I love these shirts in the hot weather they keep your skin from getting sunburnt and they let air flow through well enough it basically feels like you’re not even wearing a shirt. Also absorbent enough to pull the sweat off you and airflows enough to use that to cool you down a bit (if there’s a breeze) as it dries. Only reason for the three stars, loses 1 star for the pricing and I’m at an added disadvantage of not living in the lower 48 up here in Canada we pay out the nose for shipping and our dollar converts it up to costing roughly 60 bucks for 1 shirt which is a bit ridiculous but just barely worth it since it is a great shirt. Loses the other star because it is not as durable as one would expect from the brand name. It is an outsourced item produced overseas. In general I’ve come to expect excellence in quality if they are going to put their logo on it and this shirt just doesn’t quite live up to that standard for the price. If it was 25 bucks USD I would give it 5 stars.

Husband loves the fit, and the fact that the reflective part is silk screened on the shirt. They breathe well,wear well, wash pretty well. <br /><br />The only somewhat of a complaint is he would like to have it more stain/dirt resistant.
It fits perfectly
They fit better than other reflective shirts I’ve had. They are not tight where the reflective part is. They are very comfortable and I like that they have a front pocket. The first set of 5 is faded and stained after 4years and now I’m getting my second set of shirts.
High quality shirt. great fit. Quality material and workmanship. Plan to wear the shirt when working around the house near the road and when riding my Harley Davidson for visability. Typical Carhartt quality.. I wear a tall size and this shirt has plenty of sleeve and body length.

I’ve had the shirt for about 2 months and wore it maybe 5 times and the bottom seam is unraveling. The stitching popped right out. Don’t waste your money. It’s sad Carhartt is going down hill. It’s kinda like quality control completely went away. The prices rise and the quality goes down.
The weight and breathability of these shirts has been much appreciated by my team during this summer's hot weather. The durability, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The fabric is already starting to pull apart in some places, and I'm hopeful they will last the season without starting to look tattered.

Shirts suck it’s only been 3 weeks and they are starting to unravel and have threads come out of the sleeves. Very very sad thought the craftsmanship and type of material would be better.
Not true to size big for a large
I wear these everyday, they help keep you cooler and the high visibility holds up very well.

I have several Carhartt work shirts and jackets, many I have been wearing for years. This is the first Carhartt product to let me down. After just one day on the job this shirt is already showing its weakness, it’s not very durable. The fabric snags on everything, especially Velcro (such as that found on the pockets and cuffs of their Class 3 High-Visibility jacket, that I also purchased with this shirt). My job is not very demanding on my cloths, I am a pilot. I often wear business casual button-up shirts and they seem to hold up okay. But after just one day of cargo flights (10,000 LBS of Amazon boxes, bags of dog food and mail bags) this shirt is starting to look like I’ve been in a fight with a bobcat. I can only imagine what it would look like if I spent the day moving lumber and construction materials. This shirt maybe better suited for use by a school crossing guard. We’ll see how day two goes.

Good material ! Quality is number one !<br />Comes out great right from the wash
This shirt layers well not to thick yet warm and breathable. By itself a cold breeze can come through. Layered with a thermal it cuts the cold breeze. You want that air when your working up a good sweat. <br />Once you get working after that cold morning meeting remove that thermal underneath and it's just right. If you do sweat the shirt out it will dry fast. The only drawbacks the little holes for air can snag easier on sharp objects. This material is not good for sparks. I normally wear a XL not with workwear I wear a L. Workwear is always bigger sized.

They are nice shirts but not true to size<br /><br />If XL I suggest to go down a size
Shirt fits all the requirements of hi vis but this shirt material is not durable. The material catches on anything and snags. This shirt will not last long term. I own about 10 of the regular force shirts and those are amazing. Recommend looking elsewhere for your hi vis solutions.
The fit and quality is very good they could be a bit more breathable, would be great to have them in other colors besides hi viz.
I bought 2 M size one was the correct size but the other one was a medium but looked like a 3xl

A bit bigger then I thought but just amazing
First purchased this item from a third party seller, I was very pleased with the product so I went back to purchase more. Then my wife gave me the idea to go online to look for this shirt and I found them here with a more affordable price! The reason I am so pleased with his specific shirt is the overall quality of the shirt itself but also with the reflectors, they are individual strips and not one big strip like other brands which make the shirts more durable, with other brands the strips starts to fall off with time, but not with these ones. I’ve own them for about 5 months now and they’re still in excelente condition. I’ have the orange ones but I’m almost sure the yellow ones are the same way, I will be ordering them in both colors this time. As for fit they’re a better fit then the other brands, my torso and arms are bit on the long side so with other brands they make their shirts bigger in with not on length, so they would fit short on my arms and torso, but with this shirt the M fits PERFECT without being so wide/lose fitting.
Well it's been over a year now since Brandon wrote his review stating the glue from the sticker placed on the front of this shirt leaves a sticky residue well after being washed several times. This creates a square patch that picks up all sorts of dirt and grime. Yes, this shirt is likely going to get dirty all over from the job site but this is something that can easily be fixed. Ironically, if I'm not mistaken, the sticker creating the problem is the 'Stain Blocker ' sticker. Hope you can resolve this issue.! This is my 6th purchase of this shirt over several years and the problem has yet to be addressed. Carhartt, your better then this...

This shirt is ANSI 2 approved and the material wicks away sweat, perfect for working on mill sites.

This shirt covers the visibility requirements for jobsites but breathe very well for the heat.
Would be a 5 star except for the sticky glue the chest sticker leaves behind. People have been complaining about this for awhile and still hasn’t been fixed. Gives a dirty spot almost immediately of first day wearing
Love it! I prefer the tall version and it fits me well. The color pops and glows even in the daylight, the most important aspect of being seen when out on the road. I'll be buying another when this wears out.
The shirt is great, comfortable, highly visible and very durable. The one problem I have with these shirts, (Im on my third one now), is that the sticker on the front of the shirt, once it is peeled off leaves a sticky glue patch on the shirt that collects dirt and grease and inevitably leaves a stain. Even if you was it or use dawn liquid on the glue patch, it is super hard to get off. On my newest shirt I had to use her nail polish remover on the shirt to get that glue patch off and I still didn't get it all. All three of my shirts have a stain in the same place where the sticker was when they arrived. Other then that, these are great shirts.

Great. reflectors don't peel after washing like some other shirts do. Very comfortable and light weight. If you're lookin for more of a snug, fitted fit then I would get the next size down from what you usually get.

The stain fighter sticker stained shirt. Really like Carhartt products but I can't see spending $35 for another shirt.
It would be better if the stickers they put on the shirts didn't leave residue on the shirt. I had to use lighter fluid to remove it and wash them again.
The "stain fighter" and the size sticker both left stains on the shirts. The glue used for the stickers is way too tenacious for that application.
Good reflection from reflective strips. I've been using mine for many years of daily runs.
This was my first of these shirts, and I plan to buy more. It does a great job of wicking away the sweat and keeping me cool. Sine my employer requires Class III hi-viz, it is a perfect way to keep the sun off of my arms and not get run over.

Great fit even with a belly like mine and I'm satisfied with the breathability of the fabric. When layered with thermals underneath they're perfect for the colder months... Obviously not the dead of winter but still sufficient.
I wear this shirt almost everyday over my leather riding jacket while on my Harley. It is extremely bright in all conditions, especially dusk/dawn. It has likely saved my life multiple times in intersections. It also keeps my leather jacket clean from bugs. Very high quality, durable, breathable, and washable. I wear large, so I got extra large for over the jacket, fits great. Its brighter than most construction workers’ shirts I see.

Great shirt for its breath ability and hi vis , the only down is that it can snag easy when working around trees limbs and shrubs or anything that has a potential for snagging , I have gotten past that by wearing my Alameda county PW issued button up shirt over it , great for summer time wear and winter also by layering up for colder times .
My husband works in the safety department at a coal mines in Kentucky. He wears the long sleeve and short sleeve version of this shirt. A lot of the guys he works with ordered the same shirts after seeing him wear them. Very durable and of course it keeps them all safe underground in the mines since they are very visible. The comfort is a major plus.
Bought this Hi-Vis T-shirt for my husband. He absolutely loved it. It was cool, comfortable, and it wicked away the moisture. good quality shirt great for hot weather the segmented high viz strips are nice they stretch with the shirt. decent price and its carhartt so you know it will last. the only gripe i have is that its a bit short compared to my other carhartt shirts. id like a little more length on it.
