The FR Signature Denim Dungaree features:
Great pants true fit and very durable.
Shipped and delivered much faster than I expected. Great service.
Good fit, comfortable in hot weather (to 109 so far)
If a heavy duty work pant is what you’re looking for, you probably don’t want these. They’re very very thin and have a PLASTIC button (very cheaply built for the price ) also not impressed all by the fit either
Bought these for my husband. Just the right weight. Not too heavy, not too light. A little long, but works over boots!
Super comfortable, wouldn’t realize they are FR
I really like the style and the fit. Just wish it was the 15 oz denim.
This is the standard uniform pants for our techs. We have had great success when using this product. Very little replacement due to tearing (ripping).

Pants have lasted as long as 10 years without problems but average replacement runs about 7 due to normal wear and tear.
Fit is great enough room to move comfortably
Returned the FR jeans. Even though I used the fit right portion of the ordering site, they were still to small in the waste. If ordering these jeans I would order one or two sizes larger. The other reason I returned them was the fit in the leg. I like a relaxed fit, but the extra large opening at the ankle is ridiculous!! I don’t put my jeans on after putting on my boots.
Ok, the pants are comfortable and the fit is good.
If only they didn’t tear at the crotch seam. I have 4 pair of the dungaree style and so far, 3 of them have torn along the seam in that area. Not from over stretching them. I walk a lot during my work day, like 10-11 miles. They didn’t just rip, they wore down and then tore.
great pants wear them everyday for work
These dungarees last almost twice as long as others we have tried. They fit well and are true to size.
Definitely not the same durability or construction of my previous pairs. Thighs are crazy huge for the waist. Denim is lighter than previous pairs owned.
Too baggy and too large (or too small). I'm a 33x34. The belt loops on the side aren't ideally placed. But they are the best option i've found.
I've worn these pants for years. Love them. Like ordering straight from carhartt. Thanks
I have to wear these jeans every day at work and they are really comfortable and most of the time I prefer them when not at work
Comfortable, not too hot, fit is perfect for a larger man. Enough room to move but not too baggy.
Waist size was not correct. I was not provided paperwork with the pants to return product. Unable to return product. Unable to wear them. Pants appear to be a quality product.
I don’t wear anything but CARHART
Great pair of pants to wear as a Maintenance Machinist. Two pockets at each side that hold my 4 in ! screwdriver, inspection mirror, and the other side a flashlight. This is my third pair.
I absolutely love these jeans!! My favorite pair ever, I just ordered another pair. The material is so soft and comfortable, it's definitely the only jeans I want to wear. Carhartt, u guys rock, thank you!
Great FR work pants
My go to for work. Little bit more $ but in FR Clothing, you get what you pay for. Comfortable and relaxed fit. They have lasted me a long long time. Very durable.
Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Tried a few different brands with no luck with the lighter color, cell phone pocket, and right fit that I was looking for.
Not too baggy, not too slim. Flexible enough to move around easily. I previously had some loose-fit style pants but they're way to baggy for my slim frame. These fit well, look great, and overall are a good pair of jeans.

Pockets could be a touch larger, mainly the fronts. Carrying a knife or cell phone takes up nearly all your pocket space. Tough to get my hands into them when it's chilly out.
Carhartt is the only brand he will wear and with his new job he had to have some FR clothing. He loves the jeans Regular and FR. Hoping the big and tall Carhartt section for men gets a little stronger and more options. Lots of things he picks out goes to 4XL but not alot have the 4XLT. That little bit of extra length is a must have for his clothes. Especially in the sleeves and overall length of the shirts. Carhartt clothing lasts a long time and amazing with wear and tear he puts his clothing thru. That's why I cannot purchase any other brand that he will wear.
They’re extremely comfortable and well made. I love them!!
Excellent service took good care of me
Great pants
These are the most comfortable FR work pants that I have used. I like the extra pockets that are great for tools. These two pairs are the third set i’ve bought in the past nine years.
I’m a Journeyman Lineman and have tried many different FR pants, but these are by far my favorite. I love how durable they are and I love the pockets on the side that can hold my Klein side cutters or my cell phone. The only issue/complaint I have is that the inseam doesn’t go shorter than 30 inches. I will have them tailored for around 28 and they will be perfect!
Exactly what I ordered.
I like them a lot. I’ve had many pairs but they just don’t last that long. I get about 3 months out of them.
Bought a new pair of jeans for casual wear. They look great and held their color after the fist washing. Only complain is that they weren't very abrasion resistant. Walking through the office I brushed up against a filing cabinet and the corner torn a dime sized hole on my thigh. Second time wearing them.
All ripped at the back
Lasted about 20 days working 10 hour days. Hole blew out in crotch area.
Comfortable working pants, especially when you need to wear FR Gear. Pant width could be a bit smaller.
The company I work for provides us with these jeans. They run a little big but they're comfortable, and I enjoy wearing them. The tool pockets aren't too deep, so I can store smaller tools or my work phone in them and retrieve them with ease.
Now if somebody could figure out how to make them stain proof
Comfortable and durable... These jeans are all you need in flame resistant pants. Thanks Carhartt!
Good quality and fit
Great fit great product
Bought these for my boyfriend for work. They fit right, wear slowly/long lasting, and they are comfortable.
They fit great
So far so good
They shrunk too much after the first. Would have bought a size larger than my normal size if I had known that they would shrink do much.
I sell FR clothing to electricians, linemen, and other utility personnel. 80% of the FRB13s I sell end up being exchanged for the FRB100. My customers say that this used to have a better fit, but in the past year or two, it seems that Carhartt has made the cut much more loose. This does seem to work for some customers, not sure if it comes down to build or personal preference. But most of the time, they're extremely disappointed to find that their legs are swimming in material.
They were suppose to be heavy. They were not. My return shipping label had no account number. I paid $17 plus to return. I tried calling a couple times only to be on hold for up to a half hour with no answer. Pretty sure I'm done with Carhartt.
Fits great, very comfortable and wearing well. Wants to wear only these pants. Need to get another for backup.
I work in a power plant, 7 days on/off rotating nights and days. My time is split between a control room and outside operator duties as a supervisor. I split 2 pair up between the 7 day/night period after which both pair are washed. I'm going to guess each pair of pants saw about 1,000-1,100 hours (2,000-2,000 total hours for both pair) of use and about 22-26 washings before first indications of failure at about 10 months on both pairs.

Bought 2 pair of these FRB13(11.75oz cotton denim) last March to replace 2 pair of FRB159 (8.5oz cotton canvas blend) after wearing those pairs out in the inner thigh/crotch after 11 months of use, expected these to last longer but they didn't. Worn and about to go in the same inner thigh/crotch area again after 10 months of use.

The rest of the pant is holding up very well, and my body shape may be to blame for where they are failing, but I expected better.

These were not too heavy for summers in Nevada and worked well with thermals in the winter.

The pants were very comfortable for their life, and the pockets work well for carrying phones, knives, tools, etc.

I will be upgrading to FRB229 and going a size larger, hopefully they last longer.
Carhartt as always is top quality and lasts longer than all others. I still have a pair of jeans that I have worn for work since 2004.
I have to wear these jeans at work. They fit well and are light weight. They are the most popular jean where I work.
The FR Pants I just purchased are very comfortable. The fit is a little bigger than the regular pants in the length-maybe just the pair I received.

This person is part of our Field Testing program and may have received this product for free. We operate one of the most rigorous field testing programs in the business.
These pants are everything I hoped. Roomy, Comfortable, Durable, Great Quality
These pants wear great for comfort, but a bit thin for cold weather or heavy use. Great production field pant. Need to replace after about 9 months of normal wear.
So nice not to have to wear coveralls all the time. These have a great Electrical Arc rating as well.
Nice heavy pair of jeans.
My working environment is tough. I've tried alot of work pants and these dungree's give me the versitility to take on what the day brings. Flexability with comfort even wnen I have to get into tight areas. Durable also, wash after wash...Finally a pair of pants that work as hard as I do!
Great pants true fit and very durable.
