Great fit and comfortable
Bought these as a gift for my husband. He loves them. I was so impressed with the weight of the material that I ordered more for my son and my daughters friend. The tall size for my big n tall hubby is definitely long. Because it is a loose fit I feel like I could have gotten away with a regular length for him. Thanks for such a great product.

I've been living in these shirts for years. Now, unfortunately, they come in LOOSE fit and there's no regular fit option. Thanks but no thanks. I haven't gained 25 pounds which is what I'd need for this shirt to "fit". Please consider offering these in both regular and loose fit.

The shirts fit great and feel good. However one of the shirts had a sleeve not completely sewn down near the wrist. Not worth the hassle to return, i'll just try to wear it as is......

Comfy shirt, if you get one made with cotton. I’ve ordered a few of these, and about half of them felt like they were made out of cardboard… extremely rigged, rough texture, and quite uncomfortable
Carhartt K87 tee shirts are the greatest in the world, I have almost 20 shirts along with hats, hoodies, etc.<br /><br />The most comfortable shirt in the world is the Carhartt K87 tee shirt in the color "ASH", unfortunately that awesome color has been discontinued and that is extremely upsetting.<br />Please bring back the color "ASH" - I will immediatly purchase 15 short sleeve and 10 long sleeve shirts.

I've worn carhartt shirts for many years. They've been great. But when you discontinued the original fit style I discontinued buying your product. Not everyone needs nor wants a loose fit shirt.

I love these. A bit heavier for warmth, the pocket is full-sized unlike some other brands, and the loose fit feels more comfortable.
I ended up returning them. The quality was fine but I didn't realize how loose fitting they would be. I should have checked my other shirts, they are relaxed fit. I have re-orderd the relaxed fit. Truly my bad, not Carhartt!!

My husband usually wears a large but I ordered medium based on previous reviews. The shirt still allows easy movement without binding but looks more like a relaxed fit rather than a loose fit. Perfect!

This is the type of clothing I buy from Carhartt and it is a little large and that is why I buy it. I am a well built guy and the typical XL is tight and doesn't fit loose enough when working on my ranch. I also like the material is durable and yes it will wear out and I wear out too after a day working.<br />That is why I buy enough tops in long sleeves to make tearing one up not a problem.<br /><br />I will buy this long sleeve pull over and do like the pocket which I use sometime to clip my FSR too since I have no cell phone coverage in the mountains and it fits in the pocket just fine.<br />Recommend.

Run large, for XL
The Carhartt heavyweight long-sleeve pocket T-shirts are no longer the quality heavyweight material that earned the company my loyalty. I need heavyweight for my work at sea and I have been buying these shirts for decades. My old ones were wearing out after years of hard use. I had read reviews about Carhartt dropping their original fit and going with loose fit, so I ordered one shirt the next size smaller than what I had been wearing. It arrived and it fit okay, except for a surprisingly large neck opening (no one has a neck that big and now I have to use a neck wrap). I ordered 23 more shirts so I would have a couple dozen to work with. The supposed heavyweight fabric does not come close to comparing with their old heavyweight material. When these shirts wear out (which will happen much sooner), I will sadly have to search for a manufacturer who doesn't cheap out as Carthartt has. I need heavyweight quality, like Carhartt made in the old days.

The same size shirt I have worn all my life is now the size of a pup tent. I dropped down a<br />Size and it fits like the others used to. Like one of the other comment stated we ain’t all fat and we don’t need loose fit. Also seems like it’s getting harder and harder to get 100% cotton nowadays everyone want to put synthetic materials in it. If you weld,burn steel or grind steel that man made stuff melts if a spark lands on it and burns us. Cotton don’t melt and it takes a lot to burn it.

I have been wearing Carhartt for 20 years. Over the past 3 years the t-shirt quality has gone way downhill. Material, Size, and Fabric are not consistent with what I expect from Carhartt. Seriously thinking of switching brands.
Perfect proportional fit
Ordered my “true fit” size which is my normal size and they sent me a whole tent. Not even close to any other brand in how oversized it is.
I like them but why is everything loose fit these days? Why can't I buy these in regular fit?. I have bought these many times over the years and always liked the fit but now it seems everything offered is "loose fit" and the large tall that I have always worn is now like a tent on me. ordering medium size is not an option because they are not offered in tall and the sleeves are several inches above my wrists. Not everyone is getting fatter these days.
I asked for the shirts made in Honduras as opposed to the shirts made in Guatemala - ended up receiving Guatemala shirts which are not as good because the weight of the cotton is lighter - disappointed ??

Very disappointed. I am about 6' tall (100kg) 200lbs and normally wear size 2x in every other brand but everything I bought from this company, about $400 worth of clothing, is in usable because 2x is EXTREMELY huge closer 4x in other brands. Was unable to start a new job because I didn't have work clothes.

This T-shirt solved a couple of problems for my husband. Pacific coast days are cool and this shirt is a perfect weight for indoor and outdoor hobbies. The shirt also solves the problem of where to carry that cell phone. The pocket is a perfect fit for the iPhone, and now it doesn’t get lost between the office, the shed and the hobby room. He has 5 colors now, but I will order a couple of spares for laundry days. Thanks Carhartt.

In March I also ordered two long sleeve t-shirts that I had to return as the size, though marked "Medium" is actually like a XXL ! I like the room in the pocket because it has room to spare for my IPhone 11 Max Pro. However the pocket on the tee shirts with the logo on the sleeve is not as wide which makes it harder to put my phone in.

I have purchased at least seven loose-fit long sleeve shirts. This one, brown, is a disappointment. It should be XL, but it feels and looks like a L. I line dried it after each washing too.
The fabric seems different (poorer quality) than my other Carhartt heavyweight shirts. The pocket starting to come off on one corner and had loose threads (I had to stitch the corner to stop it from continuing to separate down the side of the pocket). <br /><br />Still a good shirt as far as fit and such; just a lower quality than previous clothes I've gotten from Carhartt...
I like Carhartt tshirts and have 9 or more but wish they were not so long. They come down on me to me mid thighs and have to raise them up to get in my pockets if I wear them untucked. But since they are so long on me I have to wear them tucked even with shorts. I have a couple of Dickies I bought years ago before my Carhartt's and the come to about top of or mid pockets on my Carhartt jeans (which I love)or my Wrangler jeans. Aware you can't make all different lengths but they could be shortened a few inches. I am 5'9" and feel like the lengths are made for 6'6" guys vs. average suze guys. But the quality and all heavyweight Cotton is the reason I buy them! And I will continue to buy especially when I find your $10 sale price.

These shirts are great! I generally wear an XL, but because they are loose fitting the Large fits perfectly.
Been using Duluth long sleeve T shirts, but like these better. The material is softer. Sometimes I need a XL and sometimes L. Large seems to fit just fine. Not much shrinkage /. Don’t know the durability yet.

Nice heavyweight long sleeve tee. Seems very sturdy and did not shrink even though I washed it in hot water and dried it in the dryer repeatedly. I am sure it will last a long time. The only problem is that I was trying to shrink it a little bit because the length and sleeves are so long, and much larger than most of my same size tees. I kept it because it was a good price and I had hoped it would shrink, but I wouldn't buy it again.

I have been a Carhartt work clothes wearer for years. I have a closet full of this brand. Several jackets etc. But when it comes to these 2 new shirts I am very disappointed. I wanted some heavyweight shirts. Pull over, long sleeve. These ARE NOT heavy weight. You need to review what you consider to be heavy weight. My old Carhartt are far better. These are barley lightweight.

Crap. I'm glad I bought my T shirts (K87) before you rebranded them for this lightweight, see through inferior shirt. Very unhappy. How can you call this heavy weight??? Don't care for the stitching either. All in all I will never purchase another "force" shirt.
Not 100% cotton, sizing is way off. So it's a comfy shirt but I was mislead to believe that only the heather shirts were 60-40 cotton to polyester, this is the brite orange, a solid color and still is 60-40. I cannot wear polyester in my line of work, cotton or FR only. Plus this is the 3rd item I will be returning do to inaccurate size charts. I wear large in every other brand. I have a 44" chest 36" waist (large, according to their size chart) and the medium still fits loose on me.

Advertised as Loose Fit "Heavyweight" Long-Sleeve Pocket T-Shirt, however, it is not even close to as medium weight.
I enjoy them very much i am retired now and like the warm feeling they provide in my lazy days.
Strong material, good seams - so far. Waiting to see if material 'balls' up. One thing I do not like is the neck is too tight in front. Not looking for a V neck, but the neck could come down some more to take pressure off my neck.

This shirt fits well and is made of thick material. It's roomy and comfortable and seems like it will hold up well to the dirt and grim here on the farm or at work in the mine -wherever I'm wearing it for the day. I've noticed that the Carhartt t-shirts and long sleeve shirts tend to run bigger and are cut to fit looser and be 'roomier' than other shirts from different brands.

Ok, shirt is well made, plenty large, and fairly heavy duty material. Those are all pluses. The only negative is the mustard like color (but this was the only one on sale). The color is positively ugly, so just pick another color and you will be good.

This is the only shirt my husband will wear it has a pocket for his phone. It has been very difficult to find t-shirts with sleeves that are long enough for his 35” arms. Carhartt has that cover with length to spare and the lose fit is great for his dad bod.

They fit differently than the last ones I bought.<br />The sleeves are tighter in the forearms, the neck is larger than the older size Larges that I have and the body is boxier.<br />Don’t really care for them at all. I’ll probably order a different brand next time to save money if this is the quality I can expect.

I'm 6'2 weight 195 lbs right now. I got a Large Tall. When I first got the shirts, I thought they were a little too big. But, they do shrink some after you wash. Now, they fit perfectly! I wish they were a little more heavier though. And, I love all the different colors!

I can see that you have gone to a different vendor to make these T's from the one's I purchased 2 years ago. They are still nice, but not as thick and nice as the once were. I left durability unmarked because the verdict is still out.

Exactly what you want it to be. The tall sizes are perfect, giving more than enough fabric if you are taller in your torso and/or have a gut. It's always my top choice to wear.

Comfy and cozy
Long sleeved t shirts are my favorite winter time wear. Carhartt shirts with pockets are great for work and casual wear. My only complaint would be is that the loose fit shirts tend to run a little large, maybe order one size smaller than usual.

Large, boxy shirt with too much polyester in it to ever fit nice.<br /><br />Considering that the pants I bought at the same time run 1-2 sizes smaller than expected, this shirt is gigantic. I normally wear 38 pants and XL shirts. Somehow I need size 42 pants but only L shirt in Carhartt?? Seems bizzarre.<br /><br />I thought this would be 100% cotton so it would break in and get better over time, but there's enough polyester that it won't shrink or conform to me over time. This is a miss.

My husband doesn’t wear anything else than the long sleeve with a pocket Carhartt t-shirt. Thick cotton and warm, wash’s and dries without shrinking and losing its colors. Also a true fit per the size chart. Expand the color selection would be my wish.

I love this shirt, wish I had bought more. Fit is a little big, normal to Carhartt Loose Fit, but I bought accordingly. This shirt is super comfortable and very-well made like all Carhartt products. Fabric does not lose it's shape while being worn which is a plus when worn for work and not washed as often.
This long sleeve XL tall Tee is a good loose fit that is well proportioned and doesn’t bag. I’m 6’3” 230 pounds, and wear a 37-38” sleeve and these sleeves are perfect, with a little slack in the length and a snug cuff to hold them at the wrist. This is a first for me as other long sleeve tees I have tried were all too short in the sleeve. Material is heavier than other company’s products in my experience, and good weight for a brisk day. I will buy more and would recommend them to others.
I love these shirts. Just enough weight to be comfortable. Might be a little tight, after washing, but I could stand to lose a "little in the middle"!

Just what I was looking for!
The shirt is as described, with a casual, non-clingy fit. It is also truly heavyweight, and I found myself wearing it by itself instead of with a sweatshirt. One small quibble, the cuffs don't stretch very much, so it is hard to push the sleeves up your arms if desired. Overall, though, I'm quite satisfied.

These are very well-made shirts. I've gotten so used to almost all brands of clothing stating one size and the actual piece of clothing turning out to being anywhere from one-size to two-sizes smaller, that these shirts are a revelation. They truly are the size they state they are, and that size is based on the way clothes used to be sized in this country years ago. They laundered well and look great. My only disappointment was in assuming that all of Carhartt's clothing is U.S.A. made. My three shirts were made in Guatemala. I've no problem with people in other countries having jobs and earning a living; they deserve that opportunity. But it would be a positive thing if Carhartt would offer a choice of where the clothing they offer is made. If I had a choice between buying shirts made somewhere in the states vs. another country, I know what I would choose first. Jobs in this country are important for people who live here, too.

The pocket is humongous and I could not tell you why. That mixed with the baggy loose fit made me feel like I was like a miniature puppet wearing clothing that was made by regular sized humans who lacked the dexterity to get the proportions right :P

Nice shirt but not the color as shown in the photo or as described (peat color is a very dark charcoal but the shirt was dark green). Neckline is also too low.
Great quality however the size run a little too big. I ordered a Large and it fit like it was an XL. I still wear because it is a comfortable shirt.
I like the relaxed fit and after several washes it doesn't appear to have shrunk much. The tall size makes it easy to tuck in or leave out, sleeves are perfect length for my arms. I like the heavy material as it holds up to multiple washings and they are very soft and comfortable.
The XL size is still too big for me now. I should have got an L instead. I was wearing a 2X for a long time, mainly because of the mid-section. After loosing 75 pounds, I am having a problem finding my size. Now I have a lot of Carhartt shirts that are too big for me and they will never wear out.
Not really heavy weight mid weight is more like it and it runs way big large is like 2-3x

I bought this shirt for my husband and got him a Large Tall. He is 6’2” and weighs about 210 lbs. <br />He really likes the heavier material, length of the Tall, and the front pocket. He works as a dentist during the week and I got the shirt for his weekend fishing and backpacking activities. It turns out he wears it for other types of casual activities around town as well since it’s so comfortable.

great shirt, kinda forgot carhartt products run a litttle large and should have gotten one size smaller. very thick and heavy for them colder nights. only negative was that the jasper orange was a lot more brighter/lighter than imaged on the website.

The XXL was too long for me in the body. I'm 6 foot, 245 lbs. I did the fit checker based on other brands that fit me well, and it fits me perfect around the body and the arm length, but the body length is just too long for me to wear untucked, which I prefer. I guess I have a short torso for Carhartt. I would have returned it to try an XL, but I already washed it. I'll just have to be a "Dad" and wear it tucked in. :) Very high quality shirt otherwise.

VERY disappointed to learn that depending which color you choose changes which shirt you get. Couldn't understand why 2 of the 4 shirts I ordered where MUCH lighter and almost see-through, even though they were all bought from the same page with the same moniker, "Heavyweight". After taking a closer look at the product details, the fabric content changes between 100% cotton and a 60/40 blend depending which color you choose. LOVE LOVE LOVE the 100% cotton variety which is nice and thick and warm. The blend is NOT what I was expecting to purchase. Unless the wife wants, 'em, I'm sending them back!

I spend a lot of time outdoors in brush, and my doctor recommends that I always wear a hat and long sleeves to protect against sun and scratches. That is why I ordered these. These tees are a good weight and fit. The sleeves are appropriately snug around my wrist and the collar stays straight. I can wear these year-round, and because of their weight and blend of cotton and synthetics, I predict they will last a long time. My wife likes the way they look with blue jeans.

Very comfortable shirt. I bought these for a work environment where I will be welding, which means I need 100% cotton long-sleeve shirts. These are comfortable and fulfill those requirements. I also like Carhartt as a brand in general. The colors are attractive in person, very similar to the photos on the item page. If you need 100% cotton, make sure you buy the correct colors, not all of them are 100% cotton :)

I am 6'3" weight 220, bought the large tall. I thought the sleeves were to long and the neck was much to big. I didn't care for the shirt and sent it back. I thought about getting a medium, but decided not to.

What happened to Carhartt quality? The two "Loose Fit Heavyweight Long-Sleeve Pocket T-Shirts were practically see through and the material is scratchy. They were promptly returned.

I’ve been a Carhartt buyer and fan for years. My original long sleeve shirts are starting to show wear, so I reordered one to check the fit.<br />The quality and feel isn’t the same as the originals I bought, but it is still a great shirt.<br />It isn’t as smooth and soft and it’s a bit lighter weight. I am happy with it and just ordered a second, would have bought 2 more, but one was back ordered.

I am so disappointed with the quality of the current product; so few choices of items with 100% cotton, and when I receive the current product with "100% cotton" it is not the old "Heavyweight Cotton" , the thread count has been lessened. The descriptive word "Heavyweight" in your product is clearly False advertising.

Looks like another product I won’t be buying from Carhartt. Why the change from Original fit to Loose fit is beyond me?? Tradesmen like being able to buy what they have bought before and the loose fit is different. Doesn’t make any sense why you change your products only to lose customers.
This is the first time I have purchased the loose fit HW long-sleeve pocket T-shirt. The shirt fit perfectly under another long-sleeved shirt to keep me warmer here in Michigan. I just needed another layer when the temperatures get colder. I like that I can layer with another shirt or just wear it as is.
Don't understand why you do not have a long sleeve TRUE RED t shirt with pocket available!!! I love everything except you have no TRUE RED LONG SLEEVE WITH POCKET AVAILABLE!! Please explain!!

I always buy an XL Tall. These shirts were slightly, yet noticeably, larger and taller than other clothing stores, where I bought similar shirts. Honestly, I would rather have too much as opposed to too little. They serve the purpose that I bought them for. I selected "heavy weight" as far as thinkness. Compared to similar shirts from other stores, in my opinion, I would say that they are closer to a medium weight, which is fine with me. I love them and I'm glad I purchased them. I love good, quality Carhartt products.

I’ve not found a proper fit In Their new sizing system. Medium in Loose is too big and in relaxed the medium is too small. At one of the stores the employee insisted that the Loose is like original but more “boxy”. One me the shoulders droop down my arm. Anyway I ended up trying to switch to Dickies. Their medium long sleeve fits ok across the middle but the arms are too short. It’s almost like they sewed the arms for the small on the medium. Maybe it’s because this stuff is coming from China… if Orignal fit does not come back I will have to continue my hunt…

“Another Carhartt shirt?” is my wife’s response when they arrive. I’ve worn Carhartt T’s for years, short sleeve in warm weather, long sleeve in cooler. The weight of the material is perfect, fit is spot on. I’m 6’2”, with a 48” chest and the regular XL is perfect. They wash extremely well and last and last. I’ve had some for years, they’re showing their age, but they still do the job.<br />Please don’t ever change them.

The I have a 44 chest and the medium felt large on me. I also ordered a Relaxed fit Large short sleeve and I was swimming in it. Make sure to size down and buy the relaxed fit if you are in shape and don't have a belly. The feel and make of the shirt are good, just weird sizing...

Just finished washing and folding the last shipment and haven't been wearing them long enough to make an accurate assessment. I think t hey will be a good replacement of LL Bean T shirts which I have been wearing for years. And they are $10 less. I'm glad the Carhart emblem is sown and not ironed on.

Nicest shirts in the industry and the collar holds up well unlike Duluth Trading shirts. The only complaint is that they are not all 100% cotton as they use to be! Only a very few of the solid colors are 100% cotton and I refuse to but the uncomfortable 60/40 shirts. THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE 100% COTTON SHIRTS!

I wear an extra large(17 1/2 x 34/35 most of my entire adult life). The xl original and lose are way to baggy and big they are more like a XXL. The large loose fits well but the original is best fitting. I don’t understand why there has to be such a discrepancy in size-but is is what it’s is. At least I know what to order for the future… shirt is great quality and comfortable will order more.
I just returned the Large size of the new Loose Fit, long sleeve, heavywe4ight, pocket T that is supposed to be the same size as the Original Fit that it replaced. They are NOT the same size. Comparing the Loose Fit with an Original Fit purchased on 2/20/2021, the overall length of the Loose Fit is 1.5" longer, with 1" longer sleeves, and a 2" wider neck (15" before, 17" now) which means the shirt hangs lower on the body, accentuating the longer overall length, actually making it hang 2.5" lower, well below my jean's pockets, so it looks more like a mini-dress than a T-shirt. It's not a good look! The only measurement that did not change is the width of the shirt - both are 24". <br /><br />I'm not sure if the new Medium size Loose Fit might also be larger and will now fit like the Large used to...has anyone tried a Medium? Carhartt is no help as they maintain that despite the evidence of my tape measure, the sizing hasn't changed. The fact that they no longer post the measurements of their products is a telling clue about the reality of their sizing changes.
I’m 57 years old. Worked outside my whole life. I wear Carhartt! Why, because i can go into my tee shirt draw and pick up a tee shirt that has a 20-25 year history. These shirts has a twenty year plus life span. No other shirt can survive that long. And this is not what someone told me. This is my personal experience.

Larges run bigger than other large Carhartt shirts I own. Apparently, it’s a guessing game on sizes within the Carhartt brand. I ordered carbon heather (gray), but it’s way darker than the picture. I also ordered peat, but it’s so dark I thought it was black at first. Two stars instead of one since they do seem to be quality shirts.

They don’t fit true to size. I ordered 3 mediums but they fit more like a large or slightly bigger than a large. Sort of disappointing.

It is a well made shirt kind of thick material and I got the extra large tall because I am 6'2" , 210lb and I like long sleeves to fit ( but I don't need a 2X witch seem to be made for guys a lot heaver then me.) I got the orange because it works for Hi Vis.

If you like loose fitting shirts, you may want to drop down a size on this one. I usually buy a large to get a loose fit and I did that on this purchase. I would likely be better suited with a medium with this shirt and would get the fit I desired. But that is on me.<br /><br />Otherwise the same high quality I have gotten from all of my Carhartt shirts.

Nice shirt. I suspect they designated my "loose fit" shirt by putting a 38 label on a 40 but still a nice shirt. Long sleeve pocket tees are hard to find but this is a good one.

Just as advertised. Nice length and the loose fit allows for free movement without binding.
Some of the shirts are supposed to be and say the are ,even if only Spanish, and they are not.100% percent cotton will stretch if you stretch them and some of the loose fit are as tight as a sausage skin . The ones from hondurous shoulders are 1” on each shoulder shorter. I built the store in Melville ,Long Island and get my discount, and can put one shirt against another and fell the fabric. So it’s not a crap shoot what I get. Can always get there so I have to take my chances online. . Not enough 100% cotton colors

I would definitely recommend these Wonderfull shirts. I have Cancer, and am sensitive to colder weather. These shirts keep me warm in cooler weather, without a lot of “bulk”. Should I need to be warmer, these shirts allow the putting on of a jacket an easy effort. And, I will not wear a shirt of any kind without a Pocket. Hey, I’m allowed, I just turned 80!
I bought these shirts for my husband who has worn your brand for years. They are very durable and last a long time. This time the Heather grey and blue have already started to pill at the neckline which I suspect is because of the polyester in the fabric. I definitely recommend the 100% cotton ones but not the cotton polyester blend .

These shirts are oversized as hell. Be advised if you wear a large in any other brand of shirt you’ll be a small in these shirts. That much of a size difference, deadass. This being said, amazing quality and fit once you’ve figured out your Carhartt adjusted size. I only wear shirts from Carhartt and will continue to into the foreseeable future.

Horribly big for a Large. Who is measuring these?? My husband has worn larges from Carhartt for years and years. Having same issues as many customers on here. These Larges are 2x - 3x it’s ridiculous and have had to return them all.

I read most of the reviews on this website before I purchased and I must say that this particular style runs big . Im 5"11, 180 and Im normally between sizes L or XL but for this shirt I bought 1 L and 1 Medium. The Medium fits well and the L is really baggy. It made me feel like it was a hand down shirt from my older brother I have washed it a few times on hi heat and it hasn't shrunk. Im sticking to a medium for this style of shirt . Will buy more soon

I have several K126's, and consider it my go-to T-Shirt in cooler weather. I purchased the Yellowstone Heather, knowing full well that it was a polyester blend, because I needed the color.<br /><br />This is not a K126. The material is distinctly less substantial. The shirt is too blousy. <br /><br />This shirt should be given a new Item # and a new name and sold as lounge wear. That's how I am going to use mine. Then I would give it 5 stars.

While I am overall satisfied with this purchase, I was somewhat dissapointed to see that the quality/weight of the cotton was not as heavy as the same t-shirt I purchased at a Tractor Suply retail store. It appears the shirts are manufactured at various countries resulting in inconsistent quality.
I have been buying Carhartt shirts for about ten years and I still have some of them in my wardrobe. I prefer the long sleeve pocket shirt for the winter as they are warm and comfortable.

I first encountered these t-shirts a few years ago when my brother-in-law recieved a few for a birthday. After seeing the quality of them I had to have it. I now have at least 15 short sleeve and about 7 of the long sleeve. Nice thick heavy cotton t-shirts are just plain comfortable and warm in the winter with the long sleeve. They are a great value!

Sleeve length was good, but body length a little too long. The body width was too large for me, but I liked the room in the shoulders for reaching, etc. The Large Tall size was still a little small in shoulders and body width, so I stuck with the XLT size. Maybe you should have a Medium XLT for guys like me, 175, and 6’2. Also the weight of material is a little heavy for my taste, but overall a great shirt.

I like the Carhartt "T" shirts and wear one almost every day- short sleeve in the summer and long sleeve in the winter. I wear the ones with a pocket so that I can have a pencil at hand while I work in my shop. I particularly like the cotton shirts. They absorb perspiration and this allows for a cooling effect as it evaporates. They also wear well and last a long time.<br />The ones that I received recently were as I expected except that one of them had a hole in it when I received it. The hole was about 3 inches from the bottom seam, in the front of the shirt. I tried on one of the shirts to see if it fit and did not try on the other one. I then washed both of them. When they came out of the wash, I noticed the hole. My wife said that she would patch the hole (and has done so). I did not want to return the shirt because it had been washed and I anticipated some controversy about how the hole came to be. I also did not want to go to the expense and bother of shipping the shirt back to the vendor. I still like the Carhartt shirts and would have given them a 5 star rating but for the hole in one of them.
I purchased three of these for my husband and he loves them. The colors are true to internet and sizes seem to be accurate. I ordered 3 XL and they are just right. Roomy, but not big.

I like the way they fit. Plenty of room to move while you're working. They are also warm but not so bulky that if you wear a hoodie over it you're still comfortable and free to move around. Overall, I'm very pleased and highly recommend.

Cuffs are too big around and fall past my wrists when I'm working and getting in the way. Pushing them back up all the time is wasting time and asking my work inefficient .
I wanted to save some cash by looking for other brands of XL Tall long-sleeved T shirts that were designed for working hard. I purchased the same model and size from Dickies but the sleeves were approximately 3 inches shorter.<br />Tall people have long arms, and need long sleeves to cover them.

Bought XXL. Larger than what I was used to. Material is high quality and thick. Stitching is strong and resistant to fraying. After several washes, the shape stayed the same and very minimal shrinking.

That part was upsetting so I just sewed the seam on a $50 shirt instead of exchanging it because that was easier than waiting. I will never order from the website again, I will only buy in store.
This is really a 2xlt. I was not expecting it to be this long. I will make it work.
Bought since I kept ripping and wearing out those discount cotton shorts from big box stores. This shirt was well worth the extra for the toughness and durability that comes with the brand. This was my first purchase of Carhartt gear and I couldn’t be happier. They definitely earned a another loyal and satisfied customer.

After only being worn twice and washed twice, I noticed one of the pockets is already beginning to fray at the top edge. NOT what I had come to expect from Carhartt clothing.
Runs very large
Arm length is perfect for my husband that is 6’7” with arm length of 38”. Typically stuff doesn’t fit. Now if Carhartt only had pants with At 38” in length too! The world would be perfect.

Bought this for both my son and husband for Christmas. They have the short sleeve version and they love them so I thought they may like to try the long sleeve for the winter months. Bought this for my son for Christmas. He has not worn yet. He has had a shirt like this before and liked it. I would have bought a couple more in different colors if there had been any available. We have found over the years that generally Carhartt shirts hold up better than any others. He does like the color a dark plum of this one. I will order some more after first of year when you get stocked back up.

We have worn carhartt for many years it is a name and a product we can trust for appearance and durability.
You get what you pay for I have had these shirts in several colors for years now they are durable, comfortable, don't shrink much, don't fade at all if you follow washing instructions, great for layering in the winter, and are enough warmth for early fall ,spring or late summer nights catfishing with your ole lady.

Bought a "heather grey" because it looks like that classic lighter heathered grey that I can't get enough of but the grey is much darker than it appears. I have found this problem multiple times with Carhartt so be careful when buying colors. Still love every shirt I have. I'm 6'5 and a XL tall fits better than anything I have ever gotten in stores.

I bought this long sleeve t-shirt because I was so impressed with the comfort/fit of the short sleeve K87 winter moss snow heather t-shirt, (which I found the new heather blend of cotton polyester to be supremely comfortable). I ordered the long sleeve K126 winter moss heather because of the K87, but found the material to not have the same feel/hand as the K87. <br /> Not sure whats causing the difference but its dramatic, on the long sleeve shirt, I'd prefer the old 100% cotton over this material. Same size but fit is smaller/tighter that K87. Stitching is normal Carhartt quality, just don't like the feel of this blend of material at all, K87 short sleeve blend was awesome, supremely comfortable, would love to have had a long sleeve of the same type material.
Love this t shirt because it keeps you warm and comfortable in the fall and winter months. Loose and roomy but not overly big.

Holds up well after several days of hard use. I like it because the pocket does not pull the shirt down when loaded. The size runs a little large compared to other brands. Not used to the true sizing by Carhartt. Great shirt.
A great heavy-duty shirt
These are great for my hard working husband! They have a pocket to keep his pencil. They hold up so well we still have some that are 10 years old(though somewhat faded) they are still hole free and great for working around the house. Great product , Great durability! You definitely get your money’s worth!!

Most other shirt sleeve cuffs get blown out, but these maintain their shape, without being too tight. Perfect length shirt tail, so they stay tucked and keep your lower back warm, but when the day warms up, you can untuck and they’re still comfortable. Not too heavy, not too light!

I think the title of my review says it all. These last forever and are very comfortable. I wear an extra large in regular t-shirts, so they wont be too tight around my chest and shoulders after I wash them - these shirts however, don't shrink. I have one a year old that is just as comfortable, and looks just as good, as the 2 new ones that I just bought! The sleeves are perfect. Not too tight, not too loose, and the ends of the sleeves hold their shape. Great for motorcycle riding, or cool weather. I wear a t-shirt under these in the winter, to layer and stay warm. Awesome shirt!

I am very pleased because of the fast service/shipment of my order. I love(d) the fit of long sleeve pocket tshirts. I tried them on before washing and drying them to make sure that they would be comfortable. Unfortunately they shrunk about a half size. The sleeves, shoulder and cuffs are all tight.

I’m 6ft and put on a lot of weight lately, 230lbs. I ordered xxl/long. The long is long, probably could’ve forgone the long and just gone with xxl.<br />Love the shirt.
Well made, and generously sized. So far, shrinkage is minimal, if at all. <br />Others have commented about variations in quality depending on where the garment is manufactured. For what it's worth, I own shirts made in both Honduras and Guatemala and see no apparent differences in either fabric or fit.

I've been living in these shirts for years. Now, unfortunately, they come in LOOSE fit and there's no regular fit option. Thanks but no thanks. I haven't gained 25 pounds which is what I'd need for this shirt to "fit". Please consider offering these in both regular and loose fit.
