My states game and fish agency purchased these for myself and fellow coworkers. After a few weeks of wear, our boots started leaking at the seams around the soles. Did not hold up very well. Waiting on a replacement, hopefully the next will be better.
After two winters of fair use, a hole developed , completely negating any water proofing or insulation. I would have expected a little more usage than two seasons for the price point. They look almost perfect from a quick glance because they didn’t get extremely heavy usage, I was hoping for better quality. Might give a more expensive boot from this brand a try but it pains me to have a useless set of muck boots right now, at least winter is over.
The external part of the boot is amazing. Waterproof , durable and functional. However, the heal liner wears out after about 6 months. After that so will your socks.. Everyone in my family wears these boots and we live in a climate wear we buy gear not just clothes. It frustrating..
I was tired of buying new rubber boots every year so I tried this hopefully that they would last longer. Made it a year and a half before they started to leak. Not worth the extra price.
Size 12 is a bit too short, and the 13 was much too large. Also super wide, and the neoprene area was way to big and gaping around the calf
Excellent shoes. Also, as someone who has a triple-EEE-wide foot, I was skeptical that these boots would be wide enough, but they were. They are comfortable.
I bought this pair 1 year 1/2 ago. From the start there were quality concerns. The Muck Boot label fell off almost immediately when they became wet, whereas coworkers with older pairs still had the classic label attached to the side. They gave me a new pair and sent me on my way (the same thing happened to the new pair). Not even two years later, 2 of the boots, each the same right side, cracked at the seams and my feet get saturated when wet. The one shoe was so bad that I had to throw it out. The other still gets wet but I have no choice but to wear them until I buy another brand. For the cost of these shoes, I am utterly appalled at the poor quality. I only work at the farm a few days a week and use them standard to what they are meant for. I'm not sure if they are using poor quality materials now or if the manufacturing process is lazy, but please avoid buying these if you're looking for a good quality boot.

I have had a pair of these boots for 3 years. I bought this pair for my husband as he was going through cheap rubber boots like water. He loves his new Mucks and they fit great. He wears a 14, so I was thrilled Mucks made a boot to fit him. They are sturdy, supportive, and I know will last him several years. He is very hard on footwear, so he will give them a good test! Great boots and we will continue to buy Mucks in the future!
I wanted to try a different model muck boot so I took a chance and bought these. I wore them once for a few hours at work. They hurt my feet and kept rubbing against my shins. Just my personal experience with them. Maybe because I have big calves and wife feet. I love Muck boots they make a great boot so I'm going back to the hunting boots that fit great on me and lasted 5 years.
They were a gift for my brother and he loved them. The company was great to deal with, they came very fast in the mail, however they didn't fit my brother, so I returned them and ordered a different size, and the exchange process was very easy and very fast!
annoyingly boot sizes misleading. had to pay for delivery and then also for return. paid £16 in total and still no boots.

Normally wellies are not made for long distance walking. These are so comfy,I wear them for 12hours and they are great.

I chose these to replace the Arctic mid boot as they had split after only 6 months.
The chores are sturdier and hence less comfortable. Customer service was 5 star when coming to replace faulty product (if a little bureaucratic with having to send photos etc).
Chore boots ok although there is a sound now coming from right heel as if something is loose inside it. Time will tell I suppose.....
Hands down the most comfy wellies I've ever had. The protective 3 layers around toes are perfect when doing odd jobs as they really do protect you. I've never had a pair of wellies that are so warm, such thick quality soles and the grip on the bottom - Amazing. F Size 6 with two pairs of thin socks they fit perfect!
Love the warmth,comfort and ease of putting them on. Just finished second winter with them and the rubber is cracked on the left boot.l was hopping for maybe 5 years out of these not less than 2 years.
My husband loves muck boots but since his cancer treatments his feet and legs swell a lot. These fit ok but would have been more comfortable if the calves were a little wider. But he still loves them . So happy you have the larger sizes!!!
I have been buying these boots for 20 years. Just bought a new pair at Tractor Supply. They are 1/2" shorter and 3/16" narrower than my old boots of the same size. Also, the new boots are much flatter on the bottom than the old boots. The seams have gaps in the bonding between the sole and body. Called Customer Service, they didn't care. Any suggestions for another brand? I use these boots for farm work.

I'm very impressed, previously I've always had cheap wellies that do the job but I find are always uncomfortable in some way and I always have cold feet.
These couldn't be any different, they're so comfy and my feet were so warm.

First pair of Muck boots. The are a little narrow for a wide foot and the next size up is way to long. They are not uncomfortable and do stretch. Each time I wear them it is a little less tight it seems. It would be nice if they were made in the USA and came in half sizes.
Would have preferred more arch support, but a comfortable boot and easy to get on and off.
Bought for my dad who is always in the garden. He has slim feet so they were a little wide but insoles resolved that and he loves them.
Kept my feet dry and warm for 8 hrs in a foot of snow. Probably wouldn't recommend them for summer chores though
Replaced a worn out 5 year old pair with a new pair. The old ones served my husband every day for 5 years. The boots are cery warm and durable boots. You can work in the barn for hours without having cold feet. The arch support and sole construction provide the needed support preventing aching feet, tired legs or a sore back.
Fit is perfect and I love the lower style boot. Great purchase and quality that we have grown to expect.
The Men's cChore mid appears to be well made and would stand up the the rigorous work done here at the ranch. However, I ordered a size 10US, I was sent a 10EU so they were returned. Mucker's made no offer to replace with the correct size. Therefore I have no personal experience with the boots.
They do the job and help me get my job done for drilled shaft operations where you're dealing with muck, mud, and concrete.
I got a pair of these boots as a gift more than 10 years ago. I moved away from the country life and ended up passing them down to my niece. They served me well and have come in handy for my niece this winter. Still keeping her feet warm and dry. A great purchase!

I bought a Men's Size 8, and typically wear a Woman's Size 9. I can stuff the leg of my jeans into the neck of the boot to keep them out of the mud. I don't want to imagine farm life without them!
Very well made sturdy rubber work boots, good traction on most surfaces, I do wish they incorporated the vibram soles like the express cool chore boots but this sole is pretty darn good too. Good support and lightweight, I will disagree with the sub freezing rating as they're definitely not that warm in very cold temperatures. I'd say they're good to about 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit in my opinion, I bought the Artic ice versions for very cold temperatures and the vibram grip on those is unmatched. I wear these chore boots on regular cold days here in Maryland at or above freezing and they're good for me, the artic ice boots come out when it's real cold and icy but overall the chore boots get a 5 star rating from me. I wear a 10.5-11 in sneakers and I always buy mucks at size 10 and they fit me just fine with room enough for double socks. Worthwhile purchase if you're outdoors a lot in wet conditions.I'll rate size as too large since I buy a size down.

Totally pleased. Had trouble getting boots on in the beginning. The boots were the correct size. I have to use a boot jack to remove. But now the sure test of how long will they last? Top edge inside is a little rough. Made in Hondurus.

Great product when used for intended purpose. Not very warm, but I understood and did purchase for that purpose. That is why I have different footware.
Man, these were no where near what I expected. The boots material is stiff, and super compressive on my foot, the mid sole is overly soft, and the arch is almost non existent, not to mention how tight these are on the calf. I got these in and wore them around the house for about a half hour, thought they would be good and took them for a spin around the block. The traction is abysmal, a dusting of snow had me slipping sideways on city sidewalks, and the crushing pressure across my metatarsals was insane, don't believe the "they stretch to accommodate up to EEE widths. this was a mistake. 2 Stars because they seem like a well made product sized for gnomes.

These Boots Are extraordinary they certainly live up to their reputation. About the only downside is they don't come in half sizes, so I went with a size 7 because the 8 was a bit floppy.
We haven't quite had the winter that were used to it yet, but I have no doubt the function well. I love the easy on easy off. So much better than a lace-up boot. I have been able to touch the traction, and it is wonderful and all conditions met so far. Thank you for putting out a good product. As an aside, the delivery was in three days. Service above board.

I bought these boots for my husband for Christmas after his last Muck Boots wore out after 15 years. They are not just great work boots for the garden but we did a 3 hour walk on Boxing Day on he said they were so comfortable. He has tried wellington boots but there is no comparison. The Muck Boot boot has also been developed well, with a good grip on the sole and they are easy to pull on.

My second pair. What I love about these is I have a very high instep/arch and the women's boots are too tight. Even with thick socks I can easily get these on and more importantly off, hands-free. I am a women's 8.5 and a mens chore boot 7.

I have a pair of the Muck Highs. Same size and they fit fine.
I also have a pair of the shoe styled Mucks. Also same size and they fit perfectly.
I really wanted a pair of the mid calf Mucks.
I had to send them back for a refund.

My second pair, I use them in salty mucky water. They are snug enough that they do not pull off when I pull my feet out of the muck. They are also very comfortable for long days in terrible condition. Keep my feet warm and the the footbeds have enough squish in them for the right amount of foot support.
Great boot, as all of my Muck Boots have always been! Size was perfect with a heavy sock and mid height is not tight around my calf's, and I can easily tuck my jeans into the boot.

Use for yard work and walking about muddy areas in yard. Work great and keep the bottom of your pants clear as well. A little wide for me but will do. Heavy boot but good sole. Just don't expect to to replace a work boot.

I bought these boots for power washing out the barn and working out in the wet woods. So far, my feet have been dry and comfortable. I do wish I would have bought the size smaller as my foot pulls out of the boot when stuck in the mud, but that's on me, not the boot. I'd rather need to wear an extra pair of socks.
Bought Men's Muckster II Ankle along with these Men's Chore Mids. I have wide feet and the Men's Chore Mid fits well. The Men's Muckster II Ankle are narrow and don't fit as good as the Men's Chore Mid.
These boots attract too much mud . Hard to clean, so I bought the Edgewater Chore Mid, self cleaning treads. NE Texas is nothing but black land prairie mud fields. Much happier

I've bought Muck boots in the past and always been satisfied. About 3 weeks ago I bought a pair men's chore boots and the left feels definitely smaller than the right one. The label inside indicate they are the same but the feels says otherwise. I'll buy Mucks again but will definitely try both boots on before leaving the store.
I purchased these boots for my husband as a birthday gift after we inherited a farm. He really likes the boots and they fit perfectly- he wears sizes 10 and 11 in sneakers and dress shoes, the size 11 Muck boots were perfect. He finds them to be very comfortable, even in our S. Florida heat after spending a good part of the day mowing the grass.

Waterproof and durable, but I wish there were 1/2 sizes. I typically wear a 10.5 boot and per the website I went with a size 11 muck and there is a little bit too much room for all day wear. I'm sure a 10 would be too tight and uncomfortable, but the 11 is definitely on the larger side. Unfortunately these won't be an everyday boot since the fit isn't as comfortable as my other boots.
My husband loved the muck books I gave him for fathers day. The only reason for 4 stars is because they are hard to pull off... maybe a side zipper? Otherwise great quality boot!

The height of the boots was wrong . It was supposed to be lower than what you guys sent me plus the muck boots logo On the boots was a paper that came right off . I felt the boots was fake for that reason.

This is my 2nd pair of Muck boots. I'm a construction superintendent, currently on a large agricultural construction project. These are amazingly warm and comfortable. I work at a dog kennels which involves a lot of walking , I'm unsure if my feet were sweating or if the amount of wet grass got to the boots but my feet came out wet after first day of wearing them, which is a shame cause they are so comfortable, il need to change out of them between walks to let my feet dry

I wore these boots ONE TIME and the Muck brand and chore labeling fell off. I can't begin to understand how that happens on boots costing over $100. My coworker had an identical pair from over 2 years ago and the labeling is still perfectly intact. I emailed customer service 3 days ago but have get to get a response.
The fit is a bit stiff and not very flexible. I will only be wearing these when it rains or in the coldest of winter days. Needless to say, I'm not very impressed and will continue to use my Timberlands instead.

I don't own a ranch in Texas or an estate in New England - just an ordinary 50x100 plot on Long Island - but needed a pair of boots that I could use everyday whether mowing the lawn, planting, mulching, pruning, etc. these chore boots have proven to be perfect. They are comfortable for long days in the garden, offer good protection, and keep the the dirt out! Well worth the investment.

I have always worn the men's chore muck boots. They are great for everyday use. I have run in to one problem. The lining on the heel starts to fall apart after about a year and rips a hole in your socks. As someone who wears them almost daily this gets pretty annoying!

I bought a pair of these bootsin January for Dog walking in the New Forest. I have bad Arthritis in both ankles and wanted something sturdy and waterproof and was tired of going home with cold wet feet every time! These have been brilliant the footbed is strong and supportive as is the rubber part of the boot. They are fantastic and really support my feet and ankles as well as keeping my feet warm and dry .... Brilliant.
Both the water and wife tried tase boots. The right one was perfect but the left boot chafed the shin so much and o hard that it was unwearable.. I returned them

These boots are a little heavy and stiff, and very narrow especially for men's boots.I bought men's instead of women's because I thought they would be wider. I had to take the insoles out because they were really hurting my feet with them in.
They seem well made, but my feet got cold with temps in the low 30's and snow.
The top part of the boots are a little snug around the leg, and I don't have big legs, but the material does give. I am hoping they will loosen up and be more comfortable the more I wear them. They seem pretty waterproof, which is what I needed.
2nd pair. 1st pair lasted 7 years working on the farm till I stuck a stick through the side if it a month ago

These are perfectly named boots. I use them for chores around the house and farm. Excellent in any situation ice, snow, mud or dry ground. Once I would have 2 or 3 pairs of boots for different situations, but with these I only need 1 and I use them for everything.
I wear these boots daily! Whether it's in the snow, the rain, to work, in the woods, they are so comfortable, keep me warm in the winter w a thick pair of socks and plenty cool in the summer months when I'm in the woods!
I needed a pair of comfortable, waterproof, lightweight and durable boots for doing farm work, hiking with the dogs, fishing for salmon and cutting fire wood. These boots are everything I wanted and more. I got these in October 2018 and have worn them nearly every day through the Fall, Winter and now Spring in Upstate New York. My feet are always comfortable and warm, no matter what I am doing in all kinds of weather. I love how I can stand in water without worrying about getting damp/wet feet, walk in mud and snow without feeling like I am on a pair of skis, and how easily they clean up. I highly recommend these boots to anyone wanting a great pair of boots.

The boot is much stiffer than I anticipated. The width feels much narrower than the other Muck Boots I have purchased. It feels as there is a steel toe in this boot which I do not recall seeing in the description. If there is and it was mentioned, then I missed it. I would not and do not purchase steel toes. Overall not a comfortable boot. I would not re-purchase or recommend
I got these for my dad who is INCREDIBLY hard to shop for. He uses them everyday to do things from pick up dog poop in the yard to splitting wood. He tells me they are the best gift he's ever gotten.

My states game and fish agency purchased these for myself and fellow coworkers. After a few weeks of wear, our boots started leaking at the seams around the soles. Did not hold up very well. Waiting on a replacement, hopefully the next will be better.

After two winters of fair use, a hole developed , completely negating any water proofing or insulation. I would have expected a little more usage than two seasons for the price point. They look almost perfect from a quick glance because they didn’t get extremely heavy usage, I was hoping for better quality. Might give a more expensive boot from this brand a try but it pains me to have a useless set of muck boots right now, at least winter is over.

The external part of the boot is amazing. Waterproof , durable and functional. However, the heal liner wears out after about 6 months. After that so will your socks.. Everyone in my family wears these boots and we live in a climate wear we buy gear not just clothes. It frustrating..

I was tired of buying new rubber boots every year so I tried this hopefully that they would last longer. Made it a year and a half before they started to leak. Not worth the extra price.
