Comfort rated from 40 °F/4 °C to 95 °F/ 35 °C.
I have purchased three pairs of Excursions, love the fit but they will not last a year the soles start peeling off, I have glued them back on very disappointed all three pairs did the same thing.
Good grip on the bottom, and easy to slip on and off. Good fit. Three stars simply because my husband was not a fan of how wide the opening is. It sort of makes it just flop around when walking. If the fit wasn't such a good fit, he said it feels like the boot will just fall off at any moment.
These are very comfortable and lite. The sole could use another layer to stiffen support. I am a pheasant hunter here in MN and for it to fully serve my needs, I had to modify mine by sewing sleeves made from wader goretex fabric and gluing them above the ankle, I use strong utility tape to ensure a secure attachment and waterproof the seam. I've hunted in cattail sloughs with foot of standing water and also in a foot of snow. They've held up pretty good. Perhaps a rubberized vibram sole would provide more foot support.
Does not have a solid sole, and tread started coming out after barely wearing them. I have 4 other styles of Mucks and love them. I contacted customer service several times and they did nothing about it.
I have been wearing muck boots for 6 years, I get a new pair every 6 to 8 months. It's all about the comfort, these boots are better than my Adidas. I'm on my feet all day 5 to 6 day's a week, at 58 I need every advantage I can get, I'm running a bridge saw cutting stone, my pants get wet, my feet stay dry. When I stop wearing the boots one of my coworkers gets them. Maybe you can find a boot that last longer, but you will not find one more comfortable. You want to make sure you get the right muck boots for what you are doing and the right temperature, I'm in central Florida on the east coast so I get the comfort rating 95 degrees. I'm not too happy with this website but I'm happy with the product
bought this boot on amazon (big mistake) leaks water from the lower seam tried to reach muck boot company can't hold for 45 minutes never again
Excellent boot , easy to put on and take off, very comfortable, worth the extra money
Nice boots, however, quite expensive, hope they last!
Moved over to Muck boots from that over priced French brand, best decision. I've got a pair of Artic sports for colder weather. Now purchased Excursion Pro. Walked 5km in them with no problem at all in warm. weather. Use them both for fishing and dog walking.
Highly recommended :ok_hand:
Too much money for a thin rubber boot. Way overpriced.
I've owned my boots for about two weeks now. When I first put them on they felt a bit strange as I'd only ever worn walking boots prior to these for walking the dog. Two weeks in an wow. The comfort and warmth even on the muddiest and wettest of walks at the end of a miserable May was wonderful.
Can't recommend enough. So so comfy and you really can walk anywhere regardless of the state of the ground. Wished I'd bought them last October when I first saw them.
Great boots, comfortable easy wearing a very easy 5 star. Great for walking the dog in all weathers, even to the pub.
Super walking boots that are comfortable, sturdy and waterproof
Great fit, very comfortable, ideal for walking the dogs, gardening etc.
Really good dog-walking boot, my husband is very pleased with them. Comfortable, grippy sole and waterproof. Easy to put on.
The boots are very comfortable and easy to pull on and off. Unfortunately I purchased these boots 5 months ago and the soles are already coming apart. I've only ever used the boots to occasionally work in my garden
They are the only boots that work for me. They are perfect in every way.
I have had several pair now and like them a lot. I wish they lasted a bit longer. At about 8 months they start cracking out on the top where your foot flexes. Also the lining right behind the heel where's out and will rub your feet raw. That is typical of all muck products I think.
Quite good boots but rather expensive. I will be interested to see how durable they are!
Great delivery service from the muck boots company, these are very well made but you need a shoe horn to get them on , so comfy when on , like rubber hiking boots without the breaking in bit ..
lovely and comfortable boot perfect fit with a pair of thick socks walked miles in them.
Very practical when busy lambing and in a hurry can moving at ease perfect for round farm
Boots must be worn in a couple of times then they fir perfectly snug...
So comfy and slip on and off easily after a few times. They live by the front door.
So far working around the yard for short durations the boot feel pretty comfortable. Let's hope that's the case when I wear them turkey hunting and go farther distances. Wish they offered wide widths.
The boot is good to walk around the garden and block, with a decent grip and enough protection underfoot to take on rough terrain. Lightweight, too. I had a problem with my socks falling down when I wore them on a long walk, which resulted in sore shins from the top of the boot rubbing against skin. I get that with long wellies, too. I will wear long socks with them.
So far so good. I like the fit...not tight but not loose either.
Lightweight and comfortable, Mucks are equally suited for both mud and snow.
Exactly what I was hoping in the way of a boot. I bought them 1/2 size larger and am happy with the results.
Terrific boot. I really like the low top so I don't have issues with my pants-leg getting around them. Very dry and very tough.
Perfect design and rugged look.
Everyday wear with these! Another gem per Muck!
Comfortable and ideal for working in the garden or walks.
Fantastic buy - would definitely but again and recommend
Bought these boots on 26th January and, they arrived next day - excellent service.
I started using them straight away for our daily walks and, have so far covered about 100 miles in them, including 2 walks of almost 10 miles - not bad for a pair of short welly boots!!
The boots are extremely comfortable and, because I am size 6.5 I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered down to size 6, and they are a perfect fit!
Practical and easy to get on for people with larger foot sizes
My husband is super happy with these boots he's a size 13 and they fit perfectly. He says they are nice and warm and lightweight. He's a window cleaner and wears them for work too!
Ideal wet weather boot that also keeps the feet warm in winter. Very comfortable to wear.
It's not easy to find size 15 in anything. These are easy to put on and take off while they're still comfortable to walk in.
Great boot for walking the dog good grip under foot
Comfortable, warm sturdy boots. Totally waterproof.
High recommended.
Love them.
I take a 10.5 or 11UK shoe, bought size 11 boot. Seems a bit tight to begin with but after a couple of uses the boot is perfect even with thick socks, comfortable to walk in
Love these wellies.
So easy to get on and off.
Got them at the right time with all this snow and rain.
A great fit, very comfortable and perfect for the outdoors. My husband thinks they're perfect for gardening. Recommended
Very light, comfortable and warm. Ideal for winter walks in the mud and sludge that the local paths have become.
Bought for my partner who loves how easy they are to slip in for a dog walk. Very waterproof, mud proof and warm.
These are without doubt the best boots I have ever bought. They keep my feet dry and warm. They have been used down to -4 on marshy ground. They are easy to hose clean. I just wish i had found these 20 years ago. I heard about "muck boots" by word of mouth. They really are that good.
The boots are light weight and comfortable to wear. They are perfect for wearing outside in wet conditions and keep my feet dry.
I personally use them whenever I take my dog outside since they are quick to slip on compared to the boots I used to put on.
Overall, great product, so now I'm looking to get some more!
Very well made ankle boot, very good fit and comfortable. A quick delivery service. Hopefully they will last a long time in the terrain I walk in.
Very good walking boot for daily walks in the park
My husband is delighted with the boots I bought him for Christmas, they're warm, comfortable and look cool.
I love my muck boots so much as a professional dog Walker I do lots of miles in all weathers. They're so comfy and completely waterproof without making my feet sweat while keeping them warm. I recently got hubby a pair as he was sick of tying up wet muddy laces on his old walking boots and he's now a convert and wouldn't wear anything else.
Spot on brilliant service but did go up a size and fit perfectly
More comfortable than your average Welly boot, I have a high instep and usually struggle with slip-on's and I don't like high boots for the mucking around it takes to get them on/off but these fit very well. The loop is handy for pulling them on and faster than laced boots so they are ideal for keeping at the back door to swap shoes when going to the bins or meeting visitors. They are good for long walks as well as just working around outside and in the garden.
Die Stiefel passen perfekt, ich bin sehr begeistert.
Wife bought me these as a birthday present. Perfect for dog walking, really comfy. Deal with mud and puddles brilliantly and much easier to run in than full length wellies. Recommend.
There ok, slightly heavy and the tag to pull the boots on could be longer.
Excellent pair of ankle boots. Comfortable - warm - dry. Since I got them (December '20) I have not worn anything else to walk the dog. Can't fault them but just be careful with the sizing. I am probably an 81/2 but generally wear a size 9. I ordered a size 9 but these were too big and I had to return them for a size 8 which fit just fine. They suggest you go up if you are a half size - I say go down.
Have walked in these shoes in all kinds of weather except for snow and found they preformed well.
Quick delivery. Quality boot. A little nest width wise but is loosening off already. Very comfortable even after a few hours walking. Would recommend and would purchase again.
I bought these to replace my Scrub boots. My only complaint about the Scrub boots is they did not have an aggressive sole. These boots have much better grip when walking up hill on loose gravel. I have a wide foot and I wish these boots were a little bit wider. If not for that I would have given them a 5.
Very comfortable, easy to get on and off. Got everything I excepted in a great quality Muck boots.Very happy with my purchase.Third Muck Boot purchase.Would recommend these boots to everyone...
Very good boot
I should have gone for the full height boot for winter probable will
Have been so very satisfied with these boots until I noticed the bottom coming apart only after about a year, For what these boots cost they should last a heck of a lot longer. As for as comfort, they are truly amazing
It feels as comfortable walking as my running shoes does while running. It also feels quite firm in wet, high grass. The rubbery material above the ankles seem to contract in cooler weather when not in use.
I have owned at least a dozen pairs of Muck boots I keep buying them because they are comfortable and my wide and somewhat flat feet don't ache from wearing them like they do from other shoes. Also soo easy on and off. I live in the northeast and work on and near the water. I wear them most days for probably 7 months of the year. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have had to buy soo many pairs of them. The earlier model I used to buy had a problem of the soles quickly wearing smooth. The tread pattern would completely wear away and the boots became a slip hazard, and the heels would wear completely through so my socks would get wet. The Excursion Pro has a much thicker sole but instead of the tread wearing smooth, sections of the tread fall off of the sole way too erly in the life of the shoe. Muck should either fix this problem or lower the price.
Light weight comfortable nice design really :ok_hand: good.
Great boot, good fit. Waterproofing is holding up great!
Great boot
Tough to get on w/ out socks .
Why I dropped to 4
Nice fitting, comfortable and very lightweight
Not sure why the price is so high.
I like this boot for its light weight and ease of slipping them on. I just step right into them. I keep them handy at the mud room door so I can put them on as I head out to do chores. They are cooler than wearing my taller chore boots. Nice for the hot summer weather. They are comfortable and lining stays dry on the stickiest of days.
They have turned out to be a great choice for me.
These will be great for many outdoor activities. Same great quality but I had to use a boot jac to get them off. They might loosen up with time.
What can My feet say. Mucks are a great work boot. Mucks keep my me dry, when I'm water, or wet situations. Mucks don't look bad either. Mucks even look good. Shoe fashion is way overrated. The reason I ordered my second pair of Mucks is because Mucks are comfortable to wear. My feet feel comfortable. I can't believe how comfortable my Mucks feel even at the end of a very difficult day. One less thing to worry about. . .
At first the boot was difficult to get into, but after wearing them it became much easier. These boots have sufficient room for my toes which is very important for me; Additionally water proofing is a priority as I get wet wile irrigating trees, these boots keep my feet dry. Boot appears very durable , as I use them in my orchard durability is important. Other manufacturers boots seem to fall apart in the orchard. I'm getting ready to order another pair.
Boots fit perfectly. Shipping was quick. And when I went too take them off the pull strap came unglued ! And separated from the back of the boot . I have the steel toe mucks and love them . I'm disappointed that these boots are poor quality. I have returned them and purchased a pair Aitf boots . Better quality for half the price
I have had two pair of these boots. The sole has detached from the left boot on the second pair and the right boot from the first pair. Both pair were less than 2 years old when this occurred. Very disappointing for a $145 pair of boots.
Less than 2 months bottom came apart on a 145$ boot , dont see my other review on here .come on man
I really like this boot! I work a very dirty job and I am on and off heavy farm equipment (tractors/forklifts). They are chipping/fraying at the sides of the soles that are wider than the boot, but I don't think that will affect the overall life of the sole or boot. My size (8 men) is a little big, but I put high quality insoles in and the fit is perfect!
Love the boot. However, I have hardly worn them and the tread is coming off
In less then 2 months the bottom started coming apart , come on man
It's been less then 2 months and the tread is coming off, other then that they're fine
My first pair of Muck Boots. Needed new boots to work in the yard and woods. Wore them the entire day when I received them. They are very comfortable and sturdy. Size runs a little large but added insoles, and now they fit perfect. Comfortable and easy to slide on and off. Highly recommended.
These were a birthday gift. The fit is perfect! They are so comfortable and lightweight. Easy slip on, my feet dont sweat in them.
Fit as expected by size. Will be good for walking wet fields.
Keeps feet cool in the summer while keeping out the mud and manure on the farm.
I haven't worn them out yet but they are the most comfortable Mahmoud I've purchased. I've sized down and they fit perfect.
Great boot, needed an over the ankle garden boot and this fits the bill. I put the excursion through a tough couple weeks and they held up to mud, rocks, and dirt.
Very pleased with my purchase.
Very comfortable easy on and off comfortable in higher temperatures
I find myself using them more than I thought
Nice all around boot. Breathes well in warmer weather. Would love to see this ankle high boot with a more aggressive sole. Preferably a Vibram sole. I'm enjoying several styles of Mucks currently and will surely purchase more in the future.
Fits great and comfortable. Love this slip on boot.
These are great boots and definitely comfortable for all day use. I did put insoles in the boots as the stock liners are flat and not comfortable for extended use to support your arches. These are an improvement over past models of Muck Boots. They are more stable verses past flexible boots. When pushing on a shovel they are more sturdy. Its not a replacement for steel shank boots, but certainly more rugged than past models. They are cooler than past models too, but don't think of it as A/C for you feet. They will get hot when temps rise.
Fit was good. I wear a 12 and both boots were accurate. Not exceptionally warm. Lightweight. Reasonably comfortable.
Perfect boot for dewy morning work on irrigation. Lite weigh and comfortable.
Very comfortable. But they do get warm and hard to get on finger pulls need to be bigger to fit my finger
Jack is all about the functionality, and by extension the comfort. He kept describing what he wanted and I found these. He loves them! Our garden and I thank you
So far, these boots have been fantastic. They seem to high quality and durable. I wear them in early mornings to go around my garden's or in the yard when the grass is wet.
I am spray technician for a landscaping company and absolutely love these boots, best in the business hands down. Our maintenance division is starting to wear them as well. They are super light and keep your feet dry. Pair well with the over the calf wigwam socks.
These are the best boots. Easy on easy off. Light weight. Exactly what I need for my country place. Also good for the city
This is a second pair of these fine boots. Great year round comfort. Only complaint is that after 4 years on first pair the pull loop on back ripped through the rubber. Annoying but doesn't affect comfort or functionality.
I have had 2 pairs of these boots and the soles on both pairs started falling apart before I had them even 2 months. I thought this company sold good quality products but have realized they don't.
Need 1/2 sizes, size not consistent between styles.
This is my second pair of these boots. Great comfort when have to be on my feet for hours at a time. Would recommend to anyone.
My brother in law was in a head on collision in a box truck. The combined speed of impact was 85 miles per hour. His left leg suffered a compound fracture. The Missouri State Hwy Parton said your boot saved his leg! They had to cut it off his leg, but saved his leg structure! Jan 29th 6:00am on 210 Hwy on Fishing Bridge
Very comfortable, kept my feet dry and warm throughout the day in a cold rainstorm
I rated this boot a "2" for only one reason; it's way to tight! The width has shrunk compared to prior "Muck" boots I've purchased in the past. They were sent back
perfect. second pair. slipped them on and rolled out
This is the 3rd pair of Muck boots I've bought in the past 6 years. the uppers are rugged and protect my feet and ankles. The sole is the problem. I have two pair that the sole has come off of one of the boots. Fortunately it was the right boot on one pair and the left boot on the other pair so I have a pair of boots. I'm hoping the new pair will hold up better.
It's the third pair of these that I've owned. Unbelievable comfort, fit and super light too.
This is my second pair love the way they wear my problem is my others came apart souls came off with alot of wear left on them about 14 months old
The idea Is good the traction is horrible and the insoles were dead and flat after 2 days
easy on/off , light weight, and comfortable to wear.
Love it for my power washing company. Will continue to buy.
What I expected. Nothing exceptional about this boot.
I ordered a pair of these to replace an older pair that had finally started to come apart and the soles were almost slick. The design of the soles is improved, more aggressive, and the boot is a great around the house and backyard when it's wet casual boot.
Great boots . Comfortable and they keep my feet dry . I wear them mostly when fishing on a charter boat out in the ocean.
Better than my old low pair. These cover the ankle, are lightweight and after working around the property the last couple weeks, don't get hot like my muck hunt boots. I put 8 dollar Target air soles in them for some extra comfort. Great boot. Wear them every day. I wear a size 13 sneaker and bought a 13.
I've worn many styles of Muck boots for years......two weeks into this pair and the sole is delaminating. I need a replacement pair if this is a fluke!
I have had three pairs of these. I have and have had lots of other Muck Boots, but these are my favorite. I wear them all year around unless the snow gets too deep, then I go for a taller Muck. But these get me through most situations. They stand up well to chicken farming, field work and dog walking.
This a great everyday chore boot. Perfect for when the grass and pastures are wet!
Tread picks up more debris than I would like. May not be suitable for use during coldest parts of winter.
I just received my pair of Excursion Pro Mid boots last week and wore them that evening on the boat. They are non-skid, unlike the muckster mid boots. Great sole and lining!
We live in Florida, lots of fire ants, and other bugs... having horses, a pond and land... there is always something you will be walking in. My mucks are a piece of mind for me, I can walk anywhere. I love my mucks
Excellant boot, wide throat, I can get my hi arch in them. Cant wear a high boot because of that.
I work with Thoroughbred race horses. My boots take abuse. They are worn daily mucking urine soaked stalls
These are as advertised. Not quite as comfortable as my Arctic sport muck boots, but the lower height makes them easier to wear to work on rainy or snowy days. The price was good, and I like the soles.
Very comfortable and exactly what I needed to work around the farm this of the year
Great little boot for when regular muck boots are to heavy and hot for working on your deer lease or just walking around in wet weather.
Been needing these to work around the house and pond but also took them on a trip to Alaska. They've been perfect for what I need. I even wear them all day to work on days I'm on my feet a lot. I bought an 11 when I wear 10.5 and they're just slightly loose. Enough that I don't bother with the back straps because they slip on and off my feet easily. Didn't fish much but they worked well walking banks of salmon streams in AK. Was worried about width because there is no mention of it and I wear EE. But that worked out fine with just enough room.
Lovely boots. Comfortable , good support , waterproof. Great for early morning dog walks.
I love these boots. The best I have ever had. One thing that happened to mine is the small strap at the back of the boot has pulled off.. I really liked that feature and was disappointed that it came off after one month of wear. This is the only complaint that I have. Great boots!
Perfect for warm weather. Keeps feet cool and protected when you don't need calf high protection
I am a builder and have to walk through the black mud. On day as I was wearing my Muck's, I stepped on a section of a 2 by 4 with two long nails. I was relieved that the nails did not make it through the boots as I peeled the 2 by 4 off my boots. Now I were them all the time throughout the mud. Muck saved me from seruos injury.
Work as meat cutter day shift sometimes closing with clean up I been thru 4 different brand of boots and at 6 month to a 1 1/2 yrs the soles just come off Sure it has to do with cleaning chemicals which or mild also from cold freezers to coolers to cutting room to break area all these temp changes. So for all is great I'm waiting a few more month before I order a back up
these boots keep my feet dry when fly fishing the upper owens river near mammoth lakes, ca
These boots are close to being too tight. I have and wear daily my Muck Mid Chore boots and they fit perfectly and are the same size, men's 12, as the new boots. The new right boot is VERY tight, and the left boot is also tight. Any idea why these don't fit the same as my chore boots do????
I got these boots for my dad and he loves them. They fit perfect and keep his feet dry.
It was a perfect gift to a friend that wear these boots very often . He's happy with the product look and quality.
Perfect size. Feels like I'm wearing tennis shoes!
These are very well made boots. Well worth the money.
This is a great multi-purpose, all day boot, very comfortable and good grip on a variety of surfaces.
This boot is excellent for yard work and gardening. Sturdy and waterproof. Easy to get on and off. Excellent quality.
wanted these boots so bad. bought them one size larger than i normally wear hoping they would be wide enough for my DDD width feet but they didnt fit correctly.
Fit good, easy to put on, very comfortable, just what the Doctor ordered.
Just received my 2nd pair of these boots. The 1st pair proved their worth and lasted about 9 months before wearing out. I used these boots every morning, 7am to 12pm, 5 days a week in wet grass on my golf course maintenance job. They are truly waterproof and have great grip in wet and muddy conditions. Comfort is pretty high up too. My only suggestion would be a better, more comfortable insole to come with the boots. I replace the original insole with another shoe brand high quality insole and all is well then. Great boot will buy them again as needed.
I have purchased these same boots in the past ( probably about 4 other pair ) . I really appreciate the ease of being able to slip them on and off. the biggest problem that I have had with these boots is their longevity . usually in less then a years time the soles start to peel off . causing them to be almost dangerous at times .they are not necessarily super comfortable . being able to take them on and off quickly and easily is the biggest reason I keep purchasing them
These were just what I have been looking for..Easy on and off..Great price, shipped fast..
I am a happy shopper..
can slip them on and off with no problem. Great for going out in early in the morning when dew on the grass.
Men's Excursion ProMid arrived quickly, fit perfectly and gets the job done.
I bought this to re[lace my worn-out Scrub Boots, which were the most comfortable boots ever. The Excursion Pro is comparatively tight and the upper is stiff and rough, in contrast to the soft neoprene around the ankle on the Scrub Boot.
I've returned the new boots, but would gladly buy replacements for the old Scrubs, if you have anything as good.
These are really comfortable. Tight around the ankle so stay on good. While the shorter boot tops are nice in summer you can get water inside the boot a lot easier if in taller vegetation.
Very comfortable. Kool wicking works. Good support and waterproof. Great for farm work.
These boots work perfectly for my yard and landscape work. They are perfect for the work near and in my woods too. Comfortable and cool even in the high summer heat.
These are just about the perfect boots that I was looking for. They are not hot and very comfortable!
Was looking for the brown color but wasn't in stock but very pleased with the black color would buy again
I have had no issues but the fusion point between the bottom sole and the upper part of the boot looks weak around the toe area
Perfect for what I needed to work around my pond and in the wooded area of my yard.
Decent fit, but seams sometime come loose. Overall works well, just have to manage after some time. The boots act as alright insulators in the winter.
Comfortable, easy on and off. Great for outdoor chores when grass is wet.
Great boot. Light. VERY light. Durable. Only goes over the ankles so in the summer, which it was 96 today here in CO, the cooling tech works really well with spreading out the moisture from your feet and helping to make you feel more comfortable. Even in crazy heat where your skin and everything else may still hate you lol. I'm also type 1 diabetic with slight neuropathy in my left foot. I have not had a problem at all with these boots hurting my feet. I actually wear them now out and about instead of my Sperrys or Pumas cause they are so dang easy to slip on and off and they are cumfy. If you are also unsure as a first time buyer of Muck about their sizes and fits. Go down to your closest Big R, or Boot barn, etc... and ask to try on a Muck boot. Their sizes are the same across the board. So you can get a feel for a size 11 if you try on any size 11 in men's if it's mens, or women's if it's women's. Hope this helps. My occupation is construction and landscaping on weekends. GREAT BOOTS!!!
This is the second pair of these boots that I have owned. They have become my summer go-to boots for tromping about on the farm, whether working or playing. Good, comfy, waterproof boots that slip on and off fairly easily.
My only complaint is that they separated where there are treads bonded to the sole, which are made of a different material. I certainly put them though their paces before this failure began to occur.
Great looking boot! Perfect for outside and casual wear
easy on and off to keep by the door when mud and water are part of the day
Purchased these boots for my husband. Tried the Excursion Pro Mid vs Ankle this time. A little taller boot. He loves Muck boots. He wears out a pair every two years, by fishing :fishing_pole_and_fish: everyday. Would like to have a wider size instead the boot stretching to his foot.
Excellent summertime boot, cooling interior seems to work. Fit was slightly larger than my other mucks.
Purchased these so I had something to keep my feet dry on wet, Ohio early-summer Scout camping. Worked like a charm! Comfortable and functional. Price was great too as I bought them on sale. It's not an exaggeration to say there were some adults wishing they had a pair of these!
Looks like these will be very handy for early morning dew, hunting on our duck pass, and camping.
Also, although not insulated, they will be great for most in and out of the truck winter activities.
Easy to get on and off. Comfortable and supportive for all day wear.
Bought these boots to work around the farm. They are lite weight and very comfortable. They are very waterproof.
very comfortable well made boot. fits snug on foot with plenty of room for toes. pretty easy on and off.
This is my third pair. They run small, get a size or 2 bigger. The rubber gets brittle, won't last 2 years. I wouldn't mind the high cost if they lasted longer. I buy them because I can't find an alternative.
Can't rate them because we returned them. My husband normally wears a 12 in Muck Boots but could not get these on. We got the Chore Boot instead
Had the Excursion Lo for nearly a year and decided to purchase the mid. Same great quality and very comfortable. all-season wear.
Says they are a little tight in the toebox, but I see him wearing them every single morning, and has since they came!
Very nice boot. Not as comfortable as the original chore boot or I would have given them 5 stars. Excellent processing time.
Excellent boot for summer time field work, or all seasons of the year and water use.
Was looking for boot that could slip on and off easy. This boot did the trick.
I bought a pair of these a few years ago, and they have been outstanding, except for one thing. The heel has separated on on shoe from using my other foot/toe to pull off. Due to my misuse, but I would've expected the glue to hold a bit longer. Has not leaked even with the separation, which impressed me. All in all, not a big enough issue as I have purchased another pair for my son
Weighs very little and comfortable! I'm a poultry farmer on my feet and walk a ton! Only thing more comfortable is a walking shoe but then I have crap all in my shoes! So really this is the only good choice I found.
Easy to slip on and off
Perfect around muddy job sites
My first pair of Muck boots, and I'm liking them. The size is about right, same I use for sneakers. I have wider feet, usually normal shoes feel tight but these boots feel confortable.
They look sturdy and well made, I guess time will tell, but I'm expecting to last for years.
1) A low cut boot
2) Easy on easy off
3) Comfortable for 18 hrs of wear
4) All around all weather boot!
My husband swears by Muck boots, so I bought these as a quick slip for to and from the dog kennel. Unfortunately this particular style is not as pliable or as easy to get around in. They are extremely stiff, we had to return the. Maybe that's why they were on sale?
Lightweight was the key as I was going on a fly-in fishing trip. These did just the trick while I'm in the back of the boat back-trolling in choppy water filling the boat with ankle-deep water. The cool lining kept things from getting too hot in the full sun on 80 degrees days. Offered great grip stepping out of the boat onto wet deck boards or wet rocks on the beach. Size was accurate
These boots are great for what I need. I am a herbicide and insecticide lawn and tree technician who must by state and federal law wear impermeable boots when applying pesticide/herbicide. I also do an insane amount of walking every day¦18,000 to 20,000 steps daily, and often on steep, slippery surfaces. These boots have held up and will maintain good traction for an entire season.
My only complaint is the sizing¦ I really wish they would come in half sizes, or at least provide an insert that would be close to reducing the boot to the 1/2 size needed when you buy the boot a size up as directed by the fitting instructions. That's the only reason I didn't rate them five stars.
I've always been a fan of Muck boots, and as a Service Manager at my last job I was able to get permission to purchase my entire branch hefty, tall Muck boots for while they sprayed herbicide. Everyone was super impressed with their warmth in the winter, traction, and overall quality!
Thanks Muck!
This is my husbands second pair of these boots. His current pair is about 5 years old. He wears them day in
Great fit, have had another color for 2 years now and holds up great. Would recommend!
Love the boot - but wow does Muckboot need to give a wider boot. Yes, it does stretch eventually but it is really uncomfortable early on for 3E width.
Nice boots with aggressive tread pattern needed for my working conditions.
The design and tread of boot fits my needs very well.
I've never had a pair of rubber boots that fit me very well until I got these Mucks, love them!
I wear them everyday and have not been disappointed. They are comfortable and keep my feet dry
If you're like me, a larger guy, my calves don't always fit into a taller boot. These boots fit the bill.
We ordered these for my dad, and he loves them! He was in need of a summer farm boot, and these fit the bill perfectly! They're y'all wnough that you don't get mud in your shoe, but shirt enough your calves won't sweat!
Bought these for fishing bass tournaments in the rain, and working on the ranch in the mud. Super comfortable
This boot does a good. Sizing runs a little small. May wish to up size especially if you have a wide foot. This must be the end of their season as size availability in most styles were extremely limited. Dissapointed by the price. Paid full price and could have purchased the next week for 70% off. Doubt I'll do business with Muck again.
Your company didn't facilitate my return in a timely enough fashion for me to receive a refund. Apparently I can buy these same boots for $50 less at a retailer, which I would have liked to do.
Good it's waterproof but they are not for cold weather like they are advertised to be that's my honest opinion mad I spent over a 100$ thinking' this boot will do the job not happy at all
Great for quick trip to the wood pile or all day in the yard. They are not warm for all day winter wear, but they don't claim to be. Great boot. True to size and top notch quality.
