These pants are the best!

Pants fit accurately and nicely. Carhart should offer them in black. Note: the lining is NOT “flannel”. The lining is a stretchy synthetic material which does add extra warmth.

I prefer the old version with the heavy canvas duck. The double knee pair I’m wearing now is about 25 years old and sturdier than the new ones <br />Do you still make the traditional brown carpenter pants? Double knee or flannel lined?

I regret buying these pants online without trying them on/feeling the fabric in person. The waist is at least one size smaller than it should be, even compared to a similar pair of Carhartt’s that I have. <br />Also I find it misleading that the lining is called flannel. I’ve only ever seen cotton material referred to as flannel, it’s 100% synthetic. Had I read the description more closely I would have seen that, but I made an assumption based on the term, and that there are fleece lined pants also offered.<br />I’m pretty disappointed overall with this product.

I’m disappointed that sizing is so off. I ordered two pairs of pants in twi different colors both identical size and model but one fit fine, one I sent back because it was too tight. I don’t understand how that much variation can happen in one style pant from same company purchased at the same time. I try to buy local but because I am thin, no one stocks my size. So I have to order online and basically Hope it fits. Do better Carhartt

I’m very happy with the Carhartt pants I recently bought. They’re comfortable, functional, they fit well, and they look good.

I had a pair of Full Swing Cryder Dungaree 2.0 / Fleece Lined pants I got in 2017. Amazing pants, really the best. I wear them every day in the winter up here in Alaska. I had the: Inseam 32", Waist 31". But wanted to get a new pair with a 32 Waist. <br /><br />I just ordered these, as it seems they discontinued the older model and replaced it with these. I figured they would be the same to a point. But not at all. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed. The quality overall and the lining is half of what the older ones were. <br /><br />I got a 32" Inseam like my old ones and these new 32 are 3 Inches longer. That doesn't even make sense. Where is the consistency? The waist was probably the only thing that felt right and what I ordered. <br /><br />Hopefully, they will bring back the Full Swing Cryder Dungaree 2.0 / Fleece Lined over this new one.

These are a great option in chilly weather and do a good job. Keeping the wind out. I’m a big fan of these pants, and use them for work.

I like these a lot more than expected. I was unsure at first because they are very lightweight and wasnt sure if they would keep me warm in cold weather. They actually do, and dont add much weight. Easy to move around in. The fit was perfect for my size i ordered.

Handy dandy right hand phone (sorry, collapsible ruler) pocket has been improved with a convenient flap so phone or collapsible ruler won’t fall out. Hammer loop gone, too.

Im not pleased. I have purchased a previous pair and they were lined with real flannel making the pants thick, heavy and warm. These are not lined with flannel as stated on the site and the actual tag on the pants. <br />Explain that!!

These pants are much lighter than the ones in the past. They do not fit as well as I like. Had a hard time finding anything in the sizes I was looking for. Not sure I will buy again.

These pants actually fit as advertised unlike my other purchases in the same size dimensions. Pretty comfortable especially outside in the cold and wind. If their Quality Control for sizing was better I would actually like to order more of these. However, I don't think I will be buying any more Carhartt's unless I can try them on in person first.

Fantastic pair of lined pants. They are plenty of warmth down to just below freezing. At the same time, they aren't too much to be indoors for a while either. Perfect balance, super comfortable, highly recommend!!

I have gotten used to wearing a tighter more narrow leg fit and so it took a day of wearing to adjust to this relaxed fit. On a recent month long trip to a cooler than average Barcelona my 79 year old legs were cold and I had to wear long Johns to be comfortable. These pants are comfortable outside without being hot inside. I like the deep pockets and especially the side pocket for my phone. All around good buy at a great price. Unfortunately I followed the online size advice and bought inseam two inches longer than normal and had to have shortened. Bought 34/34 and should have bought 34/32, my normal size. (5.11/185 lbs)

Carhart has unfortunately not only gone woke but all their pants, any type are no longer made for an average American male. The length is ok but the patterns they use leaves VERY little material around the front of your hips, causing the pants to press against you. This I type of error is common when companies outsource to places that do not understand or care that average build American men have more meat on their bones than say a Philippine male would. It isn’t meant to be an insult on Philippine people, it’s just absurd Carhart lost its standards for what used to be a slam dunk. I’ve actually lost weight and new pants 2x larger than I bought years ago do not fit. The other pants were made to US male standards. I’ve noticed this with other companies as well where a shirt is sized properly except around the armpit…and is meant for skinny almost bone showing arms. If you have any sort of athletic physique, stay away from Carhart, they won’t fit.

It took me a long time to find a pair in my size but, man, was it worth the wait. These pants are warm, comfortable, and tough, perfect for outdoor work in the colder months. I just found my favorite pair of winter pants.

I’m sorry, but I was not pleased. I had to order these pants twice. Both times the measurements were not accurate. The 34”x32 fit like a 32” waist. The second pair, 34”x30, fit like a 34” inseam!! I had to take the longer pair and pay to have them shortened. By the time I waited for them to come to my house, they were sold out in my size. Not a good idea to have them made overseas.

Another excellent Carhartt product, good fit and warm but not too warm. The slight amount of stretch is perfect. I wear a 34-34 but these pants run long and they don't come in a 33 length.

pockets are a little small, especially the small money pocket inside the right pocket, the pant leg takes a weird shape from the knee down, even though I ordered a 28 length they are still to long, maybe offer some more realistic lengths, stain resistance is poor

I use them for upland hunting. They’re thick enough with the lining that they are fairly protective against prickers but they still provide great range of motion. They’re not loud either when the high grass is brushing against them.

Great pants, love for colder weather (under 40f). Not too warm to ware indoors, go to pants for winter months in Wisconsin. Great fit, comfortable, 6' 220lbs, 36X32. Could probably go down to 35 waist if available but anticipate them shrinking a little bit like the last pair and room for long johns for being outside for long periods in very cold. Wore just pants -15f just walking for 30-45min and legs didn't get cold.

I had both knees replaced in 2019 and have been self employed as a carpenter for over 40 years. These jeans keep my leg warm and give some padding when I get on my knees now to work. they are extremely durable and have helped me with blood circulation to my feet to transition back toward what I love to do.

These are great fitting pants without the bulk of quilted insulation. They are warm and offer the advantage of thickness during extremely cold temperature. I have skinny legs and the cold temperature can make my legs ache but with the Flex Rigby they fit great. They are better than the canvas cargo pant as they were cut too full for me. This is the better pant for the skinny legged man.

These pants are amazing. They kept me warm on a 20 degree windy day outside without the need for a base layer. The flexibility they have is great they aren’t stiff at all.

I ended up returning the pants due to a manufacturing defect that appeared to be a ½” cut in the material below the right rear pocket sewn up.<br /><br />The sizing was quite a bit smaller than my usual unlined Carhartt pants. I usually take a 34x30 but feel a 36x30 would be a better choice.

I love Carhartt but always frustrated with online sizing. I ordered two pair of pants the same size...one is slightly snug and one is oversized and had to be returned.<br />These pants are the slightly snug ones, but otherwise very comfortable and work well. They appear to be durable. I'll be wearing them often in cooler months.

Comfortable, keep you warm in colder climates, only problem is they wrinkle real bad directly from the dryer. Not sure if it is from the liner being on the pants.

Ordered 2 pair for my husband because he loved these pants so much. Unfortunately the lengths on each pair were different with one needing to be hemmed, they were so long! Not a fan of sewing so this did not make me happy!!

This line of pants are the best I have ever tried on from the seamless feel of the kint feature to the not too baggy reveal and the low profile side pocket is a nice feature as well as a very slight stretchability and softness of the fabric.

I’ve had an older version of these pants for about 20 years, worn weekly to daily. They’ve just started to wear through on the right front thigh. Ordering another pair now. Should be good to go for another 20!

Like this pants

I have another pair of lined Carhartt pants, but they were discontinued (they had a softer exterior) so I decided to try these out. Similar to all my Carhartts, i have to bump up a waist size from other manufactures, but they are comfortable, and feel like they will hold up well. The only complaint is it seems like the flannel on my older pair is thicker and warmer than these new ones. Overall, still a great product.

Made well, material for lining not well thought out. The lining is thin, not very warm, and tends to ride up. Not something I’d expect. These sit fairly high above my waist, also not what I was expecting either. The waist size seems correct, but the length is pretty long, if you’re a 34, get a 32 length instead.

I had a pair of lined pants for 6 years that needed to be retired. These pants will be my new favorite! Warm for the cold windy days but also breathable enough to be comfortable in the low 60s* the color is great!

My first pair of Carhartt pants and am very happy with it overall. I like how well its constructed. Having worn other brand duck/canvas workwear pants, as well as heavyweight raw selvage denim, I was expecting this to be a similar tough, rough material, but was pleasantly surprised to find how much softer and comfortable it was both on the outside and the inner liner, super warm and super comfortable, almost like wearing my sweat pants around the house. I would have preferred this to be slightly slimmer cut, but I understand why it is this way. Also, this looser fit makes the pants more comfortable for all-day wear. I bought a khaki pair, and within weeks of getting it, have ordered another pair in grey. Looks like I'll be wearing these two pairs as my go-to pants throughout this winter. Also the fit is spot on, same size as my other big brand pants - Gap, J-Crew, etc.

Ordered 36x30, received pants with a 38 waist! Exchanged them and ended up with the same thing. Since when does a 34" waist measure out at 36"??!!! But, the fit in legs and crotch were more of what I 34" waist pant is supposed to be like. I have several pairs in the un-lined version version, and they are fine. I have noticed over the years that Carhartt quality control has gone way downhill. Sizing is just terrible. You can't trust ordering online any more. I almost wonder if everything bought online are seconds, or irregular. I won't be buying any more Carhartt clothes online. And, if they keep discontinuing all their good styles, I might just not be buying them any more, at all.

Very comfortable fit on the waist was perfect, but I would recommend when ordering. Order a size smaller on the inseem . I wear a 32x34 wrangler jean and end up getting a 32x32 in these rigby lined pants which fits perfect. The exchange and credit back to my account was smooth and appreciative .

The pants are great, as always. But the downside was waiting nearly two weeks for them to arrive. Carhartt does not get in a hurry to get them shipped. If you need them soon just go to a store.

we ordered a 34:30 but when the pants arrived, the waist was fine but the inseam was more like a 32 or 33 had to return but will order again.

I bought two pair of these pants, nice and comfortable pants. These are making me look forward to winter.<br /><br />The only problem is the inseam length. I ordered 30", the pants had tags that said 30", but one was 33" and the other was 31.5". I emailed customer support and they replied with please call customer service. I called customer service and their response was the inseam could vary 2". That was it, a bit of a let down.<br /><br />So I had to get them hemmed to the correct length. Now they fit great, but I shouldn't have had to resolve this myself.

Comically oversized

They are way to big. I'm mailing them back today and will probably buy them in a store because they are replacements to a much loved pair.<br />I don't quite understand why the exact same size on the exact same style don't fit a year later but...

Nice! Good fit

I will be buying more of these in the future. They fit great and take off the early morning chill. When it warms up in the afternoon, you don't even realize they are insulated.

Really Like them, super comfortable! Only thing is the length seemed overly long compared to other jeans in the same size. Easy hem if need be.

These are perfect for those cool wet day. Wish I would have gotten them sooner.

I love these pants. Fabric is flexible, lining is soft and warm. I wear them inside the hardware store I work in in the winter. They are great, not too warm for inside and good for outside until it gets below 35 or so, then I need something a little warmer. Wish they had a few more pockets! Otherwise great pants!

We work up in the Northeast at a yacht club so we decided to try these out and they have been the best investment for having to work outdoors in the winter. Really keep you warm!

Isn’t carhartt suppose to have the most durable workwear on the market? Not with these pants . The outer Duck layer has ripped through revealing the duck layer is thinner than any pair of jeans I’ve ever seen. Definitely not what I’d expect. I have owned these pants for just over a month and washed them once. Looks like Carhartt has started sacrificing the quality of their products to make a few more dollars off an established brand name.

Sewing is wrong. I bought this pants and is badly done. It is crooked. Like you can see in the picture. The company is good but not this time with this pants.

Nice pants, warm on these cold northeast days. Wish they were longer waisted. Kinda feel like hip huggers.

I like them. Only reason i gave 4's (and not 5s) is i haven't owned/worn very long.

Very warm. They wash and wear very well. The material is sturdy and yet they're very comfortable! After my initial purchase, bought 5 more pairs..Highly recommend!!

Pants run huge

I've only worn them for about a week now, but they seem well-made and comfortable. I wish they made this style with a flannel lining rather than the knit polyester, but they are still warm and comfortable. The front left belt loop seems to be sewn incorrectly because the opening is really small. I can't figure out why this would be intentional, so I'm assuming it's a defect (hopefully only on mine). The relaxed fit seems true to size and isn't too baggy, which is good. All in all, I'm very pleased. I'm hoping they last me a while!

I love them. I wore them to a hockey and stayed nice and comfortable. I will be buying more...

Needed a little something warmer than the non lined rigby for work and these did the trick. Like most carhart pants the waist size is a little inconsistent, these running slightly tighter in the waist than my pair of non lined rigby flex pants. I also would have preferred something a little less baggy and more slim fitting but these are minor complaints. Also would love to see a double knee lined rigby flex pant!

Super comfortable, and keeps you nice and toasty. I had to work in the middle of a field with just an EZ Up in 15° weather and my legs were definitely not cold.

My husband works outside and swears by these pants during the winter months. They are very warm, comfortable and water doesn't get inside. He won't wear anything else.

They are to long

These pants are on the thinner side, but still very warm with the fleece lining. They are soft to the touch both inside and outside, and look great on!

Keeps you warm and the fabric is durable.

Pants are super comfortable, lots of stretch in them. Nice and warm for the winters. I bought these as casual pants, to walk the dog, hit the grocery store, things like that. The back pocket where my wallet sits, wore a hole through the fabric in about 2 months. That's my only complaint.<br /><br />If they doubled up the fabric on the back pockets, I'd buy again.

My husband loves these jeans. They fit well, wash and dry beautifully.He really appreciates the lining during the winter.

Per usual sizing seems to follow yet another standard. Enjoy the pants and other from carhartt, yet even within same pant model, the sizing seems completely random.

Loved the pants. Exactly like the description I read online. They are warm and can handle the relatively short amounts of cold I experience when walking between sites. I would like to see more variety of colors.

This style pants are the only one my done wears. He’s tough on pants and they hold very well. Just keep in mind you might want to order a size up to compensate for the lining which is warm and cozy

I like the quality of these pants or at least I thought I did. I've worn these only a few times over the past few weeks and the right side by the cell phone pocket the material started falling apart. I thought the pants would hold up better than they have.

Warmer than regular jeans but not as warm as all that. I have poor circulation and I thought these would help in keeping me warm. I suppose if you are active all day they do, but I have little physical activity and don’t feel much different wearing them than other jeans. The quality of workmanship can’t be beat though. Ultra soft texture too.

These pants were just what I needed. Light weight but warm, even when the wind is blowing. They look and fit nicely. I would definitely recommend them.

Nice pair of pants, it’s what I expected.

I work in the landscape industry so I'm constantly meeting clients (need for good looking pants), walking lawns year long (need for warmth), and in-and-out of the car and office (need for comfort) so these pants work great. They give me the professional look I need, they are not too warm on the days when I'm quoting work in the office but perfect for longer times outside looking at jobs. My only complaint is the stain/water resistance. I wish they were more water repellent. Or water repellent at all. Rain or shine I'm outside working and these pants provide no protection from the elements.

I purchased these for my son who works on pipeline. He loves them for cold weather and plans on getting a couple more pairs.

I was disappointed in the "Rugged" part of these jeans. I was interested in replacing a heavier Carhartt fleeced lined blue jeans that now I wished that I had purchased more than one a few years ago.Both the outer and the inner fleece material of the new jeans wasn't up to what I was currently wearing, so I returned the order.The experience taught me to start looking in brick and mortar stores for what I want.

I purchased these pants for my husband for Christmas. He is a Vermont Farmer, outside most of the day. These pants are warm and durable so far. We have always purchased the jeans, and surprisingly the flannel lining lasts longer than the jean material. These are also stylish for him to wear when he delivers our beef the customers. He does wear long johns under them, and I don't put his pants in the dryer. They are true to size.

Perfect flex, durable does not ride up when bending down. The fleece line is a dream during the winter. I love these pants

I moved to Pittsburgh, Pa from Alabama and was nervous about the cold weather up here. These pants are better than I had anticipated! I have to still wear thermals underneath of coarse, but the added thermal lining in these pants make a tremendous difference. I've bought two pair and will be buying my third very soon.

I thought they might fit a little tight because they are lined, but to my surprise they were PERFECT! Feel great, relaxed fit, flexible, very wind resistant and almost windproof, but still breathable.

The pants are rugged, and warm, which is good. The issue is the style. They have that higher-waist and snug-crouch kinda fit which looks dorky. Kinda like dad jeans. I. Why not make a little lower on the waist and lower the crouch and the back pockets - more fashionable

I have to say all the lined pants need to be purchased two extra inches in length and an inch around the waste due to shrinking reasons. I bought six pairs this year, I have to say every color way did the same thing.

Lined pants are the best, my friends. It's like getting hugged by a blanket all day. A must have for winter. Nice that they are a little stretchy, makes them a lot more comfortable.

These pant are light, warm and sit at the hip. In addition, there is phone pocket that you can use with a coat on. I have bought 2 lined pairs (they only have 2) and a regular pair...its winter. My only complaint is the lack of color selection in the lined. Add a green, blue or peat. Easy to ware pants...comfortable.

After years of ripping crotchs finally found a pair worthy to my daily abuse. Like all carhartt wear I expect i will have these enough years that i forget when I bought them.

They really are warm-a little big in the crotch area, though.

Title says it all, they're warm but can still be worn inside without getting too hot. They seem to be wearing great as well. Im skinny and these fit great, not too much bagginess like some others. Great overall choice here in Ohio from Sept-May. Already have 4 pairs. just wish they would come out with some more color choices
