The Storm Defender Insulated Leather Gauntlet Glove features:
I use them Biking 30 miles a day, 3x a week in about 40 - 30 degree weather with high wind.

One glove has a slight tear around the wrist after like 2 months, that might be cause I just go too hard Lol but nah they valid. No issue with them.

There’re heavily padded, insulated, very warm !
Excellent fit and warmth! Thank you Carhartt
These things kept my hands perfectly warm in 43-below-zero weather in North Dakota. Get them.
The gloves are warm and comfortable, especially in frigid conditions! I really like them!
Look gloves for very nice they look nice they fit nice and they kept my hands very warm very happy with the gloves would buy them again
Very warm and comfortable.
Really keeps my fingers warm in very cold temperatures for an extended period which is important to me as I’m a sixty something who likes to take his dog for extended walks every day in the very early morning.
Great gloves, perfect amount of warmth. Water repellant is great. Highly recommend
My hands are perpetually cold. These are the first gloves that I've ever purchased that actually keep my hands warm outside (unless it's really super cold out). When I need gloves instead of mittens, these are my go-to gloves for warmth!
Fingers were too short for XXL size. Am returning the gloves.
I wish it didn't have the extended 'wrist cover', it's too long but the gloves are great
These are great gloves but unfortunately this replacement pair is smaller than the first loved pair. My husband complains about how tight they are.
Warmest gloves I have ever owned.
Very pleased with these gloves, as we are all our Carhartt items. We'll made, good fit, warm and comfortable, yet tough enough to last.
I live in the upper Midwest and have had great luck with them so far.
My hands are not cold anymore. I would recommend.
really feels great and very warm.
The first time I wore them they ripped so I dont know if I would recommed them.
This is my second pair real tough glove for working outside and very warm
quality glove at a great price!
These are great. They keep me warm and dry. They don’t work with my phone but warm dry hands are the most important.
I have really enjoyed these gloves. Warm, comfortable feel like there build to handle whatever kind of mess I get myself in.
Never have a problem with carhartt all my gear is awesome if it wasn't I definitely will tell you
Nice gloves. Good fit and very warm.
I needed warm gloves and new jacket for the winter, and visited our local Carhartt store.

I've had my gloves for (barely) two weeks, and an inside seam is already split open.

I've used them for our daily walks in windy cold weather, and driving to the store when the car is cold. I haven't even taken them hiking, used them for clearing the driveway. They haven't done anything strenuous yet - just very light use. And no. My fingernails aren't long and scraggly. LOL

The gloves are certainly comfortable and warm down to 5F windchill for a good 30 minutes. For that, I like the functionality of these gloves. But the durability and (thus) the overall quality is greatly lacking.

At this point, I would not buy these again.
Have had them for a few weeks, more then warm enough for winter in Ohio. The lining is sewn in pretty stoutly at the finger tips, still connected, and doesn’t pull out when you take them off. Great gloves. Haven’t got them very wet. Holding up nicely.
I bought these because I work outside in the winter in below freezing temps. They are thick and stiff gloves. Not gloves for working on anything that requires any dexterity. My finger tips have also gotten cold in 20 degree F after only a short period. If you want a glove for just being outside in the winter and don't need to use your fingers for much I'm sure these are fine.
Great for construction work
Love the Gloves
Just got mine. Perfect day 45 degrees light rain. They fit great hands stayed warm and dry. Best gloves I have found..
Thank you and will recommend your brand to others
Fantastic.
Nice gloves, but not warm at. 32F. Return ed
Great. I would recommend these gloves.
I bought two pair of these gloves last year for my two son in laws. They loved them so I decided to try a pair for myself this year. I am 66 years old and have never owned a pair of gloves that I have liked as much as these. They have the fit, comfort and warmth that I was hoping for.
It is a little more “puffy” than I was thinking. But it keeps my fingers warm and dry. And that is what I wanted.
Yes I recommend
so far so good but the temps have only dropped to the teens. If they still work good when temps hit zero and below rating should be 5 stars. I wear a 2X glove and that’s what I ordered and it fits just a little snug like all other 2X gloves I have. I wish they were a little bigger so I could use a hand warmer too. Grips are good for snow shovel and snow blower.
Products that were ordered from Carhartt are wonderful and Dawn made it very simply. Dawn is knowledgeable and a great employee.
I have had these for about a month now. The left index finger has become unstitched and the waterproof membrane is now showing. They were good but not great. They work ok for the first four hours. Then the cold starts to hit you hard. I was working in 20 degree weather for 8 hours. The temp was ok. But then I still had to use hot hands in order to finish my job comfortably. I wish they were more durable because for the price that was what I was expecting.

The water proofing is perfect. Although when the outside gets wet, it amplifies the cold feeling in the hand.
Granted I won't be wearing them till next winter but they feel GREAT! I'm actually thinking of ordering a second pair.
Best winter gloves..on my 2nd pair the first pair lasted 5 years!
Great gloves! Rugged, dry ,and warm. Would really recommend them!
Quality built gloves that I’ve worked well for me I’ve had them for a year now and I’ve stood up to everything I can put them through
I bought these gloves for my father. He is usually a large, but the gloves run a bit small, so I had to return them for an XL. Great, sturdy, and warm gloves!
Good glove - warm and waterproof. The drawstring cuffs are very effective, too, to help keep water and debris out of the gloves.
My husband is working nights at the Allegisnt Stadium in Las Vegas and he is using them every night.
He is sometimes driving a forklift and in the cold nights here in the desert, nothing will do but the best.
AND CARHARTT IS THE BEST!!
From his beanie to his boots, he is a Carhartt man, including insulated overalls and jackets.
I used to have a very similar pair of gloves from the Northface. Montana, Gore-Tex model. Those were not as durable and cost me $20 more than this pair. I like "Cold Snap Insulated Glove" much better. They perform better in the ice cold weather from Boston.
Quality warm gloves
For snowblowing, I previously used cheap ski gloves along with reflective glove liners inside. My hands still got cold. The Carhartt gloves are definitely warmer yet I was surprised by how flexible they are. Would definitely buy again.
Bought size XXL for my husband. Nicely insulated gloves that actually fit his giant "baseball mitt" hands. Haven't had a chance to give them a proper workout, but he was really happy with the fit and the amount of flexibility he had wearing them. Can't vouch for overall quality, durability, and functionality, as they are brand new, but they appear to be well made.
These were a gift for my son who drives a truck and has to be out in the elements to load and unload cargo to clients. He lives in Kansas and over the years has tried many different kinds of gloves that just wouldn't work. He says that these keep his hands warm and dry and still allows him to do his work. These are well worth their cost!
Comfortable
These gloves are holding up very well and into their second winter. They have a snug fit and also breath well. Recommend!!
So far....So good !!
I took a chance at these and man was it worth it. They are great in the snow and cold. The fleece lining keeps the hands warm. The long cuff helps prevent now or water from getting in. Great product.
I bought these as a gift to my husband who is stationed in South Korea, the winters are brutal and I needed to find him something that would keep him warm. He loves the gloves! They’re so thick and so warm.
Outstanding gloves!
This is my fourth pail of these gloves and will continue to buy them as long as the quality remains to be great!
I use these gloves in -15 degree freezer work on a daily basis. Always keeps my hands from going cold when I am in there for extended periods of time.
Hands still get cold. Gloves are just okay.
Best gloves for snow and outside work
Just a bit bulky and uncomfortable in the fingers, but very nice and warm.
Really good gloves for the dry cold weather. When it comes to light snow, and rain the material holds up. If you’re out there too long in wet weather, or if there is a down pour of course you might to switch to something else (in a eight hour shift at work I switch out gloves every three hours to avoid having cold, and wet hands). I just got done ordering a second pair because my first pair was stolen from me. So, I guess that person needed more than me, and hopefully they get some good use out of them.
Hello;
Finally a pair of winter gloves that fit.

They are warm and work just fine. Should last many years.
I use them Biking 30 miles a day, 3x a week in about 40 - 30 degree weather with high wind.

One glove has a slight tear around the wrist after like 2 months, that might be cause I just go too hard Lol but nah they valid.
