I just got a new jacket because my old one was worn out after 13 years of abuse, it still works I just wanted a fresh look. I love Carhartt products ,<br /><br />Tom
I just bought this to replace another carhartt work jacket, and the quality is boringly, predictably great. The only reason I'm writing this review is to emphasize that carhartt runs BIG. I am 6 ft, 220 lbs. And I am an XL in most every other brand. My new XL should have been a lg. My fault entirely, but be advised.
Bought one way too short - this is not a true tall size - really nice jacket but very disappointing they portray it as a tall size which it is not - don't buy this jacket if your tall it will not fit
The look and feel of this jacket is just what you would expect from Carhartt. The fit was far from Carhartt quality. I'm 6'4" and a big guy ordered a 3xtall. First impression was great until I drove to work. While driving I realized the sleeves were pulling up my forearms and the length was way to short. If you are of average height and size probably great jacket just not for us tall big guys.
