a pair of classics over four years in deep snow and salted pavement and seeing how well they lasted. These are substantially more comfortable and durable. Great traction though stability could be better. Nice and warm too with thick soles.
Use it for work.
I was moving to a new apartment, and didn't expect to find a great deal on these boots. I wear a size 16 in sneakers and running shoes. If these were a true 15, I would have a difficult time walking around. Rather, these boots fit possibly 3/4 of a size large, so it's perfect for me.
I really like the padded leather cuff at the top of the boot. The top terminates about 2 inches above my ankle bone. That gives me a firmer sense of foundation if I have to lift some load with my legs. I can drive my '13 Mazda 3 very comfortably, and without the clunkiness of wearing a typical boot.
They're warm, and I found myself dozing off outside in my hammock. They're like little rock pillows for my feet.
The Pro label is well deserved. Best pair of boots I've ever had, I'll say.
Thank goodness they can be purchased online I have worn them for almost 8 years and cannot find them in stores and had to resort to online purchases often companies make changes and thankfully they are the same all around please don't discontinue the line they provide a great balance between work and casual

Boots fit perfect. I used to pick up my timberlands from sears, but I'm glad I ordered from timberlands Web site they feel like maybe there newer models because the ones from sears never felt so light or fit as good.
Been buying and wearing this style for years I work with lumber and machinery and they are protective and last a long time. I haven't found any yet that are as good
This is a durable work boot. They're a but clunky and heavy but they get the job done.
i ordered half a size up for extra room, turns out it was too small and my toes were completely cramped. i had to return them but now will get a full size and a half so my toes can wiggle without feeling like they are in a crowded foot prison

I have used this work boot for about 4 months now and they are by far the most uncomfortable work boot I have ever used. My father and I bought these together, he got his in store and I ordered mine online because I wanted the brown boots. We both agree that these boots are the most uncomfortable we have ever worn. These are my first time using timberland pro boots but my father recommended these because years ago he use to always buy timberlands. These boots are way too narrow, even though I ordered extra wide and they feel to run very small in size too. There is no room in the toe area, the steel toe is constantly rubbing through my socks. EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!! It's a shame because the boots feel light and the leather and stitching seem to be holding up very well. The boots are just very uncomfortable.
I wear these boots to work in a School Food Service Central Kitchen. I am on my feet pushes pallets in and out if the freezer and fridge. I stay in the freezer at -9 degrees for over 30 minutes at a time. These boots keep my feet warm, and give me great comfort, support and protection from heavy equipment.

I use this as my regular work boot. As an everyday boot it would be fine, but it certainly is the best in class for work/steel toe boot.
The shoes does its job. It provides the grip that I need, the protection and the comfort but standing for too long causes the ball of my foot to hurt. Im still not sure if its just me or the shoes, I never really had problems using my other work shoes.
last pair lasted 4 years in machine shop.This new pair is very comfortable and breaks in pretty fast.

Have had numerous pairs of these boots over the years. Last November tried to order on line. They were out of my size 15. I signed up for an in stock email. 9 months later they are in stock. Wow. Not one word in between. Very disappointing.

This boot seems to be much better quality than the regular timberland boots...I still love the regular timberlands but this timberland pro is definitely a awesome alternative.
It great boots, but choosing by internet - I get too big size. (And not for length only. Tt is very wide in the heel end for my foot. I'm sure, even -1size will not fix it.)
But I still can use it without any hurt to the foot.
Unfortunately, I can't exchange because of extra high extra costs for transportation.
So, I will use it, and try to find better size in the future.

I can minus one star from whole Timberland because of different sizing among different products..
Samuel Colt make "Revolution" of making measurements in industry, but seems Timberland not using that experience...
I hope our era of digital and 3d - will bring some revolution to shoes sizing and remote choosing.
Because of my job I do a lot of walking, the last few pairs of these I've bought have either hurt my toes or like this pair one side rubbed my ankle raw, I don't feel anything inside the boot that would cause it to do that but it rubs none the less, quality has definitely taken a downward hit.
I use it for construction and the boots are perfect. My feet are well protected and insulated. They break in at about the 4th day and they are comfortable for all day use.

I love these boots. The steel toe boots have heft and are perfectly waterproof. It has been training a ton lately in GA and my job requires me being outside for long stretches of time. The rain headed no effect. My feet were dry as a bone.
my next pair I will go a 1/2 size bigger.... able support is great. Switched from wolverine because the soles wire or too quickly. 2 weeks in and I see a big difference
I have purchased three pairs of the 6" black boots. I wear them as a shoe for work. They fit well. Walking all day and standing is awesome in these to me. They are WATERPROOF as stated. They also polish up nicely. My only complaint is the first two pairs have split across the soles on both left and right after about 7-8 months. They become useless for rain or snow wear at that point. I bought the 3rd pair and will move on to another manufacturer if these split.
On another note, my 8" brown boots, are worn always for outside or automotive work. Close to 10 years old. Still waterproof. They are beat up but no split soles. I did buy another pair of these, but wear them sparingly.
I wish these could be resoled.

I've had five pairs of these in the last 8 years. Every single pair the sole comes unglued within 18 months. I'm not using them for heavy construction and I don't wear them every day. I've trued gluing the bottom back on but they are not water resistant anymore and it doesn't last. They're good boots until they fall apart but at this price I don't see the value
Great quality boot
I've always purchased this for the tougher terrain at work. I just recently repurchased another pair, but they changed the sizing. I'm guessing they didn't consider to make room for the steel toe. So you'll have to size up a full size and/or half. The wide with cuts down towards the toes, you could feel it with every step. The company won't return or make it right with a discount, nothing. Not even a response or a call, won't even pick up the phone!
I'm an HVAC/R technician and wear these boots 50-60 hours a week. They are extremely comfortable after a small break in period as with any boots.
This is my first pair of Timberland Boots. As far back as I can remember I've always wanted some boots from Timberland. I work at a warehouse and I'm required to wear steel toe boots. Bought my boots but I was somewhat skeptical about the sizes. There's medium and width and I usually wear size 11. So I decided to go with size 11 medium. When I tried them on, it did feel a little tight but after a while my feet and the boots adjusted to my comfort as in they don't fit too tight anymore.
Great shoes. Cleared about a half acre of brush and nothing goes through this sole.

i would have given this shoe 5* except that it does not have the quick lace hooks for fast lace up. otherwise these boots are great right out of the box.
Feels cheap for the price. Not having a finger pull straps at the back seems unusual for a high ankle boot. This makes it more cumbersome and the material overall just feels far cheaper and less solid than the pair I bought a decade ago.
It may just be a pair of bad boots but I mean they're supposed to be waterproof yet in the morning dew they start getting wet inside of the boot and just makes me uncomfortable the entire day but overall they're built well and had stuff drop on my toe and the steel toe saved them
I will continue to buy this shoe again and again and again and again. It's comfy and durable for construction work.

I love these shoes been using them for 5 years at my work site, always buy these for my steel toe type shoes. The pad does run out quick, feet start to hurt a bit standing for long periods of time. But other than that it's good!

I like these boots. I really do. I am required to wear steel toes as I am a machine operator working 12 hour days. They do keep my feet and ankles warm, which is great as we do not have heat in our facility, and I live and work in northern Utah with its bipolar weather. However, they have been a HUGE pain to break in. I wore them over our winter shut down continuously, as well as through 4 full work days, and they are STILL not broken in. They DO, however, hold up well, as I have dropped a 65lb steel beam on my foot, after it bounced off of its steel pallet. The boot doesn't even look like it has been touched, and I didnt get injured in the process. The definitely hold up well, but I do not find that the "anti-fatigue sole" is actually anti-fatigue. I have had to add in after market insoles or else I feel like I just ran a marathon after little to no activity for months.
Got these for a new job and wanted to break them in before starting. They are very comfortable. I noticed the cushioning from the second I put them on. Wore them for 9 hours, didn't start to get a little sore about 8 hours in. The steel toe isn't too noticeable when wearing them either. Overall I am very happy with these boots and will continue to purchase them in the future as pairs need replaced. Will be buying other styles for other season

This was the first time I bought a steel toe boot and if I didn't have to, I would not purchase again. The boot was very stiff and tight. After a couple weeks it still is and I purchased a wider version. An in store purchase is probably a better decision if given the opportunity.
It was a good boot, had only worn me twice, but needed a size bigger. You dont do "straight exchange" so sent them back for a refund. Which I'm still waiting on and has been 3 weeks.
The boots are nice, I like them. I returned them because they were tight. The only thing I did not like is that in the store where I returned them they did not want to replace them with another size just because they were of another color!

Bought these for work cause I due securtiy work outside all night in all types of weather. I live in philly so winter gets bad n these boots by far are worth the money keeps my feet warm plus after 8 to 12 hours standing outside feet aren't aching n in pain, I would definitely recommend for any type of law enforcement who wants nice boots that keeps feet comfortable and warm.

I am on my 5th or 6 pair of these boots. They are comfortable and durable.
I've had these boots for about 2 years now, using them for my work in landscaping, and also using them as snow boots. They've held up great and show little wear considering what I put them through. They are comfortable, waterproof and keep my feet warm year-round. The only complaint I have is that on my pair, the tongues go to the side and allow water and snow to enter the boots. Even pulling them straight and tying them tightly, they still end up to the side. I'm sure that they don't usually do this, but it is a nuisance nonetheless because water and snow gets in, and they look off with both tongues going to the side.

I love the way they look but they are def not waterproof and they wear out after maybe 6 months use. I have gone through 6 pairs in three years and I'm tired of that
I work outside doing traffic control and steel toe boots are a requirement. I have been using craftsman men's boots and I decided to find me a pair of boots made for women. It's harder to find those so when I came across these ones I had to try them. I have only had the chance to wear them twice but they are comfortable and I am really glad I got them. I got the size 9 boots. The dickies boot socks I have are too thick to wear with them so I had to get other socks but overall I am happy with this purchase.
A few of metal grommets around the laces holes came off and the sole wore much faster than expected. For the price I paid, I expected better craftsmanship.

This is my third pair of Timberland Pro. The last two pair lasted over 5 years with both pairs alternately used 3 to 4 days a week.
They were comfortable from the start and they got abused on construction sights and a lot of walking thru the woods.

I have had other brands of boots that cost twice as much and these boots do the job as well or better than the other more expensive brands . I've worn the brown oil Timberland Pro Direct Attach steel toe for 2 months straight Monday through Friday on 9 hours shift in a warehouse and I DO NOT HAVE ONE COMPLAINT! They are comfortable, and have kept my feet warm when I'm loading up trucks on the dock. I will be buying the black pair very soon!!!

I use this product for work where I'm on my feet all day. After only one month the toe and rubber bottoms began separating. I couldn't even walk through my wet lawn without my sock getting soaked. Very disappointed.
Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, but the sizing is a little misleading. The anti-fatigue insoles proved with the boots will make them ½ size too small; they're way too bulky/thick. I've never been a fan of insole, so this isn't an issue for me, but for those who are planning on keeping their insoles in don't size down ½ a size stay true to your sneaker/tennis shoe size.

It took alot of time and running around to many stores and not be able to find these boots. I am a brick and morter store shopper. I like to see, touch try on what im going to purchase. But was forced to find and order online. The only reason I bothered to order them was a had bought a pair of these boots what I believe was aprox 7 1/2 years ago and was still wearing them busted up and all until i recieved my new boots. If it wasn't that I had purchased a pair before and loved the way they felt and lasted i would not have ordered them at all on line. Never stop making this model boot and make it available for purchase in the stores. So much effort made to purchase and review these boots 15% doesn't seem like much. Thank anyway

I've needed new boots to accomplish my work outdoors. I had been putting off the task of replacing my old worn out boots. I recently discovered I could wait NO longer. Never had a pair of Timberland boots. Had heard a lot of good things but was not convinced. What the heck I thought. I'll just take a peek on line. Well, the peek turned into a purchase. The greatest thing about these boots is that they feel like their already broken in! The sizing is perfect. No adjustment in size at all. I bought what I wear. The not so great thing about this transaction is that I waited too long. I should have bout Timberland boots some time ago. Before I wear these out, I'll be purchasing a replacement pair!
There is not enough room at the toe. I wear a 5 shoe and I got a 5 1/2 and it was to small. Felt like the Steele was sitting on top of my toes.
Tried getting my size with regular width and turns out my feet are wide. Probably a good boot, haven't worn it to tell you whether it's truly good or not though. These do not fit the same way classic timbs do though, so watch out. They run a little smaller than classic timbs
I work in a warehouse, I do a lot of walking and bending all day, so far the boots are comfortable and don't hurt my feet after the day is over. Comfortable, solid, great traction. Nothing to complain about.

I've purchased many workbooks over the years that have been hard to get a good size, but these are absolutely perfect. Not too heavy, very comfortable for wearing all day.
The uppers are in great shape, plenty of tread left, but the layers of the sole have separated. The middle layer has turned to a granular material so they can't even be glued or resoled. Pitiful material and lack of longevity, and company won't admit there is a problem. Don't waste your money on Timberland boots, go for another provider with a good reputation.

So comfortable!!! I'm on my feet all day on concrete and my old shoes werent cutting it, but these boots... omg what a difference, why didnt I buy these sooner!! I was a little nervous that they wouldn't fit at first. I'm a size 5 and the smallest size for this boot is a 5.5. They're not as loose as I'd thought they'd be. Theres just a little extra toe room but its no inconvenience. I would definitely buy these again and recommend them for others with a similar shoe size as me.
I have worked in timberland pro boots for the past 20 years. Not anymore. last pair I purchased was just over a year and the soles are separated from the boot. I work around water everyday and have never had wet feet till I got this pair. I think all timberland wants to make are boots for fashion not work nowadays. It's a shame 20 years of using the same brand and timberland doesn't care about there customers. If you ever have to walk in water get different boots you will thank me later.

I bought a pair of these boots 7 years ago and believe it or not they are still going strong (they look pretty worn but still in good shape.) I've used them for everything you can think of work wise and everything else I'm now only buying a new pair but I'll still use the old ones for dirty jobs, probably one of the best purchases I've made and definitely worth the price. I can't recommend them enough. And if your worried about the size go try them on in a store then order online. Or search for a deal but I'll be honest I don't mind paying the tag price because you get your money's worth. Hope this helps anyone else looking for a good all round work boot.
I'm a PE for a GC and literally wear these boots ALL DAY (min 9 hours), they required NO break in time and my plantars fasciitis feels like it is improving! I would HIGHLY recommend these boots for ANY woman working in the field. It hasn't rained yet, but based on my current experience I think this pair of boots will live up to the hype.

I worked in a Sand plant, and one of my company's rules in use Steel toe boots. So it's the second time a buy these shoes, there Super comfortable, there waterproof so not even onces I had water on the inside when it rains. I strongly recommend them.

Love all the Timberland boots range! These boots are a full size small compared to the non-steelcap variant. I had to exchange them for a size up. 13W-14W.
Great comfort and protection. It is not durable if exposed to water, say working in concrete. The sole peels off and is not easily repaired by gluing, The polystyrene base peels off in layers with the glue.

Boots looked cheap and felt chintsy. Did not fit well at all. I sent back for a refund. They claim they never received my return and wont do anything for me. Granted I did not write down the tracking number but their customer service has been horrible. I spoke to a manager and he was extremely cocky and disrespectful and hung up on me. I am extremely unsatisfied. I will never purchase or refer timberland products.

I purchased these boots because I wanted a pair of boots that would last long. For the most part they were good and I cleaned them regularly and treated them well. From the first time I wore them , they would get a wet spot from the inside out near the ball of my foot. They now have a hole in the same spot. They lasted 5 months, which is how long the cheaper boots lasted that were much cheaper. Very disappointed with these boots. Will not purchase anymore boots from Timberland.

It's a nice boot but I find them very heavy. After a day of wearing them, my legs are tired from lifting them to walk. I think it's the thick, dense rubber sole that makes them so heavy. It would be better if they figured out a way to lighten them up a bit. Maybe decrease the thickness of the sole, as they seem unnecessarily thick. When these wear out, I won't buy them again. There are many lighter, more comfortable alternatives on the market
Love the product, really comfortable, warm, and great for the winter. Not really going to use this for work because of my arthritis but i would be waring it for show. I have other kinds of timberland but no5ing like these. (I think they're even better)

STAY AWAY FROM THESE BOOTS!! If i could give these boots a zero star raiting i would. After 6 months the sole split open in 3 spots. So my foot would get soaked. I live in the midwest so i need a weather proof boot. Also i work for a living so tgese boots arent just for show like some of these "men" wear. Timberland isnt a work boot its a hood, im so fresh boot.
I ordered them and did not notice that they did not have the speed laces foe ease of putting them on. I will be returning them for a different pair. I have worn Timberland Pro boots for years and have been very happy!

Great work boot with many styles and options to choose from. Mine included the heel notch on the bottom for safe climbing, steel toe for drop protection, and electrical hazard protection for added safety during electrical maintenance.
The cushion protecting from the metal hitting your toes worn out and tried getting help from customer service and was ignored. They said it's because i had them for too long. Very disappointed.

These boots last! I bought a pair in 2011 and they just gave out. I work in the essential oil industry and the boots take a lot of abuse daily. Not to mention the oils destroy everything. These boots held up so well I just had to get another pair.
A little snow, some slush, some rain and my feet were soaked. Very disappointing.

I have owned 4 pairs of these boots over the last 5 years. Each pair has failed in a different way. The latest pair is coming apart from the sole. I used to think these boots were well made but the quality is getting worse and worse with each pair. Do yourself a favor and look at different brands.

I bought these for my husband and he loved them! I think the quality is great. The only downside is that they run a bit small. I had to return my husband's and order a half size bigger. That is the only reason for the 4 stars, otherwise they'd be a 5.
I got these to give as a gift, and the receiver says they fit true to size, and are comfy all day long. (After a few days of breaking them in.) He works for a mechanic, so he's almost always on concrete floors. He tells me that walking through a puddle of oil isn't an issue, however, they're a little slick in the snow. So far, these Pros have proven to be waterproof, as well as oil and acid, resistant.
I use this for 12 hour factory shifts. I like how stylish they are and how light weight they are compared to other boots. They're durable but not indestructible. I'm buying another pair but I'm gonna take better care of them so the last longer lol. I used to take them off by holding the back bottom of the boot with my other boot and pulling my foot out but that lead to the bottom of the boot disconnecting to the rubber part so I'm gonna take them off more careful from now on.

I bought these PRO boots for my college age son for Christmas last year. He works construction over Christmas break (3-4 weeks tops) and over the summer (May to the beginning of August).
They have completely fallen apart in less than 6 months of wear.
Holes in both shoes right past where the steel toe ends (2 holes each shoe) and he just walked in from work and showed me how the tread fell off today!!!
Before I bought these PRO boots he was wearing just regular Timberlands...those lasted 2 whole years!!

Hi I had bought these boots for my husband early Christmas present and the box came in size 11.5 but when he tried them on the size was 11 m I tried to exchange them because they give you a paper to fill out and they said they couldn't do exchanges, but they did refund my money and I had to buy them all over again same price customer service is very poor don't say you can do exchanges and not do them thanks

I work in harsh new england weather and i bought these boots because they were suppose to be insulate, but my feet are cold everyday. Im so bummed out because their comfortable, light weight, well built and stylist but my feet are freezing cold everytime i work outside for more than an hour

I do lawncare for a living. Long days, a lot of walking and in every type of weather that gets thrown at us. So far they have held up well. Pretty warm, very durable and comfortable. Usually my boots do not last longer then 3 months so hopefully these will last a long time.

I purchased these boots November 2017, so they'll be a year old in about a week. I'm a delivery driver for hvac and plumbing product to businesses and job sites, so I've used these boots in all types of different weather. They've held up very well. These boots have kept my feet warm during winter months, at job sites walking through mud, snow, and areas where my boot is completely covered with water up to my ankles they've kept my feet completely dry. I have noticed recently after stepping in water at a job site my right boot will let very little water in my boot. (They're a year old and I've put these boots through every weather condition and they've did the job very well so that's expected considering how hard I've been with these boots) I replaced the sole of the boot and plan to get a month or two more out of the boots before I replace them. I will be buying same boots to replace these when the time comes.

I work on the water and these boots take a beating. I only need to replace them once a year because I am so tough on them. Any other boot I have bought only lasts 4-5 months. Great fit, comfortable, and long lasting.
I bought this boot for waterproofness and insulation. Have noticed feet are warmer than the non insulated Timberlands I used to buy. Have not had the boot for a full season to test waterproof but good so far after three weeks. For my work I would have like the oil resistant/non skid sole of my other T-lands. Was not able to find that sole with these features. I also prefer the hooks on the last two lace positions of my old Tlands better than the eyeholes of this model.

I wear these boots daily for everything I do, from mowing the lawn to doing construction on my house to wearing them around my office job. Feet are comfortable, great support in the arch, and steady grip for even the wettest conditions.
The 1st Pair of boots lasted me 6 1/2 year very good boot.
I am a lineman and these are my favorite boots for work and home.

Great boots. I got them as a gift for my brother who is a landscaper. His job requires long hours on his feet, all different types of work, unpredictable weather, different seasons, wear and tear, and so much more. He's had these boots before and loved them so much he was looking to get a new pair of the same boots. They're durable and reliable! According to my brother his first pair he owned lasted him about 1 and 1/2 years before the side began to tear. Other than that my brother would recommend them.

So far so good. Very comfortable. Size is accurate. I use them mostly on weekends working around the house. Several remodeling projects going on and these have saved my toes once already.
Interested to see how well they do when the snow starts falling.

Awesome boots had them for 2 years, always on my feet at work (welding), Really comfortable the material held up to every and normal wear and tear for 2 years.
I have had Timberlands for ages and routinely wear their Gladstone steel toe shoe which has been great. My Pro Series standard boot I wear only occasionally and they literally disintegrated the sole just fell apart on them. The bottoms hardly show any wear but the material just fell apart. Pretty disappointed.
Love the way these fit, they're much more feminine than most work boots, which I find to be wide and clunky. They're surprisingly low profile and light, too. I work with harsh chemicals and lots of water, and they are totally waterproof and have kept out every chemical I've spilled on them so far.
I used to get 6 months of wear from these boots.
The last few pair have gotten about 3 months each which is very disappointing.
I need to get over my brand loyalty and find a better boot.

Timberland lost someone that would have been a customer for life.
Until last week I swore by Timberland Pro's. No more, never again. I've had 4 pairs of their boots over the last 16 years that I literally wore *every* single day, all day, in all conditions, and I recommended them to everyone. I would have been happy buying and wearing them for the rest of my days.
My last pair finally wore out and I ordered a replacement with no hesitation. It's T-Pro and my size, no brainer, right? WRONG! What I got and what I found in the stores was total garbage compared to what I used to get. What happened?? They have obviously sold out. Wish I had bought 10 pair instead of just the two I did last time when they used to make a quality product (I had a feeling that nothing good would last).
What a complete disappointment. I will do my best to steer people away from their products from now on (but I'm pretty sure people will figure it out for themselves soon enough anyway)

Love them. Been wearing men's steel toe boots for so long and let's just say it was time. So glad I invested in these. Not only stylish but COMFORTABLE
Considering I have been using these primarily as a replacement to my everyday work boots, they hold true to their advertisement. They are light and quite comfortable and roomy enough to not feel tight. Better quality then my original work boots which were manufactured by "Carolina Boots".
It also helps that these boots are easy to clean and maintain as well considering the environment I work in not to mention they are quite eye appealing.
Would definitely buy another pair and will certainly do so in the near future.

Light, feels comfortable and appears to be very sturdy. Pleased with the purchase so far.
So boots are required for my job so I need them to be tough and durable. These boots are very comfortable but after about a year the soles begin to fail and allow water into the boot. I've owned two pairs of this model the first pair the soles tore away from the boot after a year and some change and now the second pair the entire bottom of the boot ripped in half after again a year and some change. Overall the boot is comfortable but expect to replace them every year.
Really good all day work boot. Lasts longer than any other boots I've tried. With insert it's even better.. get 12" if u wear a 10.. I've been through 3 pairs now and I'm glad to.say I dont have to go boot shopping any more. I just order the same ones again.. so sure footed a d able support is unbeatable in the 8" tall boots.
This is the best boot I ever owned. I am on my 2nd pair and in around 10 more years if they wear out by then, I will get another pair. For regular everyday wear they are fantastic. Most comfortable boot of all the others I have tired.
After a month of daily use with heavy wear and tear these one of the most painful pairs of boots I've worn. My feet are full of blistersand sore to the point where it's painful to walk. I've purchased boots of much less quality that have been more comfortable to wear. Would recommend you burn your money than purchasing this pair of boots, your feet thank you for it.
It's been about four years since I've had these boots and they have held up great everything I could throw at them, they have taken it well. Working as a mechanic they are exposed to a lot of these chemicals, and the boots still function just like they were When they were new. They were very comfortable when I first got them and now four years later muscles have been all torn up and being on and flattened so I just bought some new ones to replace them since I can't justify spending money on new boots When these have held up for the past four years. I will be wearing these until the outer shell of the blue breaks and They can't function like they should
Timberland use to be a lot better made. The soles of both boots show very little wear, but totally separated from the shoe.
Boots are very comfortable and I loved them before the broke.
I had to have a shoemaker repair them.
I don't mind paying the price, but when I buy Timberland Pro I expect more.
Timberland- please do better.

My Husband uses Steel toe boots for work and has for years and has tried different brands, Timberland boots are the ones he seems to always go back.
I'ver only wore them for 2 " winter " seasons, and the sides of the boots are rip!? Not happy at all! For next winter season I'll be buying another brand.

I've been buying little boys' boots for years because I couldn't get real ones in this style small enough for my feet. I was ecstatic to see they finally offered these when my last pair wore out and the difference is great. Nice thick padding, heavier soles, and they're comfortable from minute one. No break in time needed.
My only complaint is they're a little hot, and that's to be expected with work boots.
