Headache-Free Returns

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with any of the products that we sell. We try to make returns as easy as possible for you.

The return will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be within 30 days of the purchase date
  • All products be unworn in the original condition/packaging with all tags.

NOTE: To request a return, you will need an account. If you do not have an account, you will need to register using the same email address as your order has on file.

1. Log into your account by clicking Login at the top left or click Here.

2. View your order by clicking My Orders.

3. Find the order with the item you'd like to return, and select View.

4. Select Return Item(s) at the bottom of the order.

5. Fill out the form completely, then select Send.

Processing time for returns is typically between 1-2 business days.

Return Packaging

Please package your products to be returned in the condition you intend. If your item includes a shoe box, please do not use that shoe box as the return packaging. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes, may be refused by our warehouse. To avoid this, please return your item in a box or wrap to ensure it's safe arrival to our facility.


Closeout Items

All items that are marked as "Closeout" are final sale. These items are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.
