I’ve been wareing carhartt pants for over 15 years and sadly this will be the last time I buy them. First off- Waist size all over the board. I ware a 34 in Levi’s and have for YEARS, carhartt 36 waist is tight. ALL of their work paints run big and baggy. Nothing fits right anymore. They need to have a tapered leg and seat in the paints. I bought 2 pairs in hopes the legs would shrink down some to get the baggy pant leg out but nope. Out $115 and can’t return.

Really like these pants I have 4 different colors(gravel, navy, dark khaki and peat) they all fit perfectly except the navy. I ordered 34x30 for all but the navy pair fit like a 36x32 and will fall off without a belt, and are to long. It would be 5 stars if there wasn't inconsistencies in sizing
I've been wearing the "washed duck dungarees" for decades, but since Carhartt doesn't seem to sell them anymore, I switched to these. The canvas material's a little thinner so they're not as warm as the other pants, but they do everything else that I want pants to do. :)

I actually like these pants but there is no consistency in sizing which makes it difficult to feel safe ordering any Carhartt products, this is not the first of their products that I have noticed this same issue. Ordered three pairs of these pants, each in a different color but all the same size. The dark khaki and peat are made in Nicaragua and are snug, almost too much so, almost making me want to size up on them. However the stone, which are made in Bangladesh, I have to wear a belt with or will fall off and I feel that I need to size down with them.

I bought more of these pants online after trying on and buying the first couple pairs at a local store. Nice quality, comfortable to wear, and good looking, too. In my opinion, they are a good value when priced against other work pants on the market. A decent selection of colors to choose from is also very nice.
Best pants for climbing I’ve found. They handle bushwhacking approaches with no issues. Abrasive knee bars are no issue, and I broke into the 5.12s in these!!! <br /><br />I’ve been very happy with the range of motion they provide, and the breath ability is pretty impressive for how substantial the fabric is.

I like these, they're about the closest thing to jeans while still being "pants," all cotton. Phone pocket is cool and very functional. Appear to be well constructed. Sort of heavy duty while still being dressy enough to keep me within my employer's dress code.
IF YOU HAVE BIGGER/ ATHLETIC THIGHS AND SEAT then these pants will be tight throughout the crotch/thighs. If they had a version of these pants in a looser fit they would be perfect, and they’re a stretch fabric so they’re not intolerable as they are, but I’ll be searching for a different type moving forward. I wouldn’t return but I’m not going to buy again. Overall the quality and fabric feels good just another pair of pants that are way too tight through the seat/thighs.

I use these for everyday pants. My work is in a lab and an office context, so it's not particularly hard on pants, though I stand a lot.<br /><br />My prior pants (Dickies poly/cotton mix) pilled and wore through in the upper thigh / crotch area within about two, two-and-a-half years. I bought these Carharrts as replacements hoping their cotton fabric would hold up better. I wear each pair about once a week, plus or minus, though got more use out of the first test pair.<br /><br />After about two months for the oldest pair I'm noticing some slight roughness / fraying around that upper thigh / crotch area. So far the newer pairs seem fine. We'll see how long they last. At the very least cotton is supposed to pill less than poly/cotton.<br /><br />Other than that I'd prefer maybe another inch in the waist length (not circumference) so they would sit just a bit higher on my waist. But even so they fit at a nice height, and the circumference fits *around* my waist just fine, not too tight, not too loose.

Ordered these pants in black and an olive green color and they weren't comparable is size. The legs on the black pair were so wide I could nearly fit both my legs in one of the leg and the green fine well (alittle wide in the legs, but bad). The waste was accurate, the black was alittle snug, while the green were comfortable, the length for both were pretty close.

I have purchased many pairs of Carhart pants but never paid much attention to the actual style numbers. Had one pair that just had a better fit than all the others. Once I started paying attention to the style number, it was # 102291. Only one extra pocket on the right leg for phone or what ever, the pants legs seem straighter at a 9" width at the bottom. Only wish they would make a 31" inseem. R. Preston

I like the extra pocket for my phone, but sizing is off. I provided my waist and inseam measurements but they are too long and not wide enough.
Terrible quality control. I bought 3 pairs of these each in a different color. #1 all of them are 2 sizes too small from my normal size so don't believe the tag size #2 all of the pants had different waist sizes got a size 34 which are more like a size 30 and all of the waists measure different. Do Not Buy!

These are my new go-to travel and work pants. I especially love the double zipper on the wallet pocket. Recently traveled to Mexico City, and during a tour of the downtown historic district, I had someone try to slip my wallet. Opps no luck sucker, the hidden zipper "locked" them out.
We purchased several pairs of these work pants a year ago thinking that they would last a long time, as the brand previously had done, but there are now rips in every single pair just from normal every day walking around. Very disappointed the company has outsourced and the fabric is significantly thinner than they used to be. Plan for maybe 6-8 months of average wear.
Another reviewer pointed this out, but the fabric these pants are made of changed drastically. It's much thinner, more clingy, and much less comfortable. Worn them for years, very disappointing when a company does this.

These pants are the only pants I wear. They can be casual and dressy, and I like the side pocket which is perfect for my cell phone.
Very light, comfortable and flexible unlike wearing a pair of Levis all day. I bought 3 pairs and just ordered 2 more. Regarding length, I bought 34 (as 33 was not offered - the perfect length for me is 33) which seemed more like 35 so I ordered 32 and they feel like 33 so all is good.
Would recommend as one of my favorite pair of pants. Fit in the smaller waist shorter leg sizes is pretty spot on, can't speak on the larger sizes. Material is tough and stiff canvas, nobody makes things like they did long ago but the quality of these is still alright.
I was wanting some comfortable durable work pants. I decided to get these Carhartt pants. I liked the rigged flex for the flexibility and comfortable movement. They are that and more. I wanted the relaxed fit for comfort. After putting these pants on they felt really good - soft easy to wear and just the features I wanted. I like the pockets.<br />Now I don't want to wear them as work pants. I might use some old jeans as work pants and wear these for everyday use. I'm happy with my purchase.

I was trying to purchase a pair identical to one which I have had for several years. Even though the trousers have the same identifying numbers, the fabric of the new one feels thinner than that of my original Carhartt trousers.

I purchased four pair of pants and 3 were perfect. One pair ,although marked relaxed fit, was cut much more tightly than the other 3 pair. Since this pair is not as comfortable for work, they will most likely be donated to Good-Will.

Definitely some of the most comfortable and functional work pants I’ve had, it’s a shame I spilled a little bleach on the bottoms already but that doesn’t affect how they function, in fact if I spill a little more bleach on them and they might look expensive ha ha. I plan on buying many more pairs in the future if I come to need more work pants.

There is an oil stain or some kind of discoloration on the one leg. Not sure if the were returned but the back of the leg an whole bottom is darker than the rest of the pants

My husband works in an office, but these pants are fantastic for him because they are very durable and long-lasting, and they also look really nice. They are casual and comfy. They remind me a bit to the old 'Steve McQueen' pants from the 60s. We've been back several times now to order additional colors.

The fit runs small. I always get 33wx33l and never have issues. These are tight and I feel the more I wash the worse they will get. I do like all the pockets and that they are easily accessible even fitting tight. Definitely more comfortable then jeans, lighter and cooler. Not sure on durability as I’ve only worn them a couple times. Wish they were offered in an FR Version so I could wear them to work.

New favorite brand for pants. It's hard to find well fitting pants for an athletic build (smaller waist with larger legs). These rugged flex do the trick. I've tried Fran denim and these fit better than those.

Pants are not the same as I have purchased before! Ordered 30" length and they are tagged as 30" length but are actually only 28" in length. <br />In addition, the relaxed fit is no longer relaxed fit and much tighter, no, i didn't gain weight i actually lost 10 lbs and these are tighter. Carhart has always been quality and you always got what you purchased. Or are you now MFG in China

The 8 oz. material was too light and "relaxed fit" is so loose as to be almost baggy. It looked good on the website, but once I was able to see the actual item, I did not like what I saw. I think I will continue searching the catalog to try to find another item that I might like more. I like heavier material (10 oz or 12 oz) and a little closer fit. I think the closer fit is called "classic" fit. The 30 inch inseam was good, but the other things I disliked were the reasons for the three star rating.
They’ve changed quality since I bought my first pairs over a year ago. Now they don’t fit as well and seem like a cheaper material
I like how they fit cause they are not like the mens jeans these days that are tight. But that’s a hole other story.
I bought the same style and model number as previous versions that I own. This time I ordered three. The opening around the boot is much wider as are the rest of the legs. I liked the snug/loose fit that the others had. These are more baggy. As much as I love my Carharrt, I wish there was more consistency.

These pants met all of my need, almost: comfortable fit, excellent build quality, attractive enough to wear at dinner. The only issue, surprisingly, is the 32” inseam seems shorter, e.g., more like 31.5”. This is odd for a company like Carhartt. Maybe this is a fluke. All that said, I’m pleased with these pants and will not return them. Highly recommended.
These are my favorite pants because they are fairly tough (I do yardwork and work on my car and them), a little stretchy, and I love the phone pocket on the right leg. They are kind of my everything pants. I bought in my usual size and it fits perfectly.
You never know what you are going to get from Carhartt now-a-days. Ordered two pairs which I had to go up in size, because carhartts shrink bad. One pair is fine, the other pair not good. One leg is made of stretch material the other not and the same leg is about 1” or more less material than the non stretch side.

These are GREAT work pants!! Very comfortable; a lot or room to move, yet not so baggy that they fall off or give you plumber’s butt! <br />The only request I have (like everything I buy) is that you made a version with tool pockets on the “left leg” for those of us whom are left handed.

My son has several pair of these pants for work. They are comfortable and sturdy! They look good for work or casual.
I like these pants! However, the sizing inconsistencies are a cruel joke on us (same problem with the shirts). If seems different colors are manufactured in different countries!<br />If it came from Guatemala it will fit as expected. If it comes from Bangladesh, Malaysia or the Philippines it will not fit. They should all be using the same pattern! Are there any professional quality control or logistics people at Carhartt? Do Carhartt executives care to read these comments on this website and others (like Amazon) that complain about the sizing? People like the product, why can't the sizing be fixed? Incompetent management is the only answer. Sorry, calling the customer service number will not solve this problem.

I've been buying Carnartt pants for about 10 years now which speaks to their quality but i must say their quality control of their sizing is not good at all. I'd say 40-50% of the time the sizing of the pants, eventhough the same model and size i've had before, is different in some way. Sometimes they fit good, other times too loose or too tight, and some times not even close. I've never had a problem returning items that didnt fit but the percentage of clothes from Carhartt that do not fit properly exceeds other clothing manufacturers.

As a 52 year old mom, I do not wear these pants. However, my 16 year old son likes them. Great quality. Pocket big enough for a cell phone. He wore them for his high school semi formal and while I did not agree with the ball cap, boots and untucked shirt, he believes semi formal to mean “parts of me are formal and parts are not”. ??????? Anyway, the pants are great. Buy them.

My husband said they’re the most comfortable work pant he’s ever owned. The material is soft to the touch but thick and durable. The material isn’t stiff and rigid, very easy to move and bend in. Pocket placement is ideal.
The pants are not true to size e.g. the waist band is not 35 inch it is way smaller. The workmanship is substandard. The seams are frayed in some areas. The stitching in front on the right site next to the fly is curved instead of straight. I have size 34 in a different brand and it fits. I bought size 35 Carhartt so that I can wear long-johns under the pants. This is not possible. We have a only Carhartt pants in the family. They are rugged and well made. They were made in the USA. Mine were made in NICARAGUA. NOT GOOD! This was not disclosed. I would have bought a size 35 made in the USA. Disappointed. I will keep them for the summer. Lesson learned. Pants shrank during cold wash.
Washed it one time and the button popped off the pants, making em unwearable. I thought I could get a refund but I was 1 say outside of my warantee (figures)
Rather than jeans, Tried Carhartt canvas work pants. Much better fit and more comfortable to wear than my previous jeans. Have since bought an additional pair.
I was unhappy with this purchase. I bought a pair in black and one in blue - both 36x32 - same size as a pair I bought a little over a year ago. These were made from a lighter weight fabric and were approx. 2" shorter than the earlier pair. In addition, the black is not really black, it's more like a faded black or a slate color

Immediately comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with some I purchased several months ago and bought more. I like the double fabric on the lower portion of the back pockets to sturdy up that wear area. The tech pocket fits my phone and is in the perfect spot to avoid banging my leg with every step or get in the way when I sit down.
These replaced a two week old pair of Levi's that split in a weird place. These are so much better. Glad to support an American manufacturer that cares about its workers.
As I said when I returned them, I Loved the material. It felt comfy and sturdy. But the cut of the jeans just didn't suit me. They appeared flared when on me. I was going by your "Relaxed Fit" phrase when I selected them. Your B324DFE "Relaxed Fit" Twill are great. I have 3 pairs currently.

great pants. bought 4 pair to replace the 4 pair i have been wearing for 10 years or so. (still wearable just stained and a few small holes here and there). fit good and very flexible.
I tried these in the store and loved the fit and feel, but had to buy the right (inseam) size online. When I got the pants delivered they were much, much stiffer than the store version. <br /><br />I soaked them fabric softener and washed them. After doing this twice (my typical routine for new jeans) they had shrunk so much they became a very uncomfortable fit. <br /><br />I've literally never once worn these out of the house and will be taking them to goodwill. <br /><br />Sad because it was sincerely a great fit in the store.

I bought one pair Model 102291 locally. Loved them. Snug, heavyweight canvas fabric. Bought another online through Carthatt’s website. Loved them as well. Got two more for Christmas. All are Model 102291. The Christmas pair are like completely different pants. Much looser in seat and thighs. Much lighter fabric weight. Not happy. $90 shot! No help from Carhartt Chat session.
Ordered many carhartt pants and these are the shortest ones, I'll have to give them away or return them because I actually won't wear it. Size 32x32 and they show my ankles unlike the other 32x32's. I'd recommend buying a longer inseam that way you can hem them.

For waist sizes 31-30, I miss having three belt loops in back. Having just one gives a looser fit than I had with 32-35 waist sizes, and doesn't support my IWB carry gun as well. I'm happy to have lost weight and inches but sad I'll have to be losing the Carhartts as well. I can't recommend these pants in waist sizes 30-31.

The Rugged Flex Canvas Work pants fit well especially in the legs. I received a better price from Carhartt than Amazon. And I appreciate Carhartt keeping me informed of delivery delays.

Diehard Carhartt customer. However...the last two pairs of this style of pant that I ordered were waaaaay short. I always buy 34x30 in this style locally (Dungarees)...bought these online due solely to availability...they're just plain too short.

These pants are awesome. Very comfortable but can take a beating. Excellent temperature regulation. I usually wear Kuhl pants because of the cell phone pocket and comfort. These pants are half the price, have a perfect cell phone pocket, and have the best temperature regulation of any pant that I have ever worn. Great job Carhart!

My husband LOVES these pants! He wears them everyday to work. He usually doesn’t take them off even once he gets home. They are very comfortable, and the gray color is his favorite. For size reference, he’s about 5’11” and 185 lbs and I got him size 34x34. The only odd thing is I purchased multiple pairs at different times, and he said there’s a difference in the feel of the pants depending on where they were made. He likes them both regardless, but still enough of a difference that he has a favorite.

I like the garment except for two minor issues: <br />1. Unlike previous Carhartt trousers I have owned this one shrank slightly in the wash. Next time I will have to order one inch longer in the length.<br />2. The side pocket fits my iPhone 12 perfectly; however, the phone has repeatedly fallen out while I have been sitting down. This has never happened on other Carhartt pants I owned. I don’t know if the material is “slippery”, or if it’s the shape of the pocket, but it’s something I have to guard against now.

I really like the material and construction of these pants and was looking forward to replace work jeans with these.<br /><br />However, I am a pretty stocky guy and these relaxed fit were HUGE!!<br /><br />Looked like a tent from the waist down. <br /><br />I would reorder them if I can get a regular fit without the balloon legs.

I bought 4 pairs of these and they only lasted 6 months and the crotch area began to tear and split and not in the stitching just the fabric itself. Love the fit and feel but very disappointed in the quality and longevity of the product.

I like the trim cut, I never understood all the extra fabric for a work pant, could be dangerous. This fabric shrinks much more than before, which is good for me, now I don't need to hem. I really like the cotton fabric and the dark brown color.<br /><br />I like not having to cut off the hammer loop.<br /><br />I never have liked the reinforced back pockets, the seam is always in the way when you're trying to put in a handkerchief or a phone. Is this really an issue?<br /><br />The side/leg pocket. Now it is too big and too deep. Old size is better, glasses, pens and other items stay handy. Now they settle to the bottom, which hits the back of the knee. Was it designed for a phone? Who wants their phone way down there? Plus the hem of the pocket is unfinished. Plus, I like the side pockets on both sides, not just one.<br /><br />You have eliminated two of the back belt loops which are needed. Never have seen that. Cost cutting? I'd suggest un-reinforce the back pockets instead.

I ordered these pants as a replacement for my favorite Carhartt jeans (now discontinued), the 100096 weathered duck five pocket relaxed fit pant. While these pants are quite nice and I like the rugged flex fit, they are not "rugged" in feel and wear much more like a chino than the weathered duck cotton of the 100096. Illustrated another way, an unscientific test involving my kitchen scale shows that the brand new rugged flex weigh in at around three oz less than a pair of the 100096 that I have been wearing heavily and washing regularly for many years.

My husband loves them! Very comfortable! The only thing is they shrink in length when drying even in low heat, so you should make sure you take that into account when purchasing.

These pants are great for everyday wear casual fishing and working. Being retired I love the comfort of these pants to do just about anything love the phone pocket.
When I put the pants on they are a little tight. However, they look like high waters. Then they slip down almost slipping off. The length is good but I don’t want to feel like they’re going to fall off.<br />These are 46/30, there is no way I could get into them into a 44.

Last canvas pants I bought from another company looked cheap. These look much nicer, maybe they are a finer weave of canvas. You can wear them out at night as dress pants as an alternative to jeans. I'm 6'2 175 lb slim build. Ordered 32x34 and they fit perfect. That is the size I wear in jeans. By tape measure my waist is more like 34 or 35. They are a little wrinkled when pulled from the dryer, but can be smoothed by hand quickly. My phone fits in the side thigh pocket easily, the pocket is about 4 1/4 inches wide, very deep. Key fob pocket is also very deep. The fabric does scuff around the knees if you use them working outside. I like the gray color. Might buy another color.

I really love Carhartt gear but don’t understand how all the pants fit differently. I had to return these. I have 4 different pair and have different sizes in a couple of them to fit the same. These ended up being to short even though I have the same size pants in the same style. They were an inch shorter pre washed than the already washed pairs I have.

Over all not bad fit well have room where you need it and are a pleasure to work in. You will however miss the left leg pocket and the hammer loop the pants also are not a strong feeling pant.

I love the ruggedness of these pants. The tradeoff is that they are VERY wrinkled after washing and drying. I feel weird ironing these work pants, but I would embarrassed to wear them if I didn't. They also shrilunk quite a bit, so hopefully I don't gain any weight...

I’m very happy with these pants, the material is extremely durable they don’t hinder movement in any way. <br /><br />My only complaint is that sizing doesn’t seem to be quite consistent. I ordered these is black, grey, and tan but they all seem to fit differently. The blacks ones are significantly looser than the others and get lots of lint stuck to them. I also found the tan ones to be shorter than the others. The grey are by far my favorite!<br /><br />I would definitely recommend, just a bit disappointed that the sizing wasn’t consistent.

Good pants for my work environment. I used to wear cargo pants but my wife hated them and said I looked like I was from the 1990s. I am not giving them 5 stars because the cell phone pocket (one of the reasons I bought these pants) is in a slightly odd place. When you sit down in an office chair, the location of the phone is a bit awkward. Also the waste runs a little tight. I am a true 32 inch waste and these are a bit tight for me. My other pants are not like that.

These pants are made of thinner material (which I don't mind), but the style leaves a more loose / baggy impression on the back upper leg. <br />I've found out that the style 102802 Rugged Flex Relaxed Fit Double-Front Utility Work Pant is more snug on the let portion, but still allows total leg movement.
Ordered 38 and though it says it’s 38 it fits like a 34. I have other pants that are 36 and still fit looser Than this

I've ordered several pair of these pants, Everytime they fit differently and the materials are different. They come from different factories across the world and the consistency between pairs of pants was very bad.
Sizing is way off. Tight, tight, tight:( <br />My son wears 38:36 in wrangler and Levis. He would have needed a 42 to make these pants work. Style and quality seemed good. ONE BIG THING… Carhartt is a work pant. BIG AND TALL men are out here. You have got to start carrying 38, 40, 42, etc in a 36 or so length. So many men are big and tall, not big and short.

These are the same pants I had purchased previously, which I like a lot, however these new pair were made else where and the material seems to be different (not as heavy) and the size is a bit smaller.
Inconsistent fits depending on where they are made. The pairs made in Bangladesh shrink after a few washes and are now 3-4 inches shorter and 1-2 inches tighter on the waist. The pair made in Nicaragua stayed perfect . <br /><br />I’ve bought these (34x30) 4 times, first from Work World where I tried them on and they were perfect. So, I ordered another from Amazon, and twice directly from the Carhartt website. The pants from Work World and Amazon were made in Bangladesh. The first order from Carhartt were the only pair that were made in Nicaragua. They were so much better than the Bangladesh pairs from Amazon and Work World that I ordered another from Carhartt but they ended up being from Bangladesh.<br /><br />Check the tags before buying.
Bought these pants via mail order. They fit nice and fabric felt nice. Ordered one in black and one in white. The black pair attracts and shows every bit of lint and dust around. They even seem to hold laundry detergent from the wash leaving white stains. I have several other black slacks from other manufacturers and have never encountered these issues to this extent. Order these but not in black.

I like everything about these pants....the style (especially the cell phone pocket) the fit is great, the colors ( I only wish they had the blue in stock), and the resistance to normal wear. I will buy more when it's time. Speaking of buying, I'm not fond of buying my clothes on the internet, but so far Carhartt's customer service has been good.
As stated before, when you get a true to size pair, they are great. Make sure to try on before purchasing, because the waist and length vary immensely from pair to pair. I just got a pair of these 2 weeks ago at 36" waist, and they practically cut off the circulation to my legs they are so tight, fitting more like a 32 than a 36. Other pairs I have received fit as advertised.
Terribly inconsistent sizing. I have purchased over 20 pairs of Carhartt pants of the exact same size (36x32). Some fit great, some are too short and some are too long. I do my own laundry so that is not the issue. Also, the fabric seems different with each order. I like Carhartt pants but I wish the sizing issues would be corrected.

Would not call these "work pants" very good quality as normal pants though.
I have 4 pairs of this style so far. The fabric varies a lot with the color. The moss ones were fine. The blue ones got quite a bit of wrinkles and were larger than the moss. These gravel ones are worst, and look like crumpled paper after each wash.
Very rugged lightweight pants with a 28 inch inseam which is very difficult to find today. Measurements are accurate in sizing , Happy with purchase! Jerry

I have an office job in a factory. These pants don't look out of place in the meeting rooms or on the shop floor. I love that I can get a phone pocket without buying carpenter jeans (the hammer loops are a safety hazard) or cargo pants. I bought four colors and would buy more if the same style were available in denim.

These pants feel good and look good--even my wife says they look good, and she is usually stingy with the compliments. The material weight is heavy enough for most work applications but light enough for everyday casual wear or even in most office settings. I love the phone pocket on the right leg. These are my new favorite pants. I hope Carhartt has the good sense to leave a good thing alone.
I live in the HOT, steamy, southern climate. These pants are light and comfortable never clingy, much better than jeans, in summer.

Been a fan of the carpenter pants for years, but needed something along the same line without all the loops. The relax fit runs a bit large so now I know the correct size to order. Great for casual business attire.
Lightweight for a work pant
These pants have a nice look and while roomy, still have a slender appearance because the leg openings are a little bit smaller than the carpenter pants. Good quality for the price. I highly recommend getting a pair or two!
I have used carhatt jeans since I started working in the electrical field (1993) but since recently moving to Florida I have been using the lighter dungarees ( too hot and humid for jeans here in sunny Florida) at least in the summer months and I totally love the way they fit and feel ! The dungarees are lighter and breathe better than the jeans and are durable. I would and will recommend them to anyone in the field.

I can appreciate that Carhartt apparel isn't supposed to be a fashion statement. The products are known for functionality and durability. With that said, they do need to look normal. The pants I received look like bellbottoms. The waist is nowhere close to the size I ordered and the pant legs look ridiculous (for context, I'm a relatively normal size - 6'2 and 180lb). If I wasn't under a time crunch, I would have returned them and replaced them with another brand.

Great pants. Comfortable, durable, good cut/design. Only complaint is that they do not come in a 31/38, but a belt and some taller footwear (work boots) will make a 32/26 work instead. <br /><br />I am 6’6” and built pretty slim. I cannot find many pants in my size, but these come close.

I purchased two pair of the exact same product description and item number in November 2018. They are made from a mid-weight Duck fabric. The ones I just purchased are made from a ''canvas' material. Even though both are labeled "Relaxed Fix", the new ones are much tighter in seat and thigh (I still have old pair to compare with), and fabric is not near as comfortable. Note: Old pair are made in Nicaragua; new ones are made in Bangladesh.
The pants are great. Only had 2 pair in store so had to order third pair and took over 2 weeks to finally receive them. Guess only complaint is the shipping if you need to order something.

I purchased a pair of these at a local Dunham’s Sports and they were one of my favorite Carhartts of all time. A 32x30 fit like a dream like most pants that I get in that size. I couldn’t find another pair locally so I ordered them off the website. Same style, same size but in Navy. They were a bit tight but I thought they would stretch a bit, I was wrong. The waist was a 30 and the inseam was 28 at best. This pair was from Bangladesh and poorly made compared to the ones from Nicaragua. I’m disappointed and have to send this pair to Good Will. Hopefully someone else can wear them.

I’ve been a Carhartt fan for decades. Having worn their double front pants for years I thought these would be lighter but fit the same. <br />They are well made but seem longer and the legs have much more material I.e. they are baggy. I’m keeping them, but will try the next pair on before washing them.

My son has a hard time buying any type of jean due to being 6'6" and weighing about 325 lbs. I was tired of patching his jeans and went on line and ordered 2 pair of Carhartts. They came, he tried them on and they both fit perfectly. Yay!! I am sure he will be ordering again.
These pants fit great I'm 6'4" 190 and have a hard time finding pants long enough to fit. I ordered the 36 length and there a great fit.
I'm hard to fit. Have 38" waist and 29" inseam. Not available off the shelf and not all makers of jean have size available. Problem of finding proper inseam measurement is even more difficult with latest trend of longer leg fit which creates excess pant length at ankle. Your dungarees are great. The rugged flex dungaree are my first Carhartt pants. These pants are very durable and the flex fabric is not overly aggressive. I’m not a fan of flex technology but, can handle the percentage with this style. I’ve bought other flex pants from Columbia and they shrank to skinny jeans. These have not shrunk but, are a little too baggy. The pants will stay overall wrinkle free if you immediately pull them out the dryer and onto a hanger. I would recommend and plan on purchasing more Carhartt pants.
The quality is not what it used to be when they were made in the United States. The fabric was a lot thicker and they used to have double knees
My son loves these pants. He is an electrician and needs some durable clothing to hold up to all he puts them through. These fit the bill!

really like these pants. They are a good weight, especially for warmer weather . The stretchy part is ideal for the sitting position, particularly in a car. The lower vertical pocket on the right leg is a good fit for my iPhone SE in its protective case. My wife’s iPhone 11 is too big. Detracts from a grade of 5. The other vertical pocket on the right is too deeply to be useful for me, but it’s not in the way. My phone will fit, but it’s hard to remove. Those are the reasons for a grade of 4. I like the material mad the fit. I like the pockets, how large they are and access to contents. Belt loops are good, in number and spacing. I bought 2 more pair after trying them. I would buy another if they had a darker brown than what is called khaki.its just a bit too light for me.<br /><br />Overall, I recommend these pants to anyone looking for general use clothing.
I have 4 pairs of these pant. 2 Peat colored fit as expected 1 gravel fit as expected. 1 part of dark khaki. It has taken me 4 times to get the fit. 3 pairs were so off in the waist I couldnt fasten. The 4th pair fits wonderfully. Ordered a 5th pair and they were too small again. Not sure whats up with the Khaki version but the waist line are a size smaller than marked.
Very comfortable and flexible pants. Also the pockets are actually a bit thicker and you can hold you tools and wallet and things. Even cell phone if you're into that sorta thing.

I always wanted to wear Carhartt growing up but couldn't afford. Within the last few years I was able to start buying for work and was elated. The batch I first bought has lasted about 3 years before I started wearing them out. The latest pair the seat has blown out, but it was the fabric, not the seam ripping. I give 4 stars instead of 5, because I notice that they inside seam is not triple stitched anymore. Why not? This used to be a selling point. I imagine it is to create more of a profit margin which is quite disappointing. I am hopeful but not expectant that these will last as long as the first pair I had. The fit and form is fine, but I wonder if the quality is declining as they continue to push the margin. I might be wrong, and maybe there is a reasonable explanation, but I don't see why you would get rid of this triple-stitch feature (and they really need it, especially in the interior seam for the kind of moving around I do), and it makes me wonder what other corners have been cut that I just haven't noticed.

These pants are great. Soft and comfortable on day one, lots of heavy duty belt loops, fabric that lasts longer than I did (weight creep) made me buy new ones before I wore out the old ones!!!!! And the pockets are incredible. The slanted pockets are made so that everything stays in my pocket when I’m sitting down yet is very easy to reach in a retrieve my super Max phone AND a bulky two-way radio, in the other front pocket. The pockets are deep and wide so my wallet is safely down probably 2 or 3 inches below the pocket lip. My billfold will not squirt out when I’m sitting on a board or a bucket eating lunch. There’s even a cellphone pocket on the right leg although I wish it had a flap with Velcro to keep it from falling out. More colors would be nice too. Grey, brick red perhaps or even tan to light tan. Buy these pants. They’re even perfect for guys who hammer nails because they even have a hammer loop but who pounds nails anymore. Not I !!!!!

I like the style. Ran a little small (Rugged Flex) So I returned them for a 34x34 size (from a 33x32). Customer service was very good in South Windsor CT.

The color is slightly lighter in real life, than the picture depicts. I was expecting a little more stretch in the fabric, but I’m thinking a couple of washes may help. I have larger thighs and constantly look for pants to fit the area, but maintain a clean look. If it wasn’t for the slight tightness in the crotch, they would be 5 stars.

No complaints here, well my only complaint is that it took me so long to try them out. strange that the styles of pants/color are not consistent across the board. The 3 pairs of five-pocket in Hickory were unbearably tight in the waist while the 2 pairs of these in the exact same size fit absolutely perfect. my only small gripe is I put my old HTC one M8 in leg pocket which fits it perfectly but only a small amount of walking and the phone was rubbing against my leg as I walked to the point of feeling like it was going to blister the skin. Ideally, I'd rather have a pocket in a different place than near my knee. I wouldn't mention it if it weren't really uncomfortable. Sitting down / driving having a phone in that pocket is perfect but If I had to walk any distance I would default to carrying a phone or anything of similar weight/size to back pocket. The fit/finish of these I absolutely love

The jeans themselves are OK but the telephone pocket is on the right side just beyond the center part of the leg. So it is more to the back than the frond and when you sit down you are setting on the phone. That plus they is nothing to hold the phone in and if you squat the phone will slip out.

I have enjoyed these dungarees over the years. They simply look good, feel good and are well constructed.
I got three pairs (khaki, peat, and grey, 30/28) and two fit great, but the grey fits rather snug. I don't know what that's all about but even so they fit comfortable in the seat and thigh and the 28" inseam is amazing. It's not very often you find pants below a 30" so that's great. They're comfortable and have plenty room for movement without looking overly baggy or bulky.

Incredibly comfortable pants. These pants converted a lifelong jeans-wearer. Also, the pocket depth is fantastic, even in the coin pocket.
I ordered the exact same size and model as a pair I had which fit perfectly. The new pair saw the waist too tight and the legs very baggy. They definitely didn't match what I had in size and appearance.
The cut of these dungarees has changed. They fit well in the waist, but we’re way too large in the legs. I sent them back.

I bought these for my son. He is a big guy. These pants fit great. He loves them. Liked them so much that I ordered another pair for him. He says that they are just right in the flex department. His only small complaint is that he wished they had another pocket on the side of the right leg.

They look great, they work great, they clean up nicely - They have a decent amount of flex, but they do fit small in the waist - I am 5'9 155lbs and 31*30 tight waist = 32 *30 too loose in waist
I bought these for my son for work. He loves the flex dungaree because they are comfortable for work, but can also be worn when he goes out. They hold up well after many washings. The sizing is spot on. He has several pairs that he has worn for many years, and they are still looking good.
I work in a Kellogg’s factory 12 hours a day/night dealing with chemicals, getting icing, sugar, flower, tons of stuff like that all over me. I’ve used the same pair of pants for about 2 months straight and before I started working there about 2 months prior I detailed cars in them too. The black/green looking pair. It says their green but they look black to me! But I am sold forever on these. These will be the only pants I buy here on out. Don’t matter if it’s work or play. I will wear these every day. You know you gotta good pair of pants if you enjoy wearing pants you wear to work on your days off. And they’re even better once you get them broken in!
I bought a pair of Carhatt work pants in a department store and noticed the waist size run small. I wear a 34in waist with all my pants. I decided to increase the waist size to 35in with this order. The fit was better, but the material runs big down the legs now. I relax fit is ok, but I won’t buy the loose fit again (35in waist). The leg area is just too big and baggy.
I bought three pair of these before the holiday and loved them out of the box. After a few washes the gravel pants still fit great, but my khaki pair shrank significantly. I would size up to be ready for this.

Hard to rate these by stars as I have mixed emotions. I ordered 2 pairs, same size just different colors. Turns out once received and tried on, one pair fit and one pair was too small. I could also tell a slight difference in the fabrics. So I investigated further to find that the two pairs of pants were produced in two different countries. I also ordered a different style in same size that I already own a pair of and sure enough they were too small also. And low and behold that pair of pants was made in yet a different country. So 3 pairs of pants, all same size, all fit differently, and all made in different countries. Very frustrating having to go through returns process when I shouldn't have to if there were any consistency. I do like the one pair that fit correctly!! Bottom line is it is a roll of the dice when ordering!
Excellent pants. I work as a truck driver and they are great. No problems climbing in and out of the truck. Vey good quality and flexible. Comfortable to wear all day long and keeps legs fairly warm on cold days.<br />Highly recommended.

The entire rugged flex like is junk. Being in metalworking trades, I'm hard on pants, but far cheaper items have for outlasted these (not saying much at 3 months). The fabric lacks abrasion resistance and will develop holes in short order. After that, they will spread with little effort. I've tried patching them, but even the holes made by a needle grow rapidly. Do not buy these if you plan to do much more than sit in the truck all day.
I've been ordering these pants for quite sometime now due to how comfortable they are and have a very good fit without being baggy like normal carpenter pants. They have a more tailored fit making them great for just about anything from going out to on the job. However they have a serious fatal flaw which is why I constantly have to keep buying new ones. The crotch and back sticking blow out within about a year of wearing. All other parts of the pants are perfectly fine and have held up except for the crotch area. Carhartt should redesign this part of the pants by installing a gusseted crotch with more stitching to prevent this further from happening. It would also be nice to see more color options available also because like I said these pants can just about do it all.

I bought two pair, have washed them now twice in cold water, hang dry and they still shrink. Pretty much a waste of money because they are all most too tight to wear. I wanted to try these because Carhartt is the best work apparel out there for work.

Comfortable fit and the cell phone pocket is really handy. I bought these for casual wear and travel. Classic fit and they sit at the natural waist. I'm about to add a couple more pairs to my wardrobe.

Checked the labels and the ones that are great were made in columbia and the the ones that did not fit so great were made in indonesia; will keep that in mind when buying them again.

I bought a pair of these and loved them. I went back to buy a second pair of a different color. The second pair was a different material, different cut, and different size. I checked to see if they were the same model and they were. I am not sure why they were changed but it was not an improvement.

I ordered a pair of these after finding a pair at an outdoors store nearby. They had my size in one color. After wearing them I looked for more and found more on Carhartt's site. These are some of the most comfortable pants I've ever worn and they're built tough. With plenty of belt loops and solid stitching I expect they'll last me awhile. The fabric is soft and just thick enough for year round' wear with slight stretch for moving around comfortably. Much better than the Levi's jeans that seem to get thinner, have less belt loops and poor quality build every year. I'll be buying more pants from Carhartt in the future.
I have had several pairs over the last year, all the same size but different colors and have had mixed results. Out of the package they fit great and are very comfortable but about half have shrunk so much I can hardly wear them or fit my phone in the pocket.

First time Carhartt for me. So far I love them. I'm high wasted so I need a little more room from the crotch to waist line and the rugged flex relaxed fit and wear great. I wore them seferal days just to be sure then washed them and did wore them a couple of more days just to be sure. So far they fit and function great. Looking forward to getting a couple more.

Pant sizes run small
I really like these pants, and this is my 3rd pair. I did take a long time to get them via ordering thru Carhartt, but it saved me a trip to a local store during COVID.
The only complaint is that my pocket knife wore a hole in the outside of the change pocket in about 6mos. These are nice, flexible, professional look. But, I need them to be more rugged.

I have always loved Carhartt clothing when it fits. I ordered online from Carhartt and it took longer than expected to receive my pants and their sizing is inconsistent. I ordered the same style as I’ve had before in the same size and they are 2 inches longer than my old pair. The same time I ordered this pair I ordered another pair different style same size as always and they fit great. I figured since it was a different material maybe I’d wash and dry and they’ll shrink some, no luck. I’m now stuck with a brand new pair of pants that I’ll need to go get altered if I want to wear them.
I was super excited about these pants, then super disappointed. I have a pair of double front Rigby pants that I've washed 5-6 times and still fit great and are very comfortable. I thought I'd try this pair hoping for the same fit and comfort. Purchasing the same size, they fit fine out of the box but once washed (per instructions) they shrunk significantly. Dropped about 1" in the waist and 2" in length, making them look ridiculous. I'm returning this and trying to decide if I replace them. I'm quite disappointed.

This pair of work pants are by far the most comfortable pair i have ever owned. The only thing that i wish it had was a hammer loop because i am use to one and am constantly wanting to put my hammer on the side of my leg. But overall a great buy!

I've bought 4 pairs of these, so I obviously like them. However, the first pair fit perfectly at 32" inseam. The next two were too short, though the same size. (I measured the inseam of one after one wash, and it was 30.5".) I finally bought a pair at 34" length. A bit too long, but better than being too short.

Been wearing these to work where I'm walking, climbing ladders, bending, lifting. They stay put, don't ride up or down, stretch and give as I move. Nice looking, durable fabric with a great smooth feel.
Bought 36 waist, 32 length, same as all of my other pants. After a few washings, the waist is still just right; however, the length shrunk over an inch. Look like water waders. Still look good with work boots but not with shoes. I may try the 34 length.

Very comfortable. I usually wear 40x32 double knee dickies. These are much better and not stiff. Fits is very good too. I’ve only worn them a couple times. And we will see how long they last.
I am generally tough on everything I owe. My clothes need to be very durable. I have had these pants about a month and so far they're awesome. Comfortable as all get out and yet have the durability that I require.
So happy to see a 28 inch inseam. Ordered 2 pairs, both with 28 inch inseams. One pair is a full inch longer than other pair. Why is that? Neither of them is exactly 28 inches. This shouldn't be so hard. One of the inseams has started to come undone. It has a triple row of seams, but the fabric was barely caught under the first row when sewn. In spite of all of this, I am still pretty happy, as Carhartt still beats the competition.

Great working pant! Let’s you move without feeling bound up. Like the flex and the Larger pockets. I have other flex rigby pants the phone pocket is bigger. My phone doesn’t fit in this pair? Need to offer pants in a 38” length!!

They were for my husband and he loves them. I wish you would make the Duck Insulated lined pants, just like the Bibs and Coveralls! I just saw that Berne now has them, but I would rather have Carhart. I will have to order 2 pairs from Berne until you do!!
Great fit and feel
I would've liked the pants better if they did'nt sit at the waist. I'd perfer the normal above waist fit. of my pants. Also it does not say that in description until you receive them it's on the tag. Also since they do stretch some . I'd like to see some stretch in the waist band. Waist is a little snug. Maybe due to them fitting at the waist.

Good pants. They shrink a little when dried, but stretch out ok when wearing awhile. Appropriate pants for an abundance of activities.<br />Recommended!
Four plus years ago I purchased my first Carhartt pair of jeans and they've become my favorite; so much that I purchased four more.<br />The fit holds up, love all the belt loops and the cell phone pocket where I store my glass case. My only wish is that I didn't try them sooner.

I normally wear a size 36 in every other brand of pants/shorts I own and wear. . Ordered a few sizes bigger (40) so I could carry an iwb holster with a belt. Size 40 I couldn’t even button.
They fit great and are very comfortable. I love the bit of flex in them so there is no binding or pinching when I move around. I happen to be wearing them now and plan to get some more when they are on sale!

Had a pair of these that I had and they have survived plenty of work on factory floors and outdoors and they haven't let me down yet. Bought two more in gray and khaki. Look professional while also being durable against metal shavings and scrapes against metal.

I love these pants. They are incredibly comfortable and hard wearing. I wear them all the time as my casual everyday pants instead of blue jeans.<br />I think the pockets on my latest pair are a bit deeper than the pair I have been wearing for the last three years which makes them even better.

Overall great pants for work. Does run small. I had to return two pair but found a store near me who sold them and I found the size I needed. Great quality will buy again. I wear size 36 in the waist on normal pants had to up it to 36 their size. Perfect fit.

The fit with the flex is very nice and comfortable. So far they’ve been holding up very well and the pockets are nice and deep so the wallet stays where it’s supposed to.<br />The cell phone pocket size is excellent and provides sufficient space for the phone, a marker, pen and clip-on knife.<br />I like the pants and highly recommend them.

Never thought I'd be motivated enough to write about pants. These are great pants; look good and fit just right. True to size and very comfortable.<br />I wear these to the office or when working in the yard. Good all around pant.<br />Highly recommend.
Crotch is 2” too low, but my tailor will adjust. Otherwise, these are a very handsome, well fitting pant with just the right weight for hot weather.
The flex technology greatly increases the comfort of the pant and the cell phone pocket is well designed. Only complaint is they shrunk a little in the wash/dryer but I suppose that is too be expected with cotton.

I bought 3 pair from Bass Pro store in Duluth, and liked them very much. So much that I went back online and ordered 2 more pair. They arrived and are nice enough but material and cut isn't the same from what I picked up at store. Went online and bought 2 more pair direct from Carhartt, they are nice but they're like the online pairs I got from bass pro. Still not what I wanted though. Why are the same styles using different cuts and material?
Perfect for daily use and the fit was spot-on. Great pair of working pants for construction. Durability is fantastic, and the stretchy fit helps a lot when bending down. Only downfall I noticed at 1-2 uses was very tiny holes forming at the corner of the back pockets where they meet the seat of the pants.
Everything is fine except that the zipper/fly is too short.
These pants appear to be well made, but my problem with Carhartt is that they don't know what a size medium should look like, let alone a size small, which they often skip altogether. Seriously, when the company discovers that human beings that are 5'7" and 150 lbs would like to wear clothing of theirs that fits, drop me a line, because it hasn't happened yet.

Am unable to judge durability yet because the pants are nearly brand new. Have worn them three times and am greatly pleased with the comfort, roominess in the legs from belt line to cuff, and pleased with the "give" in the weave. I bought the tan color, and like it. Will likely order the same pant in another color soon.
First off, it's nice to see Carhartt offer inseams below 30". In my experience, a 30" inseam is so inconsistent b/t brands that some are a true 30", while some would seem to be 32" or even 33" and the only thing I can contribute this to is inconsistent production quality. I fall somewhere b/t 28-30 inseam so I was glad to see them in this style. Instead of going with 30" I sized down and bought the gray pair and they fit perfect, esp. the length and bottom leg opening. So I ordered all colors BUT the fit, length leg opening all fit differently. On the black, peat, and blue pair, it's as if during production they took a run of pants that were supposed to be a longer inseam and cut them down to 28". If you've ever had pants hemmed at the tailor and they don't account for reduction in inseam, the leg opening drapes/flares very awkward b/c the original cut was intended for a longer inseam - it's literally a short cut to a true 28" inseam. The inconsistent production is very disappointing b/c I really like these pants, if I could replicate the fit of the gray pair I purchased in the other colors, my review would have been 5 stars all around. I can only assume and attribute the poor quality and fit of the other pants to sub-par quality and production control.

Love these pants. Rugged and fit well. Amazingly, they are good looking enough to wear to an office, but they also do great in the yard at home.
Happy with these pants so far. I’ve only worn them a few times, and they are quite good. I live in Georgia, and the weight is very good — not as heavy/hot as blue jeans. I’ve worn them doing volunteer gardening at a local historic cemetery, and working a friend’s cattle. Can’t yet speak to how durable they are. I like that the front pockets are slash-opening, as well as the bonus pocket on the right leg.

Probably the best fitting and feeling pants I’ve ever worn. My wife even said she loved the way they feel and anytime I can get her to touch my pants is a bonus. I just wish they had more utility pockets.

These pants have spoiled me in comfort to the point that I never want to wear jeans again. They are much cooler and dry much faster than jeans. However, every pair I have, has either ripped, or is about to rip in the crotch, and I bought my first pair maybe a year ago. The pair I am wearing right now will be done for the next time I squat down while I’m sweaty. I have two pairs of the bibs as well, and one of them has ripped in the same place. If you are skinny, don’t sweat, or don’t squat or kneel a lot, they may hold up fine for you. I’m super bummed because I really don’t want to go back to jeans for work, but I cannot afford to keep buying these every time they rip. Also, the sizing seems inconsistent. Every pair I own (5) fits a little different. One pair is exceptionally snug in the waist.

I started wearing these pants a few years ago. The first few pair I got fit perfect and I was completely happy with them. They lasted me a good two years before I even started looking for more. In the past few months I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find the same pants that fit like my older ones. Every pair I buy fit so different. Some VERY long in length and some very small in the waist. I remembered after washing my old ones they really fit even better. So, I get the new one and wash and still nowhere close to fitting the same. I have tried different colors and nothing fits the same. I loved the pants and it makes me sad that i cannot purchase these and be happy. I’m now looking into other brands and hopefully can find something close to the old ones. I hate carhartt is now like all the other companies where it is hard to buy the same piece of clothing and they fit exactly the same. After hundreds of dollars lost , goodbye carhartt.

First time being these pants. I have the blue jean version and found them comfortable. The weight of the fabric is perfect, not too thin, but not too thick, and the stretchiness of the fabric make warring these pants very comfortable. I’m an Engineer and these pants blend nicely with blue collar and white collar, work situation. Finally, the execution of the phone pocket is perfect, easy to use, but hidden. I’ve been buying work pants with hammer loops and utility pockets or cargo pants, which work, but not as well as this style of pants that was designed specifically with a pocket for a cell phone. I have a iPhone X and it fits in the pocket perfectly.

I have worn this model of pants for 3 years now. They give a good casual professional appearance while maintaining the durability, fit ,and flexibility of a good work pant. I work as an Arson and Auto Theft Detective, and they allow me comfort and durability to move in, around, and on stolen cars while conducting exams, search for or chase wanted fugitives, or examine fire scenes, while still looking professional enough to meet with other detectives, attorneys, victims, or interview suspects. After wearing nearly 15 different pairs of these pants over 3-5 years I don't hardly buy anything else.

I believe that when you make bigger sizes in the waist that the pockets are not moved away from the center of the pants. It makes a persons butt look wide and their pockets end up on their side instead of being in the rear.

These pants draw up in the first wash. My pants quickly lost one in length and waist. They fit, but they fit too snug for my comfort. I would not have expected this of Carhart. I appreciate Carhart Tshirts for remaining true to size even after multiple washes. These pants are not worthy of the Carhart name.

Very good summer weight pants, breathable fabric with plenty of stretch. Only lost a star from the overall rating due to being a little too thin to wear in the winter and the fabric attracts pet hair (so be forewarned). But they're aces during spring and summer.

Bought a couple of pairs of these last Fall as an alternative to heavier canvas pants, and came back for a couple more. The trimmer cut and flex make make them noticeably less restrictive for kneeling. A real plus for an old guy who's trying to stay as active as possible. Will they wear as long as the heavier material? Probably not, but I don't care, since I wear things until they become stained/tattered enough that it's a bit embarrassing - and then I wear them a bit longer. I'm retired; I don't have to impress anyone.

The grey pants fit great but the navy pair of pants with the same waist and inseam size were drastically different. This was disappointing as Carhart is one of the few companies that makes a 33x36 size pant.

I ordered a size 31 waist and 30 length. When i received them i tried them on and they were really tight everywhere. i am 5'7" and weigh 150 lbs and and have a flat stomach. All my jeans, slacks, and dress pants are size 31 waist and they fit me perfectly. THESE PANTS ARE NOT SIZE 31 WAIST. IT APPEARS TO ME THAT SOMEONE MESSED UP BECAUSE THE PANT SEEMS TO BE LONGER THAN 30 INSEAM AND THE WAIST IS 100% NOT A SIZE 31. On a smaller note they do not flex at all. RECOMMEND SELLING A 65% POLYESTER BLEND PANT IN SIZE 31.
I don’t think they know what relaxed fit is. And sizing is off. Small in the waist and full through the legs.
I know this has become standard practice these days, but especially now that i'm shopping on line i feel i must speak instead of donating irregular clothing to Goodwill. I purchased 3 pairs of pants. The sizes are dramatically different. Back in the day 1/3 of my purchase would have been sold at Ross as irregular and i assume maybe 1 would have been considered the standard. Having all my clothes fixed by a seamstress after purchase these days adds at least $20 to the purchase price. Sure wish the garment industry would return to tighter quality control.

I am replacing my Le--s with the Flex Rigby. I am much impressed with the quality of construction ... the tough material, the stitching, and the pockets. They stand up to daily use. The are easy on the eye ... nice enough for around the town with a blazer. I revo the Rigby without any reservations.

I bought 2 pairs (dark kaki and coffee) of these about a year ago and the kaki color is the not true to size. The dark kaki color The waist is ok but inseam is no good., I wear a 36 - 32 inseam and they are way short. It didn't help with after first wash how much they shrink. Fits is wrong around waist. Fits smaller than expected
Fit is comfortable, have not used enough to assess durability. I received these at the same time as a pair of Canvas work dungarees in the same size. Waist fit the same but these were shorter in the inseam. When I measured the inseam these were 1" shorter than stated size.

I ordered the rugged flex rigby dungarees. I was shocked at the perfect fit! True to size. They are great pants for work. They are very comfortable and look great as well!
I wear these while working in the barn and doing yard work. They fit perfectly and have a little stretch to them. I have several pair.

I like these work pants. They have deep pockets and are truly relaxed fit. Unlike others I've tried, wearing my normal size gives me plenty of room for movement. They are durable and stylist at the same time. They've become my go to pants.
Used to be my favorite pants when made in China. Now that's changed to Nicaragua I guess the size standards have changed. This has happened to me more than a few times. I thought ordering straight from Carhartt would be a safe bet.
I've been wearing Carhartt pants since the early 2000's because they hold up to a lot of abuse. This is the first time I've tried this style and I like them. The side pocket perfectly holds my cell phone and since getting out of construction, I don't miss the hammer loop at all. I will definitely purchase more of these pants in the future.
